"Gosh what was that?" The girl woke up from her stupor.

His eyes were fixed on the man who was asleep next to his bed. The man was sitting on a chair immersing his face on the edge of the bed while grasping his fingers.

"Why did I feel like I slept for so long? what a weird dream!" His whisper while twitching his temple.

On the other side...

"What's going on? why am I here?" Said the man while looking at his temple feeling dizzy on his head.

"O doctor, are you awake? hows it? do you still feel pain?" Ask a girl wearing a mask, while giving an injection through an infusion tube on the man's arm.

"What's really going on?" Asked the man while squinting his eyes at the female doctor treating him.

"You had an accident three days ago and passed out for three days here." It was clear to the man who was still wearing the doctor's uniform.

"I fainted? how's the girl I'm with?" Asked the man while holding the doctor's arm with a face full of anxiety.

"He's fine." A man with a familiar face walked into the patient room, followed by a girl waving her hand with a sweet smile behind her.

"Hey?" Greet the girl as she approached, standing next to her bed.

As soon as he saw her directly hugging him tightly while crying holding haru.

"Thank God you're okay." Said the man to her.

"Of course I'm fine, I'm sorry I actually put a little bit of my blood in to speed up your recovery." Said the girl again, looking at the face of the man in front of her.

Whether he will be angry with the actions he took or not.

The man simply smiled and nodded his head in a sign he was not angry at all.

"I feel calm because you're okay." Said a man accompanying the girl while patting her shoulder.

"Thank you for taking care of me." He said with a smile looking at Fredian and Irna's faces.

"Don't forget you're still my rival." Said Fredian with a smile.

Rian's memory returned at the moment before he fainted.

Flashbacks

Irna, Fredian they both attended Reynaldi and Jesy's wedding that night.

Fredian left with Irna, on that night a lot of artists and models who came to the party.

And also a familiar girl, Clarisa. The face of a vengeful person in Irna Damayanti. He came deliberately to hurt Irna.

In the hustle and bustle of the wedding between Reynaldi and Jesy, the girl sneaks in unbeknownst to security.

He was standing next to Irna, and at that moment Fredian was busy talking to a client who happened to be inside the party.

"Did my coming make your mood turn bad?" He said while holding a glass of drink in front of Irna's face and deliberately poured it on Irna's dress.

"God! this woman!" Whispering Irna while cleaning her clothes looked at the woman in front of her. Since her clothes were wet with drinks, Irna rushed to the toilet to clean them up.

A short time later, some men got into the toilet and locked it. Irna looked at them from the mirror reflection. A few men with frenzied faces were looking at him with gazes about to rend his body.

"Who are you?!" Irna asked as she leaned in front of the sink with a very surprised face.

Fredian who realized Irna wasn't around, he immediately ran looking throughout the party area. And he saw Clarisa was there. The girl smiled triumphantly.

Fredian feels Irna's disappearance has something to do with Clarisa the evil woman.

Fredian also immediately contacted Rian, he was worried that something might happen to Irna.

"Where are you now?" He asked his personal doctor immediately after he picked up his phone.

"I'm in the office, with Jody Winarta. What's up?" Ask Fredian.

"I lost Irna, I'm afraid something's happened to her."

"Where are you now?" Ask Fredian again.

"I was at Reynal's wedding at the top." Fredian was obviously with him.

Hearing that Rian immediately stood up and without taking off his white coat he immediately ran to the car park.

"Where are you going?" Asked Jody who was surprised also ran towards the parking lot.

"There's something serious I have to deal with right now!" He told the man.

"Can I help?" Ask again while running next to Rian.

"Go home, I don't want to involve you."

"Okay, I'll be back. Thank you!" He said with a smile holding the medicine bottle in his hand.

Jody got into her car and left NGM, opposite the direction of Rian's car that was heading to the top.

After two hours of driving his car Rian saw a girl holding his bloody arm he was running with bare feet being chased by some large-bodied people.

She knew slowly that the girl was none other than Irna. Irna is being pursued by criminals.

Rian immediately stopped his car, and stopped on the road.

"Well hurry!" He opened the car door for her. Without waiting for Irna to get into the car.

Some of the criminals drive cars, they also follow Irna and Rian who are in the car.

Because the location is full of bends also the road uphill, downhill. Rian's car can't run.

The criminals behind them could catch up quickly, and hit Rian's car from behind.

"Revelation! Akhs! no!" Irna cried out when Rian's car that was driven with her glided freely plunged to the bottom of the ravine.

Irna slipped between conscious and not seeing Rian's head full of wounds, and the man slowly opened his eyes.

Rian clasped Irna's hand tightly.

"I love you so much." It was his last words spoken by him before he fainted.

"What should I do?" Irna tried to get up from her seat but could not. He remembered that his blood had a fast healing effect.

Lucky when the villain hurt him only hit his arm, but the astral creature did not smell the scent of his blood because Irna immediately doused his wound with perfume that was in his bag and always carried him wherever he went.

