"Darling, I want to talk to you" said Zidan, clasping Safa's hand.
"Mama wants us to get married soon."
"Is the date set?" Ask Safa.
"About a month." Zidan's words shocked Safa. Not because there is no preparation but because the rumors circulating have not been leaked.
"Well, they're going to think I'm really pregnant out of wedlock" Safa thought.
"Why baby? You mind?" Ask Zidan.
"Aren't you in a hurry, Mom?" Ask Safa.
"Isn't faster better?" Zidan asked his future wife for an opinion. Safa was confused as to how to answer it. But he did not want to hurt his girlfriend.
"So much to you, Mommy." Zidan commented smilingly at Safa's reply.
"Thank you dear." Zidan kissed Safa's forehead. "I have to go back to the office" said Zidan afterwards. Safa nodded.
After that, Safa went into her room. He threw his bag everywhere. Then the woman threw herself on the bed.
"Mas Zidan asked me to marry when I was rumored to be pregnant out of wedlock. Fix, they'll judge me worse. Aaa... Why is this coincidence?" Safa rattled her own hair.
Tok tok tok tok
"Lake in!" Safa said from inside the room.
"Mother, are you still sick?" Ask Willa.
"What's the matter, baby?" Safa crouched down to equalize her height with the child.
"I'm hungry but I want to eat out" Willa replied.
"Alright mother interracial." Safa took her bag and went down with Willa. However, the rain suddenly descended with a rush. At the same time a courier came to bring food.
"Who's food for, my mom?" Safa asked the courier.
"To Doctor Safa," he answered.
"But I didn't order any food" he refused.
"This order is on behalf of Mr. Willy, ma'am. Sayq just delivered the order." The courier gave Safa a paper bag and left.
Willa saw the contents. "Wow, my favorite doughnut and bread" he said enthusiastically.
"Good dad yeah, Bun."
"We'd better go in so you don't catch a cold." Willa according to what her mother said. He brought in the food given by the courier earlier. Willa seemed to enjoy it.
Two weeks later, Safa and Zidan begin to take care of their wedding. Starting from ordering invitations, buildings, catering, clothes and others. Luckily Raina took care of all the work.
Zidan's mother was very enthusiastic when preparing for her son's marriage.
"Eh jeng Raina would like to order clothes here too?" Ask a friend of Arisan Raina whom she met at a kebaya boutique.
"Yes," Raina replied briefly. His hands were still sorting out the clothes that fit his wishes.
"Have the widow one child, jeng?" His friend's talk is getting outrageous.
"Why jeng?" Ask Raina.
"Do you want to jeng? If I am sorry to be with other Arisan friends," he said with full confidence.
Raina smiled in response to the words of her friend. "If I am grateful, Jeng. In addition to getting a wife, my son also got a beautiful daughter. Besides, I don't see his status. The important thing is she's a good woman and there's no coercion for my son to marry her." After that Raina walked away.
"Huh, basic. Got the widow's daughter-in-law blurred," said the woman.
Raina enters the car and tries to pick up Willa. Arriving at Willa school, mothers who pick up their children are amazed to see a woman who is still beautiful at her age.
"Who's mom going to pick her up?" Ask a woman who is waiting for her child. She's seen Raina for the first time. Although Raina often picks up Willa but she always waits in the car. However, this time he came down to pick up his future granddaughter.
"I'm Willa's grandmother" Raina replied, smiling.
"You're Dr Safa's parents?" Ask the lady who knows.
Raina shakes. "I am the parent of her future husband," Raina replied confidently.
The woman rounded her eyes in disbelief when she heard that Safa was about to marry again.
"You're very kind to pick up Willa even though he's not officially your grandson. Isn't it usually that mother-in-law is not as good as a real mother? Moreover, he is not your flesh blood." The woman was amazed.
"For that I came here. I will break the bad image of mother-in-law. Because basically everyone has a different character. So I'm just going to leave a good impression so that others don't judge me badly as a mother-in-law."
"Oma," call Willa who just came out. He ran towards Raina. However, Willa fell for lack of caution. Raina immediately approached her favorite little boy.
When Raina was about to help Willa, a boy helped her up. "Take care of it," he said.
Raina tried to recognize the boy. "Zafier?" Raina asked.
Then a beautiful woman wearing high heels approached the boy. "Auntie."
"Sandra, why are you here?" Raina asked who recognized her nephew's wife.
"I transferred Zafier to this school" replied Zidan's cousin Alex.
"What a coincidence, I want to introduce my granddaughter" said Raina, who recognizes Willa as Zidan's son-in-law.
"So Zidan is going to marry a one-child widow?" Ask Sandra.
"Not to be made clear" Raina said.
"Sorry, Aunt. By the way today, don't you bring a car? Let me take you to your destination."
"Ah no need. I brought the driver. Next time stop by, take your son to our house." Sandra nodded in response to Raina's invitation.
"However I still hold a sense of disappointment when you reject my son," said Raina.
"Yes Auntie, we'll take it first." They grabbed Raina's hand as they said goodbye.
"Oma, who are they?" Ask Willa innocently.
"They're Oma's brothers."
