It's been 3 days since Adah fainted in the toilet. She is also conscious and looks as healthy as ever. But, his mother prevented his sister from going to class and asked him to rest alone for another 1 day at home.
Rosie was unable to give her full attention in her class. His mind filled even though his eyes were focused on the white board in front of the class. His forehead was furrowed thinking about the emblem he looked at the duration of the day.
Why haven't I seen that tattoo before? I'm with him always if you go anywhere together, but we people never go to a tattoo shop.
He breathed a heavy sigh.
I don't think mom's dad's okay. Die if I know about the tattoo….
As usual, the bell sounds indicating the class is over. Rosie packed her things and walked out of the classroom without looking back even a little. He pulled out his cell phone and checked the incoming messages. However, there was not a single message from his sister.
Maybe rest? Later to catch the room he chased.
He put his phone back in his pocket and at that moment, he heard his name called from behind. He turned his head and saw Liza running coming towards him with a sweet smile.
“Hai, a je to? Where's Adah?” His voice is full of cheer.
“He's not well. So, she sits home.”
“Oh, she has a fever to?
Rosie shook her head, “She fainted for days. Follow him okay. Cumanya, our mother people want her to rest a little more. He was always very stay up. Class, study night. If again he wants to rest if not time he is not healthy right?”
“He can hold uh, study does not stop.”
“That's the article! Not understanding very well.”
Liza's phone suddenly rang in the middle of the conversation they slammed into their laughter. Liza quickly pulled her mobile phone out of her suitcase and Zackary's name was exposed on the face of the phone screen. Green button pressed.
“Zackary?” Rosie looked at Liza answering the call.
"I just got off the block. I'll wait with the gate." He turned off the call after a long silence.
"Pergh, there's a new member already mat. Crazy ar." Liza laughs.
"Unfortunately. He's my foster brother."
Rosie raised her forehead, "He's studying here?"
Liza nodded, "She just entered last Friday."
"i see's. Okay, I want to keep going again. So, we got here, eh?"
"Eh, of course. Anything roger's stuff."
Rosie nodded before leaving Liza alone at the gate. Liza anchored her back in the long chair that was always there. His eyes looked around. Given that the time of class exchange, many students pass by there either in or out. However, Zackary's involvement is still not found. Liza leaned back onto the chair while taking a deep breath.
Eyes silenced. He can sniff out something he's ever been in the mood for. He tried to maintain his position like he didn't know anything was going on. He did not want the master to smell it gone. So he waited and remained in his position.
"Liz!" Liza turned.
Zackary ran from the end of the corridor towards him. Liza simply stood up while waiting for Zackary to arrive to where she was standing. Zackary stopped in front in a gasp of air that had been stolen while running for a while.
"You.. Long time no. You wait for me?" Ask Zackary between breaths.
Liza slid her hands into her hoodie, "But I'm not hot anymore."
He tried to suppress the smell to ensure the presence of the creature. That smell still exists. That is, that person did not come to threaten him. Maybe just watch.
“Sorry weh, I never thought I would make us people stuck in class.” Zackary was finally able to stand up perfectly.
“Wow, you really learned eh?”
“I have to do it if I want to act as a human.” Whisper Zackary. Liza was just laughing looking at Zackary's gurgle.
Suddenly, Zackary's facial ripples changed. Without moving his head, his eyes moved left and right like they were detecting something. Liza wanted to ask but she knew the situation had not survived. Thus, he pulled Zackary's hand out of the building. Even though she had not asked anything, she already knew what was bothering her best friend.
“We have to move now if we want to prepare that thing quickly. I didn't miss the leka-leka eh?”
Zackary ears, “Kejap weh! I'm like ra-”
“Not now.” Whisper Liza, cut out her best friend's verse.
Liza stopped right in front of Zackary's car door. He let go of the man's hand and entered the car, leaving the man wrapped around looking behind him. He was still interested in the smell.
The car door was reopened then he reached Zackary's hand, “Masuk.”
