“Your parents, job, and fans, can they accept my daughter?” Ask the middle-aged man again.

The middle-aged man nodded his head, while Chan smiled in relief at Lea's decision.

“May your father think he'll chase me to the end of the rainbow. I don't even know where Rainbow” is Chan said on the sidelines of his chat.

Lea turned to Chan, “I'll tell brother where the rainbow” is

Chan glanced at Lea with a questionable gaze, “Where?”

“Here” Said Lea pointing at herself while smiling widely.

Chan laughed, “Basic.. I guess you'll come up with theories that could make me even more confused”.

Lea laughed as she breezed into the house, while Chan just drove away after the door of the old ash-painted house was tightly closed.

***The next day***

After Chan met Leah's parents, it was her turn to meet her mother and sister Chan.

Lea set her breath so as not to be nervous, despite being close to the Chan family, but this was the first time she had visited as a potential daughter-in-law.

Chayra ran over to Lea, who was waiting for Chan to park the car.

"Mother.the future sister-in-law has arrived" Shouted Chayra.

Leah smacked Chayra's arm, "Don't do it, I'm ashamed" She whispered, while Chayra laughed with satisfaction at seeing her best friend's face flushed red.

Lea and Chayra turned their heads together towards the middle-aged woman who had just joined them. Leah greeted the middle-aged woman.

The middle-aged woman smiled as she rubbed Lea's head, "So, this is the future mother-in-law" he said.

Lea smiled as she nodded her head.

"Why didn't you say it in the first place?" Ask the middle-aged woman.

"I also don't know if this is going to happen. I'm sorry"

The middle-aged woman shook her head, "No need to apologize, Chan should apologize for never saying anything, mother to the point of wanting to match her to someone else. I'm sorry, you must have been hurt when I introduced Celia back then"

"No... I don't have to apologize. Thank you for accepting me" Lea said slowly.

"You've been like a mother's daughter ever since Chayra brought you here. Of course I'm happy that you've finally become Chan's chosen woman" said the middle-aged woman sincerely.
