Hearing Doctor Liza's words, everyone looked at each other. Especially Daddy Xavier who was directly staring at Austin and Darren in turn. He demands answers to Arthur's current disappearance.
Doctor Liza immediately resigned when a female nurse told her that the operating room was ready. After ordering several nurses to take Helena to the operating room, Liza's doctor and two nurses immediately passed from there to the operating room.
Actually Daddy Xavier wants to talk to Austin and Darren. But Mommy Elleana pulls him to the operating room, not wanting to let Helena fight on her own. Daddy Xavier said he didn't want to let his son-in-law feel alone. Arthur was not on that woman's side.

All those waiting there prayed for the safety of Helena and her two babies. Especially when hearing the information of Doctor Liza if Helena bleeding. They were afraid that Helena and her two babies could not be saved. But such bad thoughts were soon dispelled, they were sure if Helena could survive to give birth to both babies.
"Hubby, where's Ar? Does she not want to accompany Helen and see her two soon-to-be-born babies?" Mommy Elleana's voice broke the silence, she looked at her husband's face.
Daddy Xavier could not answer, for he did not know where their son was.
"Ar will surely come." But Daddy Xavier is very confident that if it won't be long, Arthur will come.
I don't know, Mommy Elleana was too limp to think much, so she again made a prayer for her daughter-in-law and two grandchildren who will soon be born into the world.
Daddy Xavier stood up, then approached Austin and Darren who were having a small conversation in the corner of the room.
"Tell me the truth where is Ar at the moment?" And he stormed the question to Austin and Darren. Any one of them should answer.
"Dad, actually..." At last Austin told me what had happened to his brother. The shock left Daddy Xavier shocked, but came to understand why his eldest son was not in the hospital at the moment. Because if Arthur is usually going to be possessive and will always take care of the wife no matter what.

Arthur ignores Daddy Xavier's call, he makes his way to the operating room. Even he ignored the gazes of all his family, including ignoring Mommy Elleana who looked at him and looked relieved at his arrival.

The door of the operating room was opened violently by Arthur, so that made Doctor Liza and also some nurses jumped in shock. Even the process of running the operation must be paused for a moment about the sudden arrival of Arthur.
Before approaching the bed, Arthur first washed his hands on the advice of one of the nurses, then used sterile clothing. Once the procedure was followed, Arthur immediately walked up to the gurney, where his wife lay weakly with her eyes closed. While Doctor Liza who was assisted by her assistant immediately continued the incision process in the horizontal abdominal wall. Arthur patiently invites Helena to speak even though his wife does not respond. "They'll be born soon, I can't wait to meet them. Once they can walk I'll train them to play ball or if necessary, I'll teach them martial arts."
Doctor Liza and some of the nurses only smiled when they heard Arthur's words. It turned out that the famous cold man could be warm to his wife. The rumors they heard were true. All men in the Romanov Family will be warm to loved ones only.
While stealing Arthur's words to his wife, Doctor Liza took the first male fetus. Once lifted, the baby boy cried to make Arthur turn towards the crying baby. He was stunned for a while and looked at the baby boy who had changed hands to the nurse.
"Congratulations, your first baby is a boy" the nurse told Arthur.
"My sons?" For the first time Arthur was rendered speechless. Until the cry of the second baby made Arthur stunned again.
"Your second baby is female and both are very healthy despite being born prematurely" Liza said, giving the baby girl to another nurse.
Arthur stared alternately at the baby being cleaned. Doctor Liza was sewing the entire incision of Helena's abdominal wall.
Salah or the nurse tried to approach Arthur even though he honestly felt disinclined. But there is no choice anymore because he just follows the procedure. "Sir, you two babies will be taken to the NICU. You can wait as long as we move your wife to the treatment room."
Arthur gasped when he heard the nurse's words. "I'll wait for my wife here!" Yes, Arthur kept insisting on waiting for Helena until Doctor Liza finished her duties.
Ah, how else? The nurse simply obeyed. He returned to his original place and helped Doctor Liza tidy up the surgical equipment.
"Thank you very much, Love." Arthur kissed Helena's forehead repeatedly, until the last kiss was so deep and long. Responding to how happy he is because his status is now increasing to become a Daddy.
"You must be aware immediately in order to see them" he added with his two teary eyes. It didn't matter if those in the room were paying attention to him. Today is a happy day, as both babies were born safely.
