Chapter.1 Talaq

Chapter.1 Talaq

It's raining down hard out there. Every now and then thunderbolts accompanied by lightning that was enough to make the heart shrink from fear. Fortunately, despite only living in a small housing type 36, Alleyah was very grateful to have a place to shelter.

In this not-so-extensive house, because it only has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a small room to receive guests, Alleyah lives with her husband and daughter, who are almost two years old.

Alleyah was just a wife and housewife in general. He has no other job but to do household chores. Having a baby keeps him at home.

Daster was his great outfit, which he wore almost every day. Carrying a child here and there without mekap has become a natural thing for him. He remains relaxed and calm with everything attached to him. For him, his happiness is his husband and son.

He does not need to be luxurious let alone have to have a thick texture just for the sake of prestige alone. Her husband also never complained about her humble appearance. Ah ... Mas Fadil is indeed a dream husband as he once hoped. Never once did the man fuss and fuss over the appearance of Alleyah who has changed greatly since having a baby.

However, all of that turned out to be just a pseudo guess. Because secretly, her husband is double with a woman who is more clever preening than him. That night witnessed the destruction of the household he built with Fadil for almost three years.

"Where do you want to go, Mom, how did all your clothes get into that suitcase?" Alle—call Alleyah—resplays back his negligent studs after he finishes breastfeeding Chilla—putri just his way—and makes sure if the baby is completely asleep.

He got up when he did not get an answer from his husband. The handsome Alleyah man continued to arrange his clothes into the large suitcase they used to move their clothes from Fadil's parents' house to the subsidized housing that Fadil bought with the KPR system.

"Mas." Alle touched the man's hand. He realized that he had been talking to her ever since.

Fadil just squeaked, then continued to arrange the last clothes he took from the closet. Closing the zipper of the suitcase and then carrying it up. Alle who was still beside Fadil followed Fadil's standing motion.

"Mas, you're why, anyway. Why shut up, I didn't tell you to talk about it." Alle was hoping for an explanation from Fadil. Not only the man's silent attitude, but also what the man packed his clothes into the suitcase.

"I want us to separate."

Like being struck by lightning, Fadil's shocking statement made Alle speechless instantly. Not wanting to linger in confusion, Alle asked, "What do you mean, Mas. If you want to joke, it's not funny, you know!"

"I'm not kidding, I'm serious. I want us to get a divorce" Fadil replied with a stern look.

Alle took a step back, away from Fadil. "No.. You're lying, it's kidding, right?" Alle did not accept Fadil's statement. She denied what her husband had just said.

"I'm serious, I'm leaving tonight. From today, I ... Fadil Nugraha, divorce you Alleyah Sharif. From now on you are no longer my wife." After saying that Fadil pulled his suitcase and dragged it out of the room.

"You, my mentality, Mas?" Alle could not believe what she had just heard from her husband's mouth.

"Yes, from now on, we're apart."

"Mas, I beg you not to be like this, we can talk again everything is fine, Mas." Now Alle held Fadil's arm, which was dragging his suitcase out of the room.

Heartlessly, Fadil threw his wife's hand. "I'll take care of our divorce soon."

Alle's getting more incredulous. Husband seriously. As serious as his gaze is now.

Alle shook her head. Trying to deny reality. "No, you're lying .. You're joking .. There's no way you'd want to just leave me and Chilla. It's a prank, right, Mas?" shangkal Alle's.

With a sharp highlight Fadil looked at Alle, but was reluctant to give a description. He actually took the attitude to immediately leave and leave this small house that has not been paid off.

"Mas, where are you going?" sergeant Alle, and got no answer from her husband.

"Mas, I beg ... Mommy, please think again. Think of Chila as a child, Mas." Alle continues to pursue Fadil, hoping that her husband changes his mind and returns to her. "Again what is my fault. Why are you acting like this. If there's a problem, we can talk about everything all right, Mas." Alle kept trying to prevent Fadil's departure.

The man is like a deaf man. He didn't give a single thought to Alle. Fadil continued to walk out of the house and immediately got into the red sedan car that had been waiting for him since.

"Maas ...." Alle shouted loudly as the luxury car drove away from their yard. Alle wanted to keep chasing if she didn't hear the sound of a child crying from inside her house.

Pointing out her intention to pursue her husband, Alle chooses to go inside and see Chilla. The little princess woke up and was sitting on a shelf with a strong cry.

Soon Alle was holding the nearly two-year-old baby. Tried to calm him.

Many times also Alle persuaded the princess to calm down, but still the little boy roared unceasingly. Either because he has feelings because the father has left him or indeed he is just awake. Because, indeed Chilla still likes to wake up at hours like this to ask for milk.

It's been an hour and Chilla won't shut up. Alle had also given him milk but the boy refused to drink it. The boy just kept crying.

Alle panicked even more in the face of Chilla's unusual cries. A feeling of sadness immediately surrounded his heart when he remembered now he was alone. Her tears kept flowing remembering the departure of Fadil who left her without pity.

Chilla's increasingly strong cry made Alle have to fight harder to calm her down. He tried to hold the child and invite him around the room to be silent while saying words of persuasion.

After struggling long enough to calm Chilla down, the boy finally fell asleep from tears. He also sat himself on the edge of the bed to reduce fatigue.

He looked at the little princess in his arms with tears never to recede. A few times kissed the sleeping princess' forehead.

Heart's churning. Shadows about his future and also the child filled the mind. After this how fate of himself and Chilla.

Can she survive alone without her husband?

How he would educate and finance Chilla without Fadil at his side.

Many questions crammed into his brain about the departure of Fadil. It feels like he has acted and tried to be the best wife possible for Fadil. He never demanded much from the man. He never even complained about how much money Fadil gave him.

He also completed all the homework well. Serving her husband without ever resisting once since they were married. Then where's the harm?

It all feels awkward for Alle who has done all her duties but is still abandoned. Ruthlessly, Fadil left her without a word and explanation as to why she should be divorced.

"Mas Fadil ...," cried Alle in heart.
