Please Look At Me!

Please Look At Me!
Chapter 11's

About six or seven years ago, the girl had seen her father almost beat up a person taller than her. His father even held the man's neck and lifted him up and leaned the man's body against the wall with his strength and pointed his fist at the man. He doesn't know what the cause of it all is. He only knew people were so excited that day and surrounded his father who was burning with anger.

Until now, the girl did not know the reason behind her father's anger that day. He also refused to ask his parents. He was sure that neither of them would give the answer he expected if he asked them. It was already grateful that his father did not scold him as he asked.

Erina looked at her mother who was pacing back and forth in the front yard of the house since earlier with uneasiness. Quite a long time passed, but he did not know how his father was doing now. The day was still quite blistering, but the middle-aged woman did not care at all.

"It can't be this way" said the woman suddenly.

"Mother go after your father first. You take care of the house with your sister."

The woman went to get a jacket, helmet and motorcycle keys. He turned on the motorbike parked in his yard, then drove it away to catch up with the girl's father. The woman did not even ask at all where the father was at the moment.

The girl sat in the middle room restlessly. He has not changed his clothes and has not filled his stomach at all. He was restless waiting for his parents who had not returned since. There was one small part in his heart that regretted telling his parents about it, but he also did not know what to say other than to tell them what he had heard.

Drr....

His mother's phone left at home rang. It says his father's phone number made a call to his mother's phone number. No need to think for long, the girl immediately picked up the call on her mother's phone.

"Who did you know that your motorcycle ngusilin is Jeremy?" ask her mother from across the street.

The atmosphere around her mother was quite noisy. The girl suspected that her mother was currently in the middle of the crowd. The guilt grew in his heart. He never thought that the matter would be this severe.

"QUITE WHO SAID IT!" urged mother.

"My upperclassman" replied the girl.

"his name. What's your big brother's name?" ask her mother back.

The girl began to feel fear. He was a little hesitant to name the person who had told him that Jeremy had run his bike until the gas tank was dry. The voices of the people around his parents who were getting noisy made him even more afraid. He knew something was wrong was going on there.

"There was brother Raden talking to the man" he said.

"Raden denies. He said he didn't know anything at all."

DEGGS....

"Quick say, who said Jeremy was the ngusilin of your bike!" push her mother again.

Not long after, the phone was cut off. The uneasy feeling felt by the girl was becoming more and more. The problem that he just wanted to make an excuse to not be scolded or beaten by his father for coming home late is now a big problem. He really wanted to cry. Guilt, confusion and feeling betrayed filled most of the place in his heart at this moment.

He has a history of ulcers because he can only eat when he gets home. School hours are 14:00. If calculated by the time of the trip to his home, about half three new afternoons he could have lunch. He often felt a lot of pain in his stomach when he started filling his stomach with water.

The uneasy feeling that haunted him at this moment made him not feel the pain at all, even though he had not eaten since. He did not drink any water since he got home. He sat in the living room waiting for his parents to return home.

BRUKK...

Both of his parents had returned home with extremely angry expressions. The girl felt guilty, agitated, and afraid to see the angry expressions of her parents at this moment.

"Who said that Jeremy was the one who took your motorcycle?" ask her mother when she enters the house.

"I don't know his name either. He's my upperclassman, Jeremy's friend. Raden's brother was there when the man said that Jeremy who ngusilin my motor, cut off the flow of my motor gasoline, kept his gasoline distributed to his other friends before he went home."

"But Raden denied that he knew. He said he didn't know anything at all."

The girl's heart was back in pain. He did not expect at all that Raden would lie and say he did not know anything at all. Though the man even had time to curse Jeremy who had decided the hose bensing his motor.

"Originally you know yes. Your father was there almost beaten up by people. Even though your father has come well, even to apologize first to the family of Jeremy, before asking if Jeremy has rubbed your bike until your gas tank is empty and you can not go home. But they want to beat up your father" said his mother, full of emotion.

The girl was speechless not speaking in the slightest and just listening to the outpouring of vexation her mother had aimed at him at this moment as if everything was wrong with her. He is the source of all wrongs because of his mouth. The girl felt very guilty, but she also did not know what to say to her father other than what she had heard earlier. He felt the world was really unfair to him.

"Do you know who Jeremy's family is?" ask her mother with emphasis.

Erina shook her head in response to the question from her mother. He doesn't really know who Jeremy is, other than the guy who is one of his upperclassmen who is notoriously naughty at school. The man and his other friends often cause trouble at school.

"He's his family's mayor now. Many supporters of the mayor who want to mukulin your father because of the nanya things like so the family Jeremy. Good thing you showed up, otherwise your father would have been beaten up by them."

For the first time the girl realized, that the power possessed by an influential person was indeed that big. They can even make mistakes that they have actually done become invisible at all because people are afraid of them. Even worse, many people think they are so right that they want to defend them desperately, no matter the actual story. The world is really unfair.
