Money Or Honey

Money Or Honey
Episode 38: Hiyola is sick

Robert looked far ahead from behind the windshield. He was right in front of the two-story minimalist house that he had occupied for almost ten years. After driving Kimberly to her family home, Robert decided to stay in the car. His gray eyes moved upwards, stopping on the balcony of the room that was right next to his room.

Room lights have been extinguished, indicating the occupant has fallen asleep. Long looking at the room, Robert looked down, letting his forehead touch the steering wheel.

Kimberly has returned to her life, the woman she loves has returned to her arms. Shouldn't he be happy? Why is there doubt in his heart? Why was it when he saw how Hiyola came home with flushed eyes managed to grab all her attention?

Long-dwelled outside, Robert decided to enter. He walked slowly through the living room, up the stairs. His legs were stopped in between his rooms, as well as the room in which Hiyola lived.

In the subconscious, Robert clasped the algae on the door of his room, but in reality he opened the door to Hiyola's room.

Roberts only realized when he found the figure of Hiyola who was on the bed, turned his back and fell asleep. The girl slept curled up, hugging her own body.

The room, which was illuminated by only one sleeping lamp, looked very gloomy. The four bags of chicken he was carrying were on the bed, seemingly untouched.

Again planning to move away, his steps even bring Robert closer to Hiyola's bed. His eyes frowned when he found Hiyola's body trembling.

Goggle! Robert hurried to turn on the room lights. In reverse Hiyola's body. The girl held her chest, her whole body was covered in sweat, even her hair was wet from the sweat that kept pouring out.

"Hiyola...!" her screeches.

Robert held Hiyola's cold hand, his lips even paled. He shook Hiyola's body which closed his eyes, while taking a breath of tightness.

"Hey! What's going on?"

Several times patting Hiyola on the cheek, Robert raised the girl's head and lay it on her thighs.

"Hiyola answer! Don't be quiet." the gray eyes moved to and fro, his hands didn't stay still, squeezing Hiyola's fingers.

"Femin!" call Robert, his voice is very loud. His forehead even sweated to see Hiyola who continued to breathe in tightness, not opening her eyes.

"Ami's! Argh...! What's that woman doing?" Robert continued to shake Hiyola's body, hoping that the girl would wake up soon. "Wake up before I throw you out the window!"

Slowly Hiyola's weak eyes began to open, he smiled to find Robert's figure before him. The man looked worried.

"Sa-I'm fine, sir," replied Hiyola.

"Hey, you're conscious? What's that hurting?" roberth asked, his hands touching Hiyola's face gently.

Hiyola shook her head, but her hands continued to press against her claustrophobic chest. "I'm fine, sir.." she said.

"Well what! Tell me where's the sick one?"

"Nobody's sick, sir. You don't need kha... Argh...!" Not even finishing her sentence, Hiyola again grimaced in pain.

"Shit! You want me to throw you through the window? Argh..! You are so stubborn!"

Brak's...!

Ami came in while slamming the door hard. He was surprised to find the voice of his employer's scream, but was even more surprised to find the state of all employers.

"What's going on, sir?" The old woman immediately crouched down beside the bed, looking a domineering look of worry.

"Where have you been! Call the doctor!" roberth's Word.

Ami reached into the phone from her skirt pocket, quickly. Then start contacting someone. Meanwhile, Robert picks up his cell phone and calls Petra.

[Hello, Tu-]

"In five minutes time, no doctor reached my residence, you I fired!!!"

Just that one sentence, and Robert instantly turned off his phone, leaving the person across there only able to throw a rough breath, not even his greeting was complete.

"Hiyola...! Hey, don't close your eyes." Robert panicked when he found Hiyola completely unconscious. He shook then patted Hiyola's pale face.

Before long, Petra appeared from behind the door, next to her stood a doctor who went straight to Robert and Hiyola.

"Let me check the situation, Mr. Kohler" said the doctor, on his chest inscribed with the surname Wiliam.

Panicked roberth just followed all the doctor's directions. "Please make sure he's okay" said Robert, who received a nod from the doctor.

"Where's doctor Steward? Where'd you find that doctor?" roberth's reflection when he finds Petra standing at the door.

It is true that all this time who always handled the entire Kohler family was just Steward's doctor. That man was a confidant of Robert's father. Having many rivals, the Kohler family never gave up their health problems on others. So, Robert was a little surprised when Petra instead came with another Doctor.

"I think you're getting slower!" sorry Roberth, massaging the base of the nose.

The burly man with a slightly stern face could only sigh resignedly. After all, want as soon as possible, Roberth who is worried will still blame him. This is common for Petra.

Half an hour later, Dr. Wiliam came out.

"How's he doing, Doc?"

Robert looked up as soon as he saw the doctor coming out.

A little nervous, the Doctor tried to answer calmly. He knows who he is dealing with.

"The patient is fine. It's just a symptom of stomach acid. So, please pay attention to the meal time."

Robert frowned, for some reason the answer from Doctor William implied doubt. However, out of anxiety, Roberts ignored him. He rushed in when he got permission from the doctor.

"Alright, Petra will take you forward" said Robert, before leaving the Doctor with Petra, his assistant.

Robert's gaze was so soft when he saw Hiyola lying on the bed. Beside him, bottles and infusion hoses perched.

For sure, Robert decided to sit next to the girl on the fringe. Ami entered while holding a tray in hand. On the tray, there is a glass of water and also medicine.

"Sir." Roberth. "Doctor said, the madam should take this drug as soon as she regains consciousness." handed her the tray, put her on the nightstand next to Hiyola's bed.

"All right." said Robert, he looked back at Hiyola.

Ami briefly ascertained the state of his employer, then leave.

Roberts dared to stroke the top of Hihola's head when the door was closed. His pale face before him had now turned red again.

Robert's anxiety slowly subsided. He looked at the four chicken bags, then turned to look at Hiyola.

"Bas stubborn!"

The flashback

Hiyola opened her eyes, slowly catching the figure of a foreign man in the middle of putting an infusion on her hand.

"You who?" she turned more into a whisper.

Doctor Wiliam looked over. He smiled, "I'm Doctor William," he replied.

Hiyola. He touched his chest that was not too painful. "How am I doing, doc?"

The doctor hesitated when he answered. "Did you often feel sick before, like this?"

Hiyola. He often felt pain but not as bad as ink, before.

"You have a disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux or what is often called, GERD. This disease has similarities with ulcer disease, which is a chronic digestive disorder GERD. This happens because of poor diet, such as often late eating, consuming spicy foods, and so forth. If not treated seriously, GERD can be a more serious disease."

Hiyola could only swallow the doctor's explanation in her heart. He doesn't want to trouble others.

"I ask, all this only you and I know." Pinta Hiyola.

At first, William refused. But because Hiyola insisted, Doctor William finally had no other choice.

"Alright, but you should routinely do all the advice I give. Although it is still early, this disease should not be taken lightly."

Hiyola. "All right, Doc! I'll follow all the doctors' advice." he said enthusiastically.