Zackary seemed to be aware of the banquet. He didn't say much and then walked into the driver's section. After the man entered, Liza stuck something out. Once again, Zackary looked at him strangely.
“Your self-control. I know you got distracted” The coffee bean in Liza's hand was reached and brought her closer to her nostril.
“How long has he been with you?’ Zackary asked while calming himself down.
“Since the 2nd day I came here.”
They're silent. There was nothing they could say at the time. Zackary inhales the fragrant coffee beans for the last time before returning them to Liza.
“We got hit fast. I don't think this human world is safe for my master anymore.”
The man turned on the car engine and circulated from the parking lot of the car. Liza was silent. Can't be denied anymore. What Zackary said just a moment ago is one truth.

“When can I get out?” Monologue Adah to the mirror wall of his room.
He threw himself on the bed while releasing heavy grunts that his mother could hear downstairs. However, Mrs Illida just runs her homework as usual.
“You know you can je out walking if son?” About his own mother in the kitchen.
Puan Illida's voice was strong enough to be heard by Adah from the room. The wide open door of the room makes it easy for their communication to take place.
“But, I want to go class!” Answer Adah who is still lying facing the ceiling.
“Nope.”
“But why?
His mother closed the cassava pipe and spoke again, “You learn not to stop, Adah. Near the university, studying. Time off studying. Sleep time learning too? Try to tell mom, when you rest?”
She just kept quiet hearing her mother's voice. It is true that he is a man who does not know the rest of studying but he is already miserable with boredom of being at home doing nothing. In fact, her mother took all the equipment including all the books to avoid herself from learning.
“If you cannot for yourself rest, so the laws of nature compel you to rest.”
Her mother's words made her silent. He knew that nothing could deny the truth of his mother's verse. Thus, he chose to remain silent while dazedly looking at his ceiling.
“Natural law forces us eh..”
For some reason, he was reminded of the Unseen Realm back then. His affair with Herna during the day made his heart heavy. At that time, he was reminded that his hand had a gold inked pattern. His arm is still wrapped in bandana. Although he knew his family members could not see the pattern on his hands, but for him, he, just looking at the tattoo made her shoulders feel heavy as if she could feel the weight of the responsibility she was supposed to bear if she was in the Unseen Realm.
Every time he looked at the pattern, a voice would come calling him home to ’the land’ him and sink him into another dimension. But, he managed to pull over his own daydream and then get up from his bed. He squeaked the edge of his forehead beginning to feel dizzy.
I think I went crazy. All this stuff is driving me crazy.
Not too long later, he again heard the whispering. No need to find out where the voice came from, he already knew where the cause was. He held his arm covered in the bandana.
“What are you doing.?” His voice was slow, only for him to listen.
Youknew.
Adah's eyes are growing. For the first time, the voice was to answer her question.
“I don't want to go back to your country.”
You have no choice. We all have no choice.
“We have a choice. We always have a choice and I choose not to go.”
“Baliklah..” The voice of the woman with full seduction. Although his lips were engraving a smile, his eyes were radiating sadness. Makes Adah feel sad too.
“Only the blood of our family can prevent the God Senses from destroying everything. Save both worlds, Adah.”
She shed tears suddenly. She did not know why, she felt so close to the woman. He could feel the pain and sadness felt by the woman. The longer he looked into the human eye, the more confident he was about one of the things that had haunted him all along. The more he knew, who was in front of him. She is his mother, Almyra Leon.
His tongue was still silent. His chest was too big to say anything. The more he tried, the stronger the waves of his feelings struck. But Almyra seemed to know what was playing in his son's mind and nodded his head while widening his smile.
“Finally, I can see how my son grew up.”
His son's ego fell when he heard Almyra talking himself ‘ibu’ and hugged his mother tightly.
The mother returned her child's embrace and said, “You think you won't see you grow up.”
“Adah thinks Adah will not be able to know Adah's mother.” The verse of Adah makes Almyra smile more and more.
“Mother is always there.”
His embrace is getting tighter. Almyra let Adah in her arms. Whether it was a fantasy or not, Almyra's talk felt too true for him.
