Eps. 17 Livia Injured

Inside the room though his eyes were closed, Inspector Lucca's mind was still awake. He is still remembered by the identity of Livia who incidentally is a vampire.

His mind floated in his own fear after remembering in a literature he had read that mentions if a vampire will suck human blood to dry and die.

“Is it true he would do that to me ?” inner Inspector Lucca with a cold sweat, prejudiced Livia.

He remembered everything that had happened with the woman. Livia had not shown any strange signs of wanting to suck her blood or kill herself.

“But it could be that he has that intention and is waiting for me to let my guard down or another good chance to suck me to death.” muttered he was still afraid of himself even though he had never feared at all despite facing an opponent as strong as anything.

Long thinking without foundation, the man finally fell asleep the next two hours.

“klak.” Inspector Lucca's bedroom door opens and who else opens it if not Livia.

The woman walked into Inspector Lucca's room and stood beside her staring at her intensely.

“Lucca I hope you're not afraid of me or prejudiced negatively by me after I tell you my identity.” he enveloped the body of the Inspector who shivered after seeing the temperature in the room Inspector while looking for AC remote and then lower the temperature there to room temperature.

“Lucca I miss you, but I can't do anything to you until everything is back to normal.” Livia looks sad as she rubs the Inspector's cheek and gets out of there before the man realizes his arrival.

In the morning the inspector woke up. He was surprised when he felt his body warm.

“Cuilt ? Did I wear a blanket last night?” he murmured when he found a blanket covering his body that made him warm and pulled the blanket.

The man then sat down and stared at the temperature in the room which was also warm. “Did I change the AC temperature in this room last night?” his murmur frowned while recalling the last night incident that he could not remember. “Maybe I forgot what you were working on last night for being too scared.”

An hour later the Inspector was ready after wearing his police uniform.

“Inspector your breakfast is ready.” Livia came to bring them morning advice to where the man was sitting.

Livia seems to be back as usual and eating breakfast while Inspector Lucca stares silently at Livia.

“Not vampires suck human blood, but why does he eat human food ?” the inner Inspector felt strange.

“Inspector why not eat immediately ?” tanya Livia saw the man daydreaming looking at the food in front of her.

“Ya, I'll eat.” Inspector Lucca looked clumsy as well as stiff in front of Livia. He immediately ate a mouthful of food made by Livia. “Hopefully in this food there is a poison that can paralyze all the nerves in my body.” he swallowed food while closing his eyes.

Livia glanced at the Inspector sitting next to her. “Today he was so weird. What's wrong with her ? Does he think I poisoned his food?” livia's inner voice held back a smile. It was also impossible for him to poison the man if indeed he wanted to kill him from the beginning he would not want to be his shadow body guard.

“uhuk... thanks.” the man immediately drank the water given by Livia to overcome her choking. “haah...” the man breathed a sigh of relief after putting the glass back on the table and moreover he was not food poisoning from Livia who he used to eat every day. “It turns out this food has no poison.”

Inspector Lucca stared at the clock hanging on the wall.

“Livia we leave now to the white building.” the man immediately moved from his seat. To be honest, even though he tried to behave as usual to Livia, but in his heart he was still suspicious of the woman and thought Livia would be the killer by sucking her blood slowly to dry.

This time Inspector Lucca did not go on a mission to capture a high-class fugitive or the like but he secured a conference of prime ministers who were representatives of several countries to discuss cooperation in the military.

30 Minutes later, Inspectors Lucca and Livia were in the white building where the conference took place with several other police agents who helped secure the event.

Inspector Lucca was assigned there with other special police agents not because no other police agency was willing to serve there, but because at this time the situation of Milan is a little turbulent after a feud with Slovakia so that a fairly tight security is needed there.

Two hours after the meeting took place, suddenly from a distance there was a puff of smoke rising.

“There was an intruder on the team 1 standby.” said a police agent who was at the forefront of other security members.

At the same time Inspector Lucca was also immediately on standby without waiting for orders. He went up to the third floor of the guard post to monitor the situation while looking for the intruder.

Team 2 and team 3 advance after getting command to ambush the intruder with the help of Inspector Lucca who continues to shoot dead several other intruders who appear.

“Livia..” murmured in the midst of tiredness also did not keep hold of the woman from now on even though she left with him. “Where is he ?”

Just as the man broke for a moment shooting and gazed to the side looking for Livia's whereabouts, five bullets shot towards her.

“Gosh I'm off guard.” Inspector Lucca could hear the sound of bullets heading towards him and immediately standby again while shooting back and also dodging the bullets earlier.

“Awas Inspector !” livia shouted from above after coming down from the roof of the building to see a bullet that could not be held by the man.

“dash !” the bullet that was supposed to hit Inspector Lucca, now hit Livia who made the woman fall.

“Livia !” Inspector Lucca immediately caught the woman before falling to the ground.
