S2 - My Spoiled Family: The end of everything
"You're not playing me, are you? It's very painful, but you guys are playing games" Dira protested.
Dira felt lost power, and suddenly there was no spirit. While Arya was confused, this should be how again. Blood mixed with mucus, being everywhere made Arya a little dizzy.
"Tia, listen to Brother. You have to be strong baby, you've been through this a long time, when you gave birth to Baby-twins. Now you're given this opportunity again, so you don't give it up easily, come on you can." Sintal tried to encourage his sister.
Sintal actually really wants to approach Dira. But for now it is not possible, because he also takes care of something very important and it cannot be left behind.
"But it hurts, Brother. Dira can't breathe either, it feels tight here. Dira is not strong, it feels very weak, ' Dira replied.
Arya was crying. Arya doesn't want to lose his wife, even if they don't survive from here then they will go together.
"Let's start again, at least we try. But I want to ask you something, brother. Do you want to grant it?" Arya started talking.
Arya also felt the oxygen in the elevator start to decrease. His head also started to get dizzy, and felt very tight. There is no air, only heat.

Arya looked at Dira, and Dira nodded her head as if she knew what Arya was going to say. Dira does not feel alone, Arya also feels what she feels.
"If we don't survive, please take care of Baby-twins. Please take care of him until he grows up, take care of him like your own son. You're the only one I'm counting on" Arya said as she kissed Dira's hand.
Then I heard a cry from behind the phone. Sintal could not hold back his tears anymore, when he heard Arya's words. But when they cry for each other, Dira suddenly returns to contraction and makes Arya again make a sassy as well as listen to the instructions Syntal.
"God ...." Dira screamed as she felt something family from her birth canal. Likewise Arya, she is very hysterical to see her son directly out of her birth canal.
Arya was very trembling, but she remained steadfast. Even Arya immediately hugged her child, and after that Arya put the tiny baby on Dira's chest.
Arya wanted to take off her clothes, to envelop her son. After being released, Arya put on her shirt to hold her child.
"Tia, are you guys okay?" asked Sintal who was very panicked. Because Daritadi Sintal did not listen to the sound of baby crying, especially Dira.
"Sister, he's very handsome. But he won't open his eyes, or cry. Is my son gone?" ask Dira while crying. While Arya is still trying to make the baby cry, but there is no result at all.
"It is certain that your child has Asphyxia" said Sintal.
"What's that?"
"One of the causes of babies not crying at birth is Asphyxia. This condition occurs when the baby does not get enough oxygen during birth.
Some of the causes of Asphyxia in newborns are:
anemia while the baby is still in the womb. Anemia will cause a lack of oxygen and nutrient supply to the tissues, including to the respiratory system.
- The labor process lasts a very long time.
the placenta detaches from the uterus too quickly, so that the baby no longer gets oxygen intake in the womb.
To assess the condition of the newborn, the doctor will use the APGAR score. APGAR score 3-5 is an indicator of a baby experiencing Asphyxia. This is a dangerous condition, because if it does not get treatment, it can cause brain damage and death" explained Sintal.
"Keep me how?"
Arya panicked even more, as the oxygen she was living in was getting less and less. But not yet the problem of his son was finished, suddenly the elevator that had been silent stopped on the 17th floor, again slumped so quickly that it made Arya panic.
"Sister, hug our son!"
Arya hugged her son, and also hugged Dira. Arya feels that this might be the end of everything. They will go together, and leave their two children.
While Sintal began to panic as well, but he could only scream because Arya started not responding to Sintal. Dira and Arya finally met each other face to face, they also immediately smiled silly.
"It looks like we're gonna die here, Dira. Will you go with me, and our son?" Dira smiled and also cried..
"Maybe our path is like this, brother. I'll go anywhere, and I'll always be Dira Nya Arya. But before this is all over, I want to apologize. If I ever hurt my sister, sorry I could be the perfect wife" Dira replied while kissing Arya's hand.
"I'm also sorry, I've never been happy. I've always troubled you, but now we'll be happy. Because we're going together. Are you ready, go with me Dira Larasati?"
"Yes I'm ready, brother."
They hugged each other and protected their babies. Shortly after, a very loud bang was heard. The elevator that they climbed, finally slid down to cause a very loud sound and a very fierce shock.
Red blood flowed everywhere, and they still hugged each other when it was all over.
