Engagement

"Congratulations." Selly is happy after Zidan and Safa are officially engaged.

"You came alone?" Safa asked her best friend. Selly nodded weakly.

"Actually I wanted to bring someone here but he couldn't" Selly replied.

"Oh yeah do I know him?" Selly hesitated to tell Safa the truth. Finally, he answered his friend's question.

The flashback

"Thank you" Selly said after Willy helped her. Willy smiled.

"Want me to drive you home?" Willy offers Selly a ride.

"No, I brought my own car" he refused. Then Selly walked to his car. He saw the front tire of his car deflated.

"Today is indeed my unlucky day" he said annoyed at his own fate.

Willy walked over to Selly. "My offer still stands" he told Selly.

Wouldn't want Selly to ride in Willy's car. He got into the car and put on his seat belt.

"Let's get your car picked up by my mechanic, please" Willy said before running his car. Selly nodded in agreement.

In the car they don't talk much. Then Willy started the conversation. "So who are you going to come with tomorrow?" Ask Willy.

"Maybe I'll come alone" Selly replied.

"Can you offer yourself?" Inner Selly stared expectantly at Willy.

"If only I could come there with you." Willy's words made Selly have hope.

"But I can't" Willy said later.

"Yes he certainly can't see his ex-wife getting engaged to another man," Selly's inner self with a nose-altered face.

"It's okay" Selly replied. Willy glanced at Selly. He could guess that Selly was expecting more from him. But unfortunately Willy can't fulfill Selly's desire to accompany her to Willy's engagement.

"Have you ordered tomorrow's clothes?" Ask Willy. Selly shook her head.

Then Willy turned the car. "Why do we turn? My way home is there" Selly protested.

When Willy stopped the car, the woman found out that Willy was taking her to a boutique. "Let's get off!"

Selly's still in her chair. Then Willy opened the car door for Selly. Still not reacting, Willy finally lowered his head. Her face was so close to Selly's face that she could feel a warm gust of her breath. "Want me to let go or take off on my own?"

Willy's words made Selly pursed her lips. "Damn this guy," he said in his heart.

After that, Selly entered the boutique. She was amazed to see such a beautiful collection of kebaya.

"Welcome, how can we help you?" Greet the boutique waiter kindly.

"Please help her choose a suitable kebaya!" Willy's orders to the lady's maid. The waiter also invited Selly to try out some of their latest kebaya collections.

Before trying Selly see the price. "Crazy like this?" Mumbled. "I can't afford it, but I love the money if it's only used once."

"Sir, I'd better try it next time." Selly returned the kebaya before she tried.

"Why?" Ask Willy to Selly.

"I'll buy it somewhere else" Selly whispered to Willy's ear.

Willy's lower part stiffened as Willy's ears felt the woman's breath. "Ehem," Willy tried to neutralize his feelings.

"Take that one!" Appoint Willy and he gives his credit card to the cashier.

"No need. I really don't need to buy a new kebaya" declined Selly who felt bad. When Selly walked by accident her feet tripped over the carpet so that the woman who works as a doctor fell into Willy's arms. Selly's hand was right in Willy's chest.

Willy quickly removed Selly's hand from his field chest. His face was already flushed red from feeling uncomfortable with the one down there. Selly held a smile when she touched a man's chest for the first time.

Flashback off

Selly joined the other invited guests. He searches for David's whereabouts because there is nothing to be recognized except Safa and her sister.

Selly was thrilled when she found David. Today she dressed up so beautifully wearing the kebaya Willy bought. But his face turned sad when he saw David talking to a woman he knew.

Sally gripped tightly the glass she was holding. She stared dislikefully at Sofia. The hijab woman who has always been David's target.

Selly decided to go home first. He went home without saying goodbye to the show owner. Safa sees her best friend coming home in a hurry. He became worried.

"What's the matter, baby?" Ask Zidan.

"I saw Selly coming home in a hurry" Safa replied.

"Maybe he has some sudden business? Or there's an emergency call from the hospital" Zidan guessed.

"Maybe," Safa replied uncertainly.
