Keisha opened his eyes slowly, he stared at the ceiling of the hospital until the man's tears dropped again for the umpteenth time, the pain and tightness in the man's chest still felt until this moment.

"Zoe ..." he murmured softly remembering that a week ago his sister had left him for good. Yes, for good the woman he always called the snake demon would not be by his side anymore.

His life helper has gone away for ever, Keisha clenched her hands tightly and closed her eyes remembering a week ago that she had regained consciousness from her coma.

"She .. w-wake up !!" lirih Keisha could not be seen staring at the gurney of his half-brother, the tears of the man still flowing making Jeffry want to hit the face of his weak friend.

"I know you hit Kei but let him go quietly" said Jeffry quietly, this was the first time Jeffry had spoken softly and softly to the frail Keisha.

"You have to be strong, Kei" said Dr. Aldert.

"It can't be taken off, you can die without it because it's connected to your throat" the doctet Aldert said as Zoeya's tiny hands were about to remove the ventilator in her mouth.

But Zoeya could not speak if the object was left in his mouth, the woman frowned then he still wanted to release the bully.

"Zoeya, I beg you not to refute Doctor's orders" said Barrak's doctor looking into Zoeya's sharp eyes but the woman was too stubborn, he wanted to forcefully remove the ventilator from his mouth until everyone who was there sent their eyes back in shock because of Zoeya's stubbornness.

"Zoeya.." cried Keisha and Dr. Aldert.

"Miss," cried Abill, Ardan and Shane.

"Alright, I'll take that thing off." cried Doctor Barrak quickly until Zoeya's tiny hand stopped holding the ventilator.

Doctor Barrak removed the ventilator from Zoeya's mouth slowly and immediately Zoeya felt not breathing so quickly that Aldert doctor also placed a breathing apparatus on Zoeya so that the woman could breathe normally because when the ventilator was removed, his life was almost about to float away.

"You ... since when did you become stubborn like this, huh?!" asked Barrak doctor furious with Zoeya's behavior that made his heart almost dislodged earlier.

Zoeya remained silent until a few minutes later she looked at her step-cousin, in her mind how could her step-cousin handle her? Where's the family's personal doctor, Dr Jason?

"What's wrong?" ask Barrak's doctor because Zoeya blatantly styled himself but Zoeya immediately cut off his eye contact from Barrak's doctor and stared at the ceiling of the room.

"Where is Kei?" zoeya asked straight but inside she endured the pain.

"She's next to you" said Barrak's doctor, making Zoeya slowly turn towards the gurney of her stepbrother, Keiaha smiled faintly at her sister, making Zoeya smile.

"Sorry," said that the first one out of Zoeya's mouth made Keisha shake her head, her sister had never done anything wrong to her, all this time she was the one who misjudged her sister.

"You're not wrong, don't apologize, Zoe" said Keisha straightly, holding back the pain inside.

Zoeya stared fixedly at her brother, her tears flowing about her temple, she was glad her brother no longer spoke rudely to her even the way her brother spoke had changed to her.

"Is that really painful?" asked Zoeya with eyeballs that moved down every bruise on her face even her brother's body.

"No" said Keisha.

"Zayn is cruel, he is jealous of Kak Kei" Zoeya said, leading Keisha to clench her hands firmly.

Keisha feels the most bod*h because he does not know all the goodness, sacrifice, attention and even his sister's affection for him. How not Zayn feels jealous of Keisha, Zoeya loves Keisha too much when Keisha has never been kind to her.

"But she's good, don't kill her." Zoeya's pinta makes Jeffry clench his hand, Keisha's sister turns out to be a good woman who has a name for mercy.

"No," Keisha said, making the woman's tears flow more, she was glad her first request was granted by her brother.

Slowly Zoeya blinked her eyes once, she had to endure the pain inside her body because she wanted to look long at her brother's smiling face to her.

"Male," said Jeffry.

"Tell him my apologies" said Zoeya, then the room was silent for a moment.

"Does that kidney work so well in there?" zoeya asked softly not to listen to the words of Doctor Aldert.

"Yes," said Keisha, she really wanted to cry at this moment but she tried to hold him back.

"Zoeya never gave any gift to Kak Kei, only that kidney, please .. please take good care of that kidney." pinta Zoeya tried to hold tightness in her chest.

"Surely, big sister will take good care of her" Keisha said making Zoeya's pupils jerk in shock.

"Yes, my sister." said Keisha unable to hold back her tears anymore, the man was crying as well as Zoeya who was increasingly crying.

"Sir Kei," call Zoeya.

"Yes, my sister Zoeya." said Keisha.

When Keisha and Zoeya were crying, Zoeya suddenly closed his eyes, the woman's lungs as if pressed hard until her breath became heavy. No one was aware of the woman's agitation trying to withstand the tightness in her chest.

Zoeya opened her eyes slowly, her brother's face was only faintly visible until she narrowed her eyes slightly, then she could clearly see the face of her brother who was smiling while crying.

"Zoeya dear Kak Kei, Zoeya dear brother" said Zoeya lovingly made the eyes of doctors Barrak, doctors Aldert and Jeffry red because they saw their conversation that sounded dramatic but touched their hearts.

"Sister loves you too, Zoeya!" keisha said for the first time that she heard her brother speak sincerely to her.

"Zoeya b-could go with the plant now," said Zoeya made them all surprised.

"S-goodbye Brother .... " Zoeya was unable to finish his words, the woman immediately took a deep breath with her face facing towards the ceiling before the woman exhaled her last breath by closing her eyes softly.

Agt .....

Their breaths were all choked to the sound of the loud bedside monitor again, doctor Aldert and doctor Barrak rushed Zoeya to get the woman back to breathing.

But all in vain, Zoeya is completely beyond help, Barrak's doctor steps back with his tears falling as he fails to save his step-cousin.

Looking at her cousin who never cried, now she had her eyes out, Keisha's heart became sick.

"No ..." cried Keisha tearfully.

"She's healing but why did she choose to leave?" keisha asked again when the answer remained the same, Zoeya chose to let his body be filled by a deadly disease and did not want to be treated because the woman deliberately wanted to leave the hell of this world.

"She doesn't trust me" Keisha said, knowing that Zoeya always believed in her, only that Zoeya didn't want to make her brother angry or hurt by knowing all the facts she was hiding.

"She's my real sister but why didn't she tell me," peekik Keisha was so hurt that the man knew other facts about Zoeya turned out to be his biological sister who was deliberately dumped by his father to his stepmother because his father did not like girls.

This was the reason Zoeya loved her brother so much even though he hated her so much, because Keisha was his older sister but that woman covered all these facts from Keisha.

Keisha and Zoeya's parents are the same but only Zoeya knows who their parents are, while Keisha only finds out from a letter that Jason's doctor gave to Keisha.

"You're so smart to make a show, Zoeya" said Keisha.
