Ch 8 - Gossip
One day while returning home from school as usual Syabil waited for Alfa at a crossroad near the school, not long Alfa came with his motorbike. Syabil immediately crucified Alfa's hand and kissed the back of her hand. Unwittingly from a distance there was one of the schoolgirls who saw them, the schoolgirl stared in wonder at Alfa's behavior and
Syabil.
“Lho they say it use kiss hands all.” murmured the schoolgirl.
The next day when Syabil arrived at school many students were looking at him while whispering, he became uncomfortable himself afraid if it turns out he did something that makes everyone not like him.
Arriving at the class of Intan Sama Riri immediately dragged him to sit on the bench,
“Bil you have heard the news not yet ?” ask Riri.
“What news is it?” ask Syabil.
He started to feel that Riri would talk about him because from earlier when the way to class many were looking at him with a dislike look.
“Tau no Bil, there are those who wriggled you with Alfa yesterday at the crossroad there.” said Riri while pointing towards the intersection near the school.
When Syabil was shocked, he became confused and afraid that his relationship with Alfa would be exposed.
“Who said Ri ?” asked Syabil in a soft voice.
“I don't know Bil, the news spread just like that when I just nyampe.”
“Had, lest you be suspicious again.” Syabil is getting restless.
“Quiet Bil, hopefully not on tau.. importantly no one leaked about this all.. who know it's just we both are the same Andi aja.” explained Intan.
Intan and Riri try to calm Syabil down so as not to worry, Syabil also believes his two best friends will not divulge Alfa's relationship with him. Meanwhile in an Alfa class, some students asked about the news. At first glance Alfa was surprised she did not expect if anyone saw her with Syabil, but she tried to calm down and explain if she and Syabil did happen to come home together.
Some believe in Alfa's explanation but others are still hesitant and instead start spreading rumors if they are both dating.
“Fa, you didn't find Syabil ?” ask Andi.
“Ngapain ?”
“Yes he must be worried there will be this gossip.”
“Ngak later aja. anyways news kayak gini definitely on cepet forgot.” replied Alfa with a cuek.
“Hmm.. You are this, it is up to you deh.”
Andi did not succeed in persuading Alfa to talk to Syabil, indeed Alfa sometimes like at will and do not pay attention to the feelings of others.
During the break Syabil opened his phone and he got a message from Alfa asking to come to the OSIS room, he also happened to want to talk about the gossip. Syabil said goodbye to his two friends and immediately headed for the OSIS room, until in front of the OSIS room he looked around making sure no one saw him then knocked on the door.

“Log in!” answer Alpha from the room
Syabil opened the door and saw Alfa sitting facing his laptop seriously, Syabil closed the door and approached Alfa.
“Lock the door first, afraid someone will come in later.” Alfa command.
Syabil complied and locked the door from the inside, no problem for him anyway they are married so it's okay if they are one room together. Syabil sat next to Alfa,
“Wait a moment, I finish this report first.” said Alfa while continuing to focus on her laptop.
Syabil waits while putting his hands on the table and leaning his head on the hands. ‘who calls who is waiting for whom.basas.’ Inner Syabil.
Before long Alfa finished and closed her laptop, then facing towards Syabil, saw Alfa facing towards Syabil immediately woke up.
“You have heard the gossip ?” ask Syabil.
“But later if you know how ?”
“Easy, just say we are still family, it is not a lie, hm ?”
“Hm.. yes really too.”
Syabil fell silent, Alfa convinced Syabil to remain calm and surely the gossip quickly passed. Hearing the words from Alfa Syabil was a little more calm.
“Udah lunch ?” ask Alfa.
“Not yet, did you tell me to come here earlier.” replied Syabil with annoyance because he feels hungry now.
Alfa took her bag and took out some bread. He gave bread to Shabil to eat,
“I have bread, you eat only.” said Alfa while putting bread on the table.
“Where's bread from?” ask Syabil.
“So Thanks Andi.”
“No satiety if gini, to the canteen only yuk ?” bring Syabil.
Alfa looked at the clock, there was still 30 minutes left. Their break was 45 minutes, counting for quite a while.
“Yaudah yuk.” Alfa got up from the seat
For a moment Syabil thought again, if he walked with Alfa to the cafeteria, surely the rumor spread.
“Eh wait, later if we go together surely they do not think that.”
“Udah cuek aja, let them assume themselves.the important thing is we do not say anything.” explained Alfa.
According to Shabil, they also walked to the cafeteria, as Syabil alleged many students were looking at them, some were whispering justifying the gossip of the day.
In the cafeteria they saw Intan, Riri and Andi sitting together immediately following. Alfa followed Syabil and sat down next to Andi.
“You said you want to hide the relationship even go together to the canteen.” said Riri.
“It just so happens.. just be the same gossip.” replied Alfa casually.
“Hm but if the longer they find out what your relationship is ? you are popular Ka.” asked Andi.
“Tenak ajaan who squirms is only one person and most doubtful, surely the gossip is passed.” explained Alfa.
Syabil just kept quiet and focused on enjoying his food, although Alfa told him to stay calm and indifferent, but for him who did not want to stand out among the students instead made him uncomfortable to be noticed by many people.
Not long came Adi who wanted to join sat with Syabil et al, this time he was alone to the canteen, he said,
“Mbak I joined here yes.” pinta Adi and then immediately sat next to Syabil.
“You are alone ?” ask Syabil
“Yes, my friends are busy. oh yes I heard the gossip this morning. How do you feel now ?” ask Adi.
Syabil just kept quiet and shrugged, Adi nodded his head in understanding and continued eating.
“Tenak aja Mbak, do not think, later on forget also.” continued Adi.
“Tuh, Just relax.” says Alfa.
“Hmm... yes yes..” replied Syabil lazily.
