3 Hours later, Rein had a report of Aska's blood test results. As he suspected before if there is something wrong with Aska's body and must go through clinical trials from the hospital to know the condition of Aska's body thoroughly. And now, here comes Rein. Sitting nervously opposite doctor Adit, the general practitioner in charge of handling Aska since being rushed to the hospital.
Doctor Adit is a friendly person and does not like to make small talk. At a young age, Adit's doctor reportedly has gained many great achievements in medical matters and has become a snatch of some of the top hospitals in the city. Rein only heard a glimpse of the nurses who had handled Aska in the hospital ward and actually he felt very grateful because Adit's doctor was the doctor who handled his son.
A fine wrinkle was instantly formed on top of Doctor Adit's forehead. When Rein saw it the signal in his head instantly sent out an emergency alarm, it was not good he thought.
Rein was acting obedient but actually he was currently very unsettled. His two hands hidden under the table did not stop squatting each other in agitation. While both eyes peaches never separated from the white paper in the hands of doctor Adit.
"How, doc?" Tanya Rein was overwhelmed with a nervous feeling.
Putting down the white paper reporting Aska's health results, Adit's doctor then raised his head to look at Rein's nervous face. He raised the index finger of his right hand to correct the location of the subdistrict at the base of his nose.
"Madam, may I ask since when did your son take sleeping pills?" Adit's doctor's expression was somewhat complicated when airing the issue.
Speechless, Rein's mouth opened without being able to make a single sound. He doubted his own hearing but he was much more doubtful of his brain intelligence which was very slow to process questions from doctor Adit.
Sleeping pills?
His heart rumbled in disbelief. All of the suspicions that had been nurturing within his head one after another stimulated a burning fury in Rein's heart.
Starting from the attitude of Aska's nanny who seemed to cover the recipe for Aska energy drinks, then continued until Aska's obedient attitude while asleep, many times trying Aska did not wake up from her sleep.
Rein finally understood the reason why his son did not like the nanny and he even really understood why Aska did not like the drink that the nanny gave.
"Aska... is the doctor sure that my son is taking sleeping pills?" Rein asked in an emotional tone of voice.
His reaction was the answer to the confusion that was buzzing in Adit's doctor's mind.
Which mother would kill her own child?
"Yes, Madam. If judging from the current situation it seems your son has been taking sleeping pills since 1 year ago on a regular basis, this is bad news. The good news is, your son is still not entering the stage of paralysis. He can still move and move like a child in general. But if this continues to be left I fear that your son will not be long to lose his children's world. 2 or 3 more years he will definitely lie in a hospital bed experiencing total paralysis. His life can only be supported by medical devices and will not last long, in the end we already know what answers will befall your son next." Review doctor Adit in a serious tone and not playfully.
"My son.." Rein clenched his hands furiously mixed with sadness, he even had trouble saying his words due to the rumbling emotions within his chest.
What's his son's fault?
He was just a little kid who didn't know any adult affairs but why were they all still involving his son?
How cruel, how cruel.
"He's fine. After receiving ongoing treatment from the hospital, your son can return to free activities like children in general. As I explained earlier, your son is lucky to have only been taking this hard drug for 1 year and can still be saved." Doctor Adit repeated the same explanation to Rein patiently.
He understood Rein's immortality and he also did not judge Rein over the matter because after all this matter must have concerned the privacy of Rein's household.
"Really, doc?" Rein is caught between feeling relieved that his son is fine and not relieved because of this problem he realizes that his son has been the target of someone's crime.
"Yes, Madam. Your son is fine." Doctor Adit reiterated.
Rein nodded his head in satisfaction. He then wiped the tears on his face while thinking about what next step he did for his son's problems.
The cops?
Right, Rein should take this matter to the police station for follow-up. He does not care and is not afraid of who his enemy is because the most important thing he thinks is justice for Aska. He wanted to free Aska from the evils of those who did not have that conscience. For Aska, for her son, Rein could do anything.
"Dok," Rein improved his sitting position.
Whispering, "Can I ask for help, doctor?"
Doctor Adit did not disappoint her and cooperatively asked, "What help does Mrs Rein need?"
Rein clenched his hands together in anger as he recalled the face of Aska's nanny, "In my house there's still a flask of my son's leftover energy drink that I still keep..."
