#TWENTY TWO

Yun-bi arrives in front of Cassandra's house. He was so shocked by what he had just seen. The pain in his heart made him to the point of not being able to say a word. He did not expect his arrival today was actually greeted with a scene of Hyun Su and Cassandra's kiss. Siwon was no less surprised.

"Cassandra!" call Siwon.

Cassandra. He is immediately shocked when he sees Yun-bi. He immediately stepped back away from Hyun Su's embrace. Hyun Su was similarly surprised to not expect Yun-bi's arrival.

"Yun-bi?" call Hyun Su slowly.

"So like this?" ask Yun-bi slowly.

"Yun-bi, I can explain!" Hyun Su started to walk closer towards Yun-bi.

But Yun-bi just walked away. "I don't need an explanation, everything is so clear!".

He looked at Cassandra with a sad face while saying inwardly.

'I was going to ask if you remember me? Are you the best friend I've been looking for all this time. But now everything is free. I don't think it's any good.'

Yun-bi turns around and leaves feeling disappointed. Cassandra only looked at her departure with a guilty feeling.

"Yun-bi!" call Hyun Su. Yun-bi instead sped up her footsteps. Siwon just stared at Hyun Su and Cassandra alternately. Then turn around chasing after Yun-bi.

"Stupid, why don't you go after him?" cassandra shouted as she saw Hyun Su just standing still.

"While I'm after him, he won't forgive me either!" replied Hyun Su.

"And you can be so calm just standing here?! Did you intentionally set this up?" cassandra asked suspiciously.

"What do you mean?" ask Hyun Su.

"You've planned all this, haven't you? You purposely told Yun-bi to come here? And you purposely kissed me right when Yun-bi came to see her?" accuse Cassandra.

"If you want to break up with her, at least you can talk about it carefully!" cassandra added with annoyance.

"Aigos... For God's sake, I didn't do it, Cassandra!" rebut Hyun Su.

Cassandra looked at Hyun Su sharply. Before he had done a trick to make Yun-bi jealous, it was no wonder Cassandra was so suspicious of him.

Hyun Su still did not go after Yun-bi. Finally Cassandra herself goes after Yun-bi with all her might. At least he can give a little explanation. He manages to grab Yun-bi's hand. Yun-bi who thought it was Hyun Su immediately brushed off her hand.

"I don't have to listen to anything else from you! Everything is enough!" snapping Yun-bi.

"Yun-bi!" cassandra Exclamation.

Yun-bi stop. He turned to look at Cassandra. He grabbed Cassandra's hand and put something into her palm.

"Time has changed everything including you, Kim Sora!" said Yun-bi flat. And Yun-bi turned around and walked away.

"Yun-bi, let me take you home, '" Siwon offered. He opens his car door for Yun-bi. Yun-bi went straight inside. Siwon drove his car away.

Hyun Su arrived in front of Cassandra. Cassandra opens her hand looking at the thing Yun-bi gave her.

"Isn't that Yun-bi's brooch? He once said that brooch was very valuable to him. Have you ever known each other before?" hyun Su asked as he saw that Yun-bi brooch was in Cassandra's hands.

Cassandra looked at the goose brooch in her hand. He felt familiar with this brooch. The headache suddenly strikes again. He was trying to fight his pain. Trying to remember something about that brooch. Faint memories began to appear. Very long time has passed.

"Yun-bi, next week my family will move to the city" Sora said.

Yun-bi looked at Sora. "So, we won't see each other again?"

"I won't forget you, Yun-bi! We will definitely meet again" Sora replied. He then took out a pair of goose brooches.

"This is a sign of our friendship and promise."

Sora immediately pinned one of the brooches on Yun-bi's shirt. And also pin the same goose brooch as the Yun-bi brooch on his shirt.

"With this goose brooch we will remember each other. We are friends forever!" sora said while hugging Yun-bi. Yun-bi smiled and returned Sora's embrace.

The day of Sora's move. Yun-bi came to take her for the last time.

"Sora, won't we meet again someday?" ask Yun-bi.

"Yes. We'll meet again, Yun-bi! We have promised! Looky!" reply Sora while showing the goose brooch pinned on her shirt. Yun-bi smiled then hugged Sora.

"See you, Sora! I won't forget you! You're my best friend!" said Yun-bi suddenly tearfully behind the embrace. He could not hide his sadness.

"Stupid. Why crying? I just moved to town. We can meet again!" said Sora but he could not help his sadness either. "Hiks. I'm crying because of you!"

The two hugged each other in tears but then laughed again.

Sora's parents call Sora to get in the car immediately. They'll be leaving soon. The moment the car the Sora family was riding in started walking away. Yun-bi chases after the car while yelling, "Sora, you should come visit during the holidays! Take good care of yourself there! And don't forget me!"

"Yes. You also have to take care of yourself, Yun-bi! I will definitely come here again! I won't forget you!" reply Sora from the car window. He waves a hand at Yun-bi.

"Cassandra!" hyun Su's call awakened her from the daydream.

"I have to go! Ah, Siwon ...."

"Siwon's gone with Yun-bi. Where are you going? Let me drop you off" said Hyun Su.

Cassandra looked at Hyun Su with teary eyes.

Siwon pulled over his car and stopped at the parking area. He looked at the silent Yun-bi from earlier. Yun-bi seems to be trying to hold back her grief.

"Yun-bi, if you want to cry, just cry! There's no need to hold it like that" Siwon said.

"If I knew it would end up like this, I wouldn't want to help Hyun Su make up with you. I'm sorry," he continued.

"It's not your fault. You don't have to apologize, Siwon! Not fault!" yun-bi said softly. He closed his eyes and a single tear finally fell on his cheek.

Siwon could not bear to see it. He rubs Yun-bi's tears and pulls Yun-bi's head into her shoulder. After holding it back earlier, Yun-bi finally spilled all her sadness and disappointment into Siwon's shoulder.

"Cry, if it makes you better" Siwon said quietly.
