Chapter 29: Against the Chimera

Arthur and Bellina could see how the Chimera was lying still where around him many pieces of body were lying just like that.

Some were his comrades and some were forest dwellers, Bellina drew her sword and only a slight chilling sound of the Chimera waking up in a standby position.

Bellina walked forward and Arthur followed behind. The only one hiding was Silenus.

Without waiting or making Bellina's strategy dart forward, Chimera showed her fangs and sent her front legs off as an attack, Bellina simply spun around avoiding them while giving slashes making cuts along her legs.

Arthur takes a different side and does the same, the fight between them continues for a while, attacking and defending.

One is distracting and another is attacking.

The serpent-shaped tail of the Chimera provides resistance by lashing.

He held it well however, the front leg of the Chimera made it flung backwards, Arthur was about to step forward while the Chimera spouted a breath of fire to make it unmoving.

Against a Chimera was the same as fighting a dragon, it could be felt in this battle.

The Chimera roared while Bellina rose up with a body shrouded in holy fire, its color clear and the feeling that resulted from there was a kind of power that was feared by the demons.

The Chimera lunged at him as the fire began to be sucked into his sword and then slashed him apart the two parts of the Chimera without difficulty.

Arthur breaks through the flames covering him long ago and rushes to check on Bellina's state, finally knowing that the Chimera has been wiped out by her. He thought if Bellina used magic in her dueling fight she might be the one who lost.

The two sheathed back his sword while Silenos approached to thank him.

"No problem, we have to leave again soon" Bellina replied.

"How about I show you the quickest route to get to Olympus. This route is faster and certainly safer."

Bellina and Arthur stared at each other then nodded in agreement, it never hurts to trust the person in front of him.

"Don't it if this way is a dead end?" arthur asked lightly answered by Silenos who had touched the stone while muttering a spell. His hand then went into the stone.

"That?"

"This rock is a moving stone, if you enter through here then you will come out on the same stone that was in Olympus, you will get there faster."

Silenus directed his two hands to let them go. Arthur and Bellina momentarily looked back at each other doubtfully and finally decided to enter.

"You're not coming with us?"

"I need to bury my friends, they fight to protect me. This is what I can do for them."

Arthur, Bellina who entered the stone has appeared on a hill that is not too steep even their horses can pass, and in front of them a little far away was an all-white building that looked towering quite high.

"So it's Olympus."

"We will make camp around it, when it starts we will enter with other countries."

Bellina nodded in response.

While in other places Earlene who used a disguise had killed many people who served as guards of the noble house, he did not even bother to fight with his hands. He created ice needles and killed them with a single shot before entering the mansion and killing the owner who could only sit in his room helplessly.

At the table Earlene found notice of a round table conference being conducted between countries at the Olympus.

Earlene involuntarily smiled faintly from behind her mask.
