Elgar ignored Salsa, still swinging a step towards the door of the house that is currently open. Many times Salsa tried to confront him, but Elgar's intention was unanimous, today too, everything must end. It's time he got out of Mr. Rendra and was happy.

Although it's his father-in-law's house, but Elgar rarely comes here. His dislike of Mr. Rendra discourages him from getting too close to the Salsa family.

"El, are you here?" Ms. Rendra who was in the middle room immediately smiled to see her daughter-in-law coming. "You didn't tell me Sa, if El was coming. Knew mama's titukan can tell art nyiapin special food."

Salsa turned her face away, hiding away wiping away the tears that were soaking her cheeks.

Elgar approached Rendra and kissed her hand. After all, he still had an adab and knew what it was like to treat an older person.

"No need to bother Mah, El do not kama kok."

Ms. Rendra smiled as she touched Elgar's shoulder. "Would you go get Salsa?"

Elgar turned his head, looked at Salsa who was standing behind him and then looked back at Bu Rendra.

"El wants to see mom and dad. There's something important El wants to talk about."

Bu Rendra frowned. Is this about their divorce? Yeah, well, maybe Elgar would like to refer to it because Salsa's pregnant. Ms. Rendra had Art call her husband in the room, while the three of them headed to the living room sofa.

"Sa, you look so worried?" Ms. Rendra observed Salsa who kept on creeping her clothes and fingers. His daughter's face also looked pale. Both, Salsa and Elgar, although sitting next to a long sofa, but took a considerable distance.

"No, no, ma." Salsa tried to smile, even though she knew, in a moment, a huge drama would happen in her family.

Art came to bring drinks and snacks for them. But Elgar just stared at him, not wanting at all to taste, because his purpose came not for it.

Shortly after, it was seen Mr. Rendra coming out of the elevator. The old body with the stick in hand began to slowly walk towards them. Next to her, there was a woman dressed as a nun who was accompanying.

After finding out Mr. Rendra has terminal brain cancer, Elgar met this time. The man looked very different. No longer the dashing and courageous Mr. Rendra. In front of Elgar at this time, no more like an old man walking with a stick, thin and gray hair.

Mr. Rendra smiled at him, it seemed like he was happy that his son-in-law had come.

"How are you El?" Mr. Rendra greeted first.

"Good Pa." Elgar got up from his seat, walked up to Mr. Rendra to kiss his hand.

With the heart beating twice as fast, Salsa could only observe. But he was grateful that Elgar was still being kind to both of his parents.

Elgar returned to his original seat, while Mr. Rendra sat down with his wife. The sister who accompanied Mr. Rendra said back, because she realized if it was not her spirit to come to know the problems in this family.

"Have you told art nyiapain a special dish yet?" Ask Mr. Rendra to his wife who is sitting next door.

"No need to bother Pa, El not for long."

"Papa knows if there's a problem between you. But Salsa's pregnant right now, so you better rethink the divorce. Pity the child in Salsa's confinement if his parents separate."

Elgar gripped the edge of the sofa while smiling bitterly. Poor him he said? What about Saga and Mila? Saga saw his face when he was 6 years old. Mila, she has to get pregnant and give birth without a husband.

"What papa said." Ms. Rendra chimed in. "Better, press your ego first for the sake of your child-to-be."

Elgar could not remain silent, he raised his face and looked at the two Salsa parents in turn. He smiled and looked at Salsa sitting next to him.

"I agree, pity the child in the womb of Salsa if both parents are not together. Therefore, I want to return Salsa to you, I'm steadfast in divorcing her."

"A, what do you mean?"

Elgar looked at Salsa. "Maybe Salsa can explain."

Salsa looked down and sobbed, making both parents more confused.

"What exactly is Sa? Say the same mama and papa," urged Bu Rendra.

Salsa stroked her stomach. Maybe it's time for both parents to know. She wiped away the tears, staring at the faces of her parents alternating with guilt.

"Sorry Salsa Pa, Ma."

"What is this Sa?" ask Bu Rendra.

"This kid." Salsa rubbed her stomach. "It's not El's son."

Deg

Mr. Rendra and his wife were immediately shocked. They were shaking while holding onto their chest. Miss Rendra, the middle-aged woman shed tears. All this time, she never knew what her daughter's household was like. Know why it's like this.

Salsa approached her parents and rested on their feet crying.

With trembling hands, Rendra touched Salsa's head.

"What made you cheat? Did that guy hurt you?" Mr. Rendra stared intently at Elgar. As far as he knew, Salsa loved Elgar very much, if until her daughter cheated, there was definitely something serious going on between them.

Elgar smiled in anguish. It turned out that even though his body was already fragile, the old man had not changed either. Though it was clear that her son who cheated until pregnancy, she could still behave like this.

Ms. Rendra helped Salsa get up and told her to sit between her and her husband.

"It seems like the world has indeed turned upside down, shouldn't I be the one who is angry at this moment?"

Mr. Rendra clenched his teeth hearing Elgar's insinuation. His wrinkled face looked stiff.

"Salsa and I are legally divorced religiously, and soon, the consort will decide the same. I'm just here to get Salsa back to you, not to hear some unimportant drama."

Mr. Rendra's face flushed. If only his body was not as weak as it is today, he would have gone forward to clash with Elgar.

"I'm sure the man who impregnated Salsa was willing to marry her. So rather than you busy looking for my faults, it's better to be busy preparing for your daughter's second marriage."

"Badly," sissed Mr. Rendra. He wanted to stand up but Salsa held him back.

"All wrong Salsa Pa. Maybe this is the end of Salsa and El. Papa has helped Salsa a lot, protecting Salsa and granting all Salsa requests. Papa has become a hero to Salsa. But right now, let Salsa solve Salsa's own problems." Salsa hugged her papa, she didn't want the last moment of her life to worry about her. He just wanted his papa to focus on his treatment. He could live longer to see his grandson. Salsa held Mr. Rendra's hand, outlining the clenched palm that was slowly ground up.

Mr. Rendra closed his eyes, inhaled a deep breath then threw it away slowly.

Elgar feels he's done here. "Well then, I think it's time for me to go." Elgar walked towards the exit, passing Salsa and her parents just like that. But a moment later, he stopped his steps and turned around.

"I ask, do not disturb me or my family or the people closest to me. There is plenty of evidence of your crimes in my hands. If you don't want to spend your last days in jail, please don't take my life for granted." Elgar immediately left after saying so.
