02. Heartache

"Oh, it's late. Come back first, I'll rest. " Said Qian Yueyue.

"If there is something urgent then you can call me anytime, you can call me. I'll always be your best friend on standby. " Reply Zhou Meng.

Qian Yueyue smiled then waved her hand and closed the car door, when she turned around, her tears started to flow uncontrollably.

He walked in as if nothing was wrong, the tears and rain had mixed into one.

He deliberately lowered his umbrella, so that his tears were wiped away by this rainwater. The guard of his residence saw that he had returned and immediately opened the door for him.

Qian Yueyue glanced at her garage and realized that there was not a single car there to indicate that her parents were still outside.

What time is it ? It was almost 8pm but they still hadn't returned, but it wasn't surprising either.

They returned late from midnight or did not even return nor was it surprising.

"I'm in bad shape, Mom. I've had a fever since last night, at least 38 degrees Celsius. " Reply Qian Yueyue.

"What ?! I'll get the doctor to check on you. Don't go anywhere, I'll call the doctor right away. I'll tell Dad too. " Say her mother in a panic.

"Don't overdo it ma'am, I'm fine after resting. Did Mom and Dad not come back ?" Qian Yueyue asked.

"Ah what a pity, but tonight I'll be back sooner. Yesterday my mother was so late that she decided to stay in the apartment. While your father was filming out of town. Maybe tomorrow will come back. " Answer his mother.

"Mom, can you come back a little faster ? I really miss you both. What I need is not medicine, I need both of you to accompany me. " Racau Qian Yueyue's.

"What are you talking about ? Didn't you know that we worked so hard for you ? So that you have a guaranteed life even when you will not work in the future. " Say her mother confused.

"Am I that useless, Mother ? Until you worry that I won't have a job ? You all always look down on me that I won't be as good as you, I'm bad !" Said Qian Yueyue furiously and desperately.

"Yueyue, what happened to you ?! I'll be right back to see you, I'll call your dad, too. " Reply to his mother in a hurry and turn off her phone.

At the same time, tears came back nonstop. Qian Yueyue felt that her emotions were unstable after last night's incident.

He shouldn't have said such things to his mother and he regretted having said that, even though that was how he felt.

Qian Yueyue closed her eyes and tried to stop her tears.

"Yueyue, you're really stupid. " His murmured with annoyance as well as despair.

15 Minutes later, the door was knocked on by someone who shortly afterwards entered. The one who entered was a young girl probably only a few years older than him.

It was Wei Yin, his Family Personal Physician who had just turned 22 years old but already had many achievements and his talents could not be explained in words anymore.

Because their age gap is not too far away that makes them become much closer.

"Are you sick ? I don't see anything wrong with you. " Said Wei Yin.

"Nobody's sick, I just have a normal fever. " Reply Qian Yueyue casually.

"Your eyes are swollen, have you been crying all night ? Who are you crying like that ?" Wei Yin asked in a somewhat mocking tone.

"Who is crying ? I just couldn't fall asleep all night because of a fever. So, can you give a letter to my school to get me permission until the weekend ? " Tanya Qian Yueyue.

"Is your condition that bad ?" Wei Yin asked as she inspected her body.

"Yes." Yeah." Qian Yueyue replied.
