Grandpa's disappointment

"Davis, so when are you gonna give me a great-grandchild? Your marriage is almost a year old, but your wife is not yet pregnant" said Austin's grandfather suddenly to make Davis who was chewing his food, immediately choked.

"Slow down" Nichole said, immediately giving Davis a drink.

"Grandfather, we're just ordinary people. We have tried every day, morning and even night without stopping. But everything is arranged by God. Grandpa was patient, yes" replied Nichole so casually and looked at her grandfather-in-law.

"Patience until when? I am no longer young, and did you not go to the doctor for a consultation? Why not get pregnant?" grandpa said Austin clucked.

"It's only if you're married until now there's no sign of pregnancy either!" After saying that, Austin's grandfather immediately left the dining table.

The look on his face looked so disappointed, that made Davis and Faisal stared intolerably.

"Faisal, you better get married soon. Give your grandfather a great-granddad and I'm sure he'll be happy!" saut Sandrina's mother with a meaningful smile.

"Are you sure Faisal got married and could get his wife pregnant?" nichole said with a distinctive smile, looking at her mother-in-law, "What if Faisal's wife is like me?"

"No way!" sandrina's mother replied quickly, "I'm sure Faisal will be superior to your husband. And I'm sure, that Faisal seedlings won't doubt."

"Oh, so I mean, my husband's seed isn't superior?" nichole said cynically, "Are you aware, it's the same as insulting my husband."

At once, Mother Sandrina immediately glanced at Davis and also Daris who was staring at her flatly.

Sandrina's mother and Daris' father also immediately left the dining table. And now, there's only Nichole and Faisal left.

"What's wrong?" ask Faisal to the point.

"No!" Nichole replied flatly and shook his head.

Faisal immediately sighed heavily, "Are you taking the pregnancy petunda pill?" guess Faisal.

"Not really," Nichole replied honestly.

She did not take pregnancy-delaying drugs, but she installed an implant-shaped contraceptive on her arm.

Nichole deliberately installed the device so that she did not get pregnant. It's true, at first she really wanted to conceive Davis's child, she hoped that her household could survive.

However, her hopes were dashed when Davis would not be able to love her. After nearly nine months of their marriage, Davis was completely unpredictable, leaving Nichole hesitant and eventually deciding to put up a silent KB.
