S2 Chapter 51

In front of the room where Luke and Lana were resting, the doctor stood with a confused face. The box containing Lana's blood sample he looked at with such deep worry. The doctor walked quickly towards the door. He looked at the bodyguard who was always guarding him with a pretty serious face.

“Meet me to the hospital. I want to check it out immediately,” said the doctor as he walked quickly.

The man in the black-black suit bowed respectfully, “Good, Doc.” The man opened the door to give way to the Doctor.

On the front page was clearly visible some Gold Dragon troop cars that had just lit up. Slowly the car began to walk away from the doctor's yard. The doctor made a happy smile. He was quite proud to have joined Gold Dragon.

“Please, Doc.” The man opened the car door to give the doctor a way to get into the car. The doctor came in and sat down in a comfortable position.

The man with the status of a bodyguard ran around the front of the car. He sat behind the steering wheel before driving his car at high speed.

Inside Luke's room pulls out a blanket and covers some of Lana's body. He sat on the edge of the bed with a sad look. One hand gently rubbed Lana's hair. Occasionally his hand also rubbed gently the cheeks of the woman he loved.

“Why do you have to experience something like this. You just got sad about losing Alika.” Luke threw his gaze in the other direction. His teeth were bluffing when he imagined the devious plan that Morgan had put in place.

Even for Luke, death alone is not worth to atone for the evil that Morgan has done. Lana, the woman she loves so much must accept such suffering because of her past grudges with Morgan.

Luke got out of bed. The man decided to clean himself in the bathroom. Since fighting in the streets with a white tiger, his clothes left blood stains and dust from the ground. Lukas contacts his subordinates to prepare a suit before entering the bathroom.

Inside the bathroom, Luke looked at his own face in front of the mirror. Cold showers drenched his entire body starting from his hair. The man attached one of his palms to the mirror.

The shadow of Lana's smile returned made her heart calm again. Luke carved a thin smile that was quite a step he carved on his stiff face. After feeling refreshed, Luke finished his bath. The man wrapped a white towel around his waist. A small towel he used to dry his hair.

Luke came out of the bathroom. How shocked he was when he saw Lana delirious was unclear. Luke ran quickly to the bed. Lana's body temperature is very high. That instant also Luke panicked not playing.

Luke returned from the bed. This time, however, his steps stopped. Lana clutched her hand. It even pulled her body to get close to Lana's body which had that unnatural temperature.

Lana looks very comfortable and stops being delirious when Luke's body is perfectly attached to her. Obviously, Lukas just finished his bath. The man's body is cold and very fitting with the body of Lana who is now experiencing a high enough body temperature.

Luke looked at Lana's face, which was now only a few pauses away from him. Her lips re-carved a thin smile, “Sleep. I'll accompany you here.”

Lana puts her hands together to embrace Luke. For him, Luke was like a roll that was enough to make him comfortable. Luke frowned when he saw his lover's behavior.

“Even when you're sick you can tease me. You are a bad woman, Lana.” Luke chuckled slightly before setting his sleeping position. He was next to Lana. Leaving her stocky arms as a pillow for Lana. Both of her hands hugged Lana's body like a blanket that gave her warmth.

Lana looks very comfortable in her sleeping position. The woman still closed her eyes in a position to hug Luke's body. He is also unaware of everything he does. Tiredness and the poison reaction in his body made him no longer able to realize his actions.

“Don't blame me for sleeping like this. This is all because you forced it,” said Lukas before closing his eyes. The tough guy was forced to sleep with a towel wrapped around his waist. It was unthinkable how difficult it was that night that he suppressed his desire not to attack the woman he loved. But, all he managed to do for the sake of his holy love for Lana.

The room turned silent. The clock shows at two in the morning. Luke looks restless in his sleeping position. The man woke up from his short sleep. Even just falling asleep for a few minutes has made him meet with nightmares.

Luke dreams of losing Lana forever. It seems that the effect of the poison is not only affecting Lana's health. But it also affected Luke's mind.

Luke took off Lana's hands which hugged her body. The man landed a kiss before getting out of bed.

Luke took the clothes that were available. He started wearing clothes that he used to wear. White shirt with black suit. The black pants he was wearing had him tuck a gun.

Luke stared at Lana's sleeping face before leaving the bedroom. Lukas is not the type of man who can calm down if someone he loves is in danger. With quick steps Luke walked towards the door.

Luke stared at the several Gold Dragon troops guarding at a glance before walking towards the car, “Did the Doctor have gone to the hospital?”

“Ya, Boss,” replied Gold Dragon troops.

“I want to see him.” Lukas stared intently at his subordinates, “Don't follow me. Take care of Lana, let me know soon if something happens.”

“Good, Boss.” The man lowered his head respectfully before opening the steering door.

Lukas came in and sat comfortably on the steering wheel. The man started the engine of his car before driving it at high speed. Lukas wants to get the latest news about his girlfriend's current health. He no longer wanted to wait even for a second.

The bright path that was before his eyes felt like a dark road that made him stray. Only Lana and Lana filled his mind. There was no other name than that woman.

"Lana, you're the first woman who made me understand what love means. I didn't expect, it should be like this our love story. You're a woman who doesn't deserve to be in that position. Why am I not the only one experiencing it. All this trouble is also because of me."
