Initially the eyes of the God were blind and red in color which signified severe damage, not because the pupils of his eyes were colored like that. However, after Raisa healed the blindness of the eyes of the God turned green and it was the original color of the pupils of the eyes of the God.
The Supreme God cannot cure Arion's blind eyesight, but is still able to teach Arion the ability to use magic that makes him see clearly even though it is not the direct ability of both eyes.
