"Aaaakkkkhhh!!!"

"Nai, what's wrong?" peekik Keanu's.

Keanu, who was still sound asleep, suddenly woke up, after hearing Naila's scream beside his ear

"Where's our barrier? And this, what is this? You've entered my territory!" peekik Naila with an anxious face.

"Oh my goodness, Nai! I guess what's the problem. Uh, it's just a matter of territory." Keanu got up then picked up the pillows and bolsters scattered on the floor. The man reassembled the pillow and bolster as before, just as Naila arranged it.

"Already, done! Now go to sleep again!" Keanu dropped his body in his territory and continued his sleep. Naila tried to peek at her body. He was afraid that the man had touched him without permission.

"Not to be afraid, Naila. Your clothes are still intact" Keanu continued with his eyes closed. Naila snorted in annoyance then closed her eyes again.

A few days later

Naila sat down to relax in the middle room while watching TV while smiling to herself. Keanu could only watch the woman from a distance. However, over time the man was curious and walked up to him.

"What the hell are you looking at, smiling like that?" asked Keanu while sitting next to Naila.

Naila looked over, but only for a moment. After that, he focused on the TV screen. Naila smiled again as she stroked her stomach.

"Who the hell is he?" keanu asked while pointing at a handsome actor in the drama Naila was watching.

"He's the hottest actor of the year! He's a handsome guy, isn't he? Moga aja dede I can be as handsome as him." Naila again stroked her stomach.

"What?!" screeched Keanu while frowning his forehead. And Keanu's screeches made Naila surprised and bent her face.

"Eh, I can't take it, my son looks like that actor! I'm even more handsome than him!" upset Keanu while reaching for the remote control and then turn off the TV.

"ah! Why turned off?" Naila was upset. He watched Keanu from head to toe while smiling wryly. "Yes, you are handsome, but you are old" Naila said.

"What!" peekkik Keanu again. Now Keanu's attention is on Naila's empty ring finger. She is again surprised that Naila is not wearing their wedding ring. "Where's your ring?" keanu asked as he grabbed Naila's hand.

"The ring is too big, I don't like it" Naila said with a wry smile.

Keanu shook his head while staring at Naila. "Oh my goodness, Nai! Isn't that your own choice? Then why now even say you don't like it" asked Keanu.

"Sorry" said Naila. It is impossible for Naila to admit that she bought the ring just to test Keanu's patience. He did not like the ring very much.

"Yes, already. We bought another one. But, this time you have to choose the right one, yes! Don't let this happen again" Keanu said.

Naila nodded her head slowly.

"Nai, after giving birth, I want to legalize our marriage. I want to have our wedding reception as it should be. Let everyone know that you are my wife, my legal wife," Keanu said, tidying Naila's hair.

Naila just kept quiet while watching Keanu who was now caressing her cheeks.

"How's Naila, you agree?" ask Keanu.

Naila nodded her head quickly. "Naila agrees,"

Suddenly Naila's face changed. He hugged his stomach with a pale face. Keanu who had noticed Naila was panicking.

"Nai? Naila, what's wrong with you?" Keanu panicked and stroked Naila's stomach.

"Th-don't know. Naila's stomach is suddenly hurting!" naila stammered while enduring her pain.

"Come on," Naila again grimaced in pain. His face even paled as it endured the pain.

"Hold, Naila! We'll be going to the hospital soon!" Keanu lifted Naila's body and led her towards the front yard.

Bi Iyem who accidentally saw the incident, followed the panic. He hurried to follow Keanu from behind. "Miss why, sir? Is Miss going to give birth?" ask Bi Iyem.

"Yes, Bi. Looks like!"

Upon arrival in the front yard, Keanu's personal driver immediately approached and opened the car door for Keanu. With great care, Keanu put Naila's body into the car and after that he immediately caught up with her.

"Bi, please call Aunt Mira and Adnan, tell her Naila will give birth and be taken to the Hospital" Keanu said.

"Good, Master!" sahut Bi Iyem's. "May your labor go well, son."

After the car that Keanu and Naila boarded left his yard, Bi Iyem immediately contacted Aunt Mira. Coincidentally at that time Aunt Mira was still enjoying her favorite warm tea while relaxing in the middle room.

Auntie Mira immediately grabbed her phone then placed it beside her ear. "Yes, hello?"

"E-ehm, Mrs Mira, Miss Naila was just taken by Mr. Keanu to the Hospital, it looks like Miss Naila is about to give birth" Bi Iyem said from across the phone.

"What?! All right, we'll be there soon!"

Aunt Mira got up from her sitting position and immediately headed for Adnan's room. Luckily, Adnan left for the restaurant a little later that afternoon. So, Aunt Mira can ask Adnan to come with her.

"May, Adnan!" aunty Mira shouted while knocking on Adnan's door.

Adnan rushed to open the door to his room. "Yes, Auntie."

"Adnan, hurry! Naila is about to give birth, she's been taken to the Hospital by her husband" Aunty Mira said with a panicked face.

"All right, come on, Auntie!" Adnan was panicking. He rushed to his car and was followed by Aunt Mira from behind.

Adnan immediately entered his car and drove to the hospital where Naila was about to give birth. Aunt Mira kept mumbling along the way. He prayed that his nephew and two grandchildren would be safe.

After a few minutes, the car driven by Adnan arrived at the Hospital. They rushed to the delivery room, where Naila was about to give birth.

Upon arriving in the room, they saw Keanu pacing in front of the room with an anxious face. His mouth kept muttering, it seemed like he was also praying for safety for Naila and her two babies.

Seeing Keanu's panic, inexplicably Aunt Mira felt that something was wrong was happening to her nephew. The woman rushed over to Keanu and asked him how Naila was doing. "Keanu, how's Naila doing, is she okay?" aunt Mira asked with a worried face looking at Keanu.

"Naila's blood pressure is rising rapidly, Auntie. He was very scared and panicked on the way. The doctor did not advise me to go inside. And even until now I don't know how Naila is," said Keanu with teary eyes looking at Aunt Mira. The tears that had been held in her eye sockets almost spilled.

"Oh, God! Naius ..." Aunt Mira's body slumped to the floor and cried there. Adnan immediately approached Aunt Mira and invited her to sit in the waiting chair in the room. Just like Aunt Mira, Adnan was shocked to hear it.

"Calm down, Aunt Mira. Let's just pray that Naila and her two babies are okay,"
