“What happened ?”

“Why the sky arrived - arrived dark”

Huang Qingyue was puzzled to see the surrounding conditions that had suddenly darkened. She carried her sister closer to Tian Jie.

Tian Jie who was silent and continued to stare towards the dungeon's entrance started to open his mouth.

“Qingyue , how many guns do you carry ?”

Huang Qingyue : ”My short sword is three, there are ten square knives, and twenty throw” needles

“Only left is mister Tian Jie”

Tian Jie: “get out all your short swords Qingyue!”

Seeing Tian Jie's serious face, Huang Qingyue did not say much and took out all the short swords from her s.p.a.ce pouch. He put it on a rock.

“You want what all these short swords are ?”

Tian Jie did not answer Huang Qingyue's question. He wasn't sure he could defeat that Undead Knight. If he is alone he can escape. But leaving Huang Qingyue alone to become a tumblr would leave an uneasy feeling in her heart later.

 “Qingyue, you focus on running your way out of here and running away !”

“I'll hold the enemy as hard as I can”

Huang Qingyue showed a slightly sour face as she held back her guilty feelings. If only he hadn't asked Tian Jie for help, Tian Jie wouldn't have gotten into this mess. He drowned making the hair cover his eyes.

“I'm sorry Mr. Tian Jie”

Huang Qingyue bit her lower lip. He finally turned around and immediately looked for a way up from under the crater.

Tian Jie let out a small smile.

“Good, now I can focus with the enemy in front of”

Tian Jie stuffed those short swords into his spatial ring. After that he started moving away from the direction Huang Qingyue was leaving. He climbed up one of the big new ones and observed the entrance of the dungeon from afar.

‘Where is the creature ?’

Tian Jie did not discover the whereabouts of the Undead Knight. He looked at the place where the great sword was thrown.

‘the sword is also no more!?’

‘then where is ?’

The sound of a heavy object being dragged was heard approaching Tian Jie. But he did not see the source of the voice. Until the sound of a bang is heard.

Boom~

“Huh ?”

Tian Jie found a puff of smoke not far from his place. Then he looked following the trail of smoke that was approaching him.

“Wire !?”

Tian Jie jumped forward and did a round towards the front.

BAM~

Something fell right where Tian Jie was standing before with a strong momentum. Smoke and sand flew out, spreading in all directions.

“Kuh”

Tian Jie protected his eyes with his left arm from the scattering sand. He was trying to see what had just fallen where he stood. But suddenly a huge sword came out from the smoke horizontally towards Tian Jie's body. Tian Jie spruced up his spell cantrip.

“Magic Shield (1)”

Along with the greatsword that was about to hit Tian Jie, a visible shield was formed between the two of them.

BAM~

“KUH ! Weight once”

Tian Jie could not help the momentum of the huge sword clash. He was thrown back a few meters. Tian Jie did a backward turn to reduce the impact of the push and managed to stop by remaining standing.

Tian Jie looked towards his attacker and was surprised to find the Undead Knight already in front of him.

‘hah it ..’

‘does that effect spell Blur (level 2) ?’

The Undead Knight did not give Tian Jie time to think and went back to attack him. He swung his greatsword with both hands towards Tian Jie.

“not good , I should not be too often hit by attacks just now”

“Warp step (cantrip 0)”

Tian Jie tried his hardest to avoid the Undead Knight's attack. The powerful Undead Knight's attack made him extremely overwhelmed to fend off all of those attacks.

‘I have to find a gap to reply to attack !’

Tian Jie flipped his short sword handle. He lowered his head dodging the Undead Knight's horizontal slash attack. Then twisting his body made a momentum.

“Arcane strike - Create Flame (cantrip 1)”

Tian Jie's short sword was enveloped in flames which made a circular slash trail. He aimed that slash at the Undead Knight's stomach.

The attack was destroyed. But the attack left only a slight incision and a red flame in the Undead Knight's armor. Not a significant damage.

Tian Jie's eyes were wide open shocked by his attack which did not impact much to the Undead Knight.

Simultaneously with the sound of laughter rang out, a kick with knees was unleashed by the Undead Knight. The unprepared Tian Jie was hit by the attack right in his stomach. He was thrown backwards and slightly spewed blood from his mouth.

“Cough cough cough”

Tian Jie was lying down while coughing out blood from his throat.

But the Undead Knight did not waste the opportunity and attacked with his greatsword.

Tian Jie who saw the vertical slash attack of the greatsword approached in his eyes, flipping the handle of his short sword. Fending off an attack completely from the greatsword coming from above was extremely impossible for Tian Jie. He tried to change the direction of the attack to his side.

BAM~

The huge sword landed to the left of Tian Jie's body and sank to the ground.

Tian Jie hurriedly turned his body to the right and again stood up to put up the attacking horse. Then he used the opportunity of the Undead Knight's open defense to attack.

“Arcane strike - Thunder Grasp (level 1)”

Tian Jie's short sword emitted an aura of white lightning while emitting a loud sound of electric sparks. Tian Jie thrust his short sword towards the left chest of the Undead Knight. The short sword managed to pierce through the Undead Knight's armor all the way to his back. White lightning shaped like claws came out from the back of the Undead Knight who pierced through the sword followed by the sound of thunder that boomed throughout the crater.

The short sword in Tian Jie's hand cracked and broke.

Tian Jie engap - engap due to lack of breath, but his body is fine because it gets reinforcement from arcane stance after using his spell charger. He looked at the Undead Knight who had a hole in his left chest. The green fire disappeared from between his armor. The Undead Knight's hand holding the greatsword slowly slipped apart and hung helplessly.

“Sgratitude”

Tian Jie was relieved that everything was done. He took off his fighting horses and sighed. This Undead Knight was truly powerful and had many techniques to use. He slowly walked away to chase after Huang Qingyue. But suddenly he realized, the conditions around the crater are still dark. Spell should slowly dissipate its effects once the user loses concentration.

“DON'T - DON'T !!”

The new Tian Jie was about to flip his body, until there was a big hand holding his head. He then caught the big hand with both hands trying to break away. But that big hand was very heavy and hard to move.

Tian Jie was dispatched until both of his feet did not touch the ground.

The Undead Knight he thought had lost slowly returned to emit a green light from between his armor. The Undead Knight unhesitatingly smashed Tian Jie's head into the ground forcefully.

BAM~

Tian Jie's head hit hard until it sank slightly to the ground. The blood coming out on his head made half of his face red. He could barely keep his consciousness. Only one of Tian Jie's eyes was still open and those eyes were only focused on looking towards the eye hole in the Undead Knight's helmet.

The green flame was burning brightly from the hole. The Undead Knight let out a deep and cold voice of laughter like he was enjoying this fight so much.