Irna's blood had mixed with Rian's blood, and she saw some of the wounds on her body slowly improving.

The girl smiled and fell unconscious on top of her body. Shortly after, Fredian manages to catch a gang of criminals who are chasing Irna with Clarisa.

He immediately called an ambulance when he found Rian's car at the bottom of the ravine. And take them to the hospital.

Seeing that Irna did not have a fatal scratch, she knew this had something to do with the red blood cells present in her body. The girl was unconscious for a day.

And as long as he was unconscious, Fredian was keeping him by his bedside.

"I hope my dream won't come true.." Irna whispered in her heart.

The girl smiled seeing Rian and Fredian talking, Irna's blood was mixed and flowing on Fredian's body, and Rian was also Reyfarno.

Shortly after Fredian's phone rang, he immediately exited the room to receive a call from his secretary Antoni.

"I'm out first." Whispering to Irna next to her, the girl simply nodded her head as Fredian bailed with her.

"You must eat, to recover quickly." Said Arvina while sitting on the chair next to Rian.

Seeing that Irna smiled and was about to step away from inside the room giving time for the two of them to get closer.

Seeing Irna step away suddenly Rian's face changed.

"Wait!" Rian was about to get off his bed.

"Sir! You can't get out of bed right now!" Arvina held Rian's body to stay on top of her bed. The girl looked expectantly at Irna.

Hearing Arvina Irna's yell turned her head and hurriedly turned around.

"What's wrong?" He asked with a surprised face looking at the two of them.

"Can you accompany the President for a moment, miss?" Arvina asked with a face hoping for Irna to nod. Arvina already considers Rian like her own sister.

Irna smilingly looked at the girl's face, then sat down next to her.

"I'm going to go out first, please lady stay here." His ink on Irna, then the girl stepped out of the room.

"Why?" Irna asked as she picked up the porridge from the table and began to feed it to Rian's lips.

"Stay here!" Said Rian while holding Irna's hand, then pointed the spoon into her mouth.

"Yes, I'll be here. So get well soon, doctor." Irna chuckled when she heard Rian forcing her to stay there.

Fredian after receiving the phone back into Rian's room in the care. He sees Irna feeding Rian.

"Are you jealous of me?" Rian asked when he saw the man standing in the doorway.

"If I'm jealous, I won't let you stay all day with him." Fredian was relaxed.

Fredian knew Irna had been with Rian for a long time after they split, knowing that Irna had not been involved in a complicated relationship with Rian.

Rian is the only family for her because Irna does not have anyone else. That man had always been by her side all this time.

Fredian also knows that Rian keeps his feelings for Irna alone in the depths of his heart. But Fredian also knew who the girl really loved until now was herself.

"Thank God." Said Rian again as he waved his hand at Fredian. Irna just kept quiet to see them throwing eyes at each other.

"I'll take care of him as long as he stays here." Irna said to Fredian, as the man stood next to her.

"Yes, I'm going back to the office. I'll change watch with you later tonight." He said with a smile.

"Could he take care of me?" Ask Fredian.

"You don't see her face tangled up like that? who do you think took care of you during the three-day fainting night?" He said to Rian while pointing at Irna who was sitting next to him. The man pouted and then walked out of the room.

Rian smiled at Fredian grumbling because Irna kept looking after him for as long as he was sick.

"You're taking care of me?" Rian asked while looking at Irna's face.

"Two days, because earlier I had also fainted for one day." Clearly while pouring drinking water and then poke at Rian. The man immediately took it and gulped it down.

"Are you sure you're feeling better?" Ask Irna later.

"It's okay other than this." Rian pointed towards his chest.

"Is anyone hurt in there?" Irna asked with a surprised face, she immediately stood up about to check on the wound on Rian's chest.

The man grabbed her in a hug, Irna was a little surprised then she rubbed her back upon hearing the subtle-suffling. Rian melted his tears.

"Thankfully you're fine, thankfully I can still see you, thankfully I can still stand by your side even in faraway places." His whisper in his tears.

"What are you talking about. You have been with me for a long time. Of course you'll still be able to see me." Said Irna while patting her shoulder. Slowly release his embrace.

"I'm sorry, the moment before I fainted when I was in the car I said it again." Whisper to Irna.

"I already know, but you keep saying that, as if I don't know how you feel." Said Irna faking a frown.

"When are you going to remarry him?" Rian's question made Irna suddenly look up at Rian's face, in her heart she said.

"Do you really want me to marry Fredian again soon?"

Rian just smiled as if he knew what was in Irna's heart.

"Don't worry I won't get in the way of your relationship." He said, drinking water in his hand.

"I know, you gave me my address when I lived in Germany a few years ago." Said Irna while propping up her chin with her palm.

"Why? are you not happy?" Ask Rian again.

"Let's know, maybe if his family really sincerely accepted me we'd get back together. But looking at the past between us seems like it's going to be a little difficult." Clearly Irna while smiling looked at Rian's face.
