Meanwhile, behind the door of the room that was not tightly closed, it turns out Nichole heard all the conversations between Davis and her grandfather.
He thought only his family was destroyed and he suffered the most in the world. But it turns out there is something much more complicated than the story of his journey.
Unknowingly, Nichole to tears, when imagining how a small child saw the death of his mother in plain sight because of a betrayal from the husband.
'Mom, what should Nichole do now?' nichole muttered in his heart.
For a moment, Nichole thought and tried to reflect. He recalled his desire to escape and be freed from Davis. However, for some reason now after he heard the story and debate between Davis and his grandfather. Nichole wants to stay next to Davis.
He's a good man, because he's helped him a lot. If only he had bought it yesterday instead of Davis. It is possible, now he has been made a slave or maybe he can die because in per vocabulary.
'Alright, how about in return I will serve you.' murmured Nichole a little unsure.
'But he's really single, right? I've been here a long time, it turns out she already has a boyfriend?'
Nichole continued to grumble while walking back and forth in the room. Trying to figure out what steps he would take. Without realizing it, Davis was standing in the doorway and saw the behavior and heard the word Nichole who was not in the heart.
The man stared at her flat, leaning against the doorway while holding his hands across his chest. Staring at Nichole who continued to chatter to the right and to the left with a look of his confused face.
"I don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend! So, tomorrow we get married!" said Davis arrived, immediately made Nichole surprised and immediately realized.
"Whatt! M—married? Don't be crazy!" nichole quickly shook her head.
"Married contract?" ask Nichole reassuringly.
Davis nodded his head, "So, prepare yourself! Pretend we're married for love, not coercion!"
After saying that, Davis went out of the room and headed for the room next door. He let out a rough sigh, having been forced to take a path like this.
"If you don't want to go home and take over the company, grandpa's just worried that Sandrina's going ahead."
The words Grandpa Austin said were always ringing in Davis' head. It was not that he was crazy of treasures, it was just that he was unwilling when all of his family treasures fell into the hands of the wrong people.
Sandrina is a very cunning woman. He can justify any means to be able to fulfill his wishes. Of course, Davis would not let that happen.
'Stupid basic! You should have gone forward! Not your mother! I don't know what your brain is made of!' umpat Davis was so upset with his step-sister.
Although Faisal was Sandrina's son, they both had different traits. Faisal was not like his mad mother's treasure. Davis knew all about Faisal because he had always stalked his family from a distance.
Davis only hated Faisal because he was Sandrina's son. But deep down, he loved the boy too. Especially when he knew that his sister was not as bad as he thought.
It's just, Davis could never utter. He was just like Clayton who had a god-level prestige, so he chose to pretend to hate and not care. In fact, he always sent guards to follow wherever Faisal went.