"Is it?" Almyra breaks the silence.
"Hm?" Adah answered who was still in her mother's arms.
"Reverse ye?"
It's just that he didn't react. Almyra knew Adah still did not want to go home but, what other options do they have? Thanks to Herna for raising her spirit from a long sleep by lighting a pattern on Adah's arm. He knew the emblem on Adah's arm wouldn't be lit if they had other options.
"Adah.." Almyra rubbed Adah's back. But, Adah pulled her body from the embrace.
"What's really going on, mom?" Adah's question kept Almyra quiet. He breathed a heavy sigh.
"Mom's hoping you can sit and tell stories, but mom's time isn't long." Adah's eyes are growing.
"Why anyway? We just showed up!” He said half screamed but his mother just smiled.
“Adah, it is our duty to maintain security between these two countries.”
“What does mother mean?”
He pulled Almyra's hand. Seeing her child made her heart soft. He answered nothing because he knew he knew what he meant. Almyra lowered her head and reached for her son's hand and then clasped tightly.
“Adah will understand when the time comes. Flip know? Mom will always be there.”
The last words along with a swipe on Adah's cheek before disappearing like dust. He looked around, looking for his mother.
“Mother?”
No answers.
“Mother!”
She's starting to believe Almyra Leon is not in her room right now. He could feel his mother's presence gone.
“MOM!!”
“Adah!”
The worried-looking face of Puan Illida was now in front of him. He looked around him. Now he was in the middle of the bed where half of his body was still covered.
“Is okay no?” Puan Illida's hand rubbed Adah's forehead while checking her body temperature.
What the hell is going on?
“Is a nightmare to?” Adah's forehead is wrinkled.
“Dreams?”
“Adah thrashed the bed time earlier. You make me worry.” No trick. His face was clearly concerned. I don't know what he needs to answer.
“Maybe. Sorry, Adah can't remember.” Miss Illida let out a long breath.
“Tak what. You rest. If you feel like walking out, get out. Bring Rosie.”
He just nodded slowly.
“Rosie, can you please get some water for Adah?” Mother turned to look at Rosie who was at the door of the room from earlier.
Sorry Rosie, I didn't notice you were close by.
“Mother wants to prepare dinner. Later mom prepare to eat Adah once. No need to go down.”
“Later Down.” He answered as quick as lightning. His mother was silent just looking at her son. But it just makes you laugh.
“No mom, Adah okay. It was kind of tired because of a dream that people don't know what.” Again his mother breathed heavily. He knows he can't win with Adah.
“It is, if anything happens, jeep scream like that, tau?”
“Hm, don't know. Because people sleep. Remember the screams of mana.”
His mother pinched his son's arm but it was just inviting again for his son to laugh.
“Bud ni. Sickness too to hurt.”
“Where there is pain. We're okay, right?”
Tuk
The sound of the door being knocked caused the child to turn to the door.
“Air to.” Rosie approached the two of them with a glass of water while smiling.
“Okeylah, mother down first.” Mrs Illida left the two sisters alone.
After the door of the room closed, Rosie voiced suspiciously, “You're really okay?”
“I'm okay. Just a nightmare je.”
“You screamed like a person got hit by the beam just now. Ish, make people worry. I'm reminded that someone broke in.”
It would be nice if people in Herna's time appeared that night.. Huuuuu ~.
“Sorry.” He smiled at goats.
“Takpala. As long as you don't pape. Oh ye, again one,” Rosie was silent for a moment while looking at the door of the room. It was like he was waiting for something.
“Mother said nothing?” Adah shakes. “Said what?” Now, it was Rosie's turn to shake.
Then, he kneels on the edge of the bed next to Adah, “If you want to express or say anything strange, I have tau.”
Someone looked at him silent.
Why this kid?
“I motion first. Help mom cook. Water is drinking. If anything, screams like you were delirious earlier.”
“Stupid..” A little laugh. Rosie out of the room.
The room was quiet again. The water next to it is strange. Everything and everything that happened back then was strange.
Was that a dream?
