I won't let it
This morning, Matthew had a meeting with a client at a restaurant, all of a sudden. He rushed into the car, when his secretary, Rudi, had prepared the car.
As he passed by a street, he saw a familiar figure in front of him. Two women, riding on a motorcycle. The girl behind him turned to the right side, and Matthew could clearly see her face.
"Elina?" mumbling, wonder.
The heart asks: with whom did he go, and where did he go? Holy hooch! He patted her on the forehead, remembering that Elina was going to go for treatment today. All those questions were removed from his brain.
The car stopped next to the motor, at a red light. Matthew saw someone riding a motorcycle driven by Elina.
Yes, it's Raima! Elina was riding an ojek, but she was riding her best friend's motorcycle. Matthew's heart was beating, agitated, something made him want to find out.
Last night, he heard that Elina contacted Raima. Are they planning something? It makes sense that Elina asked Raima for help this morning, because girls are allowed to seek treatment. But it could be, last night Elina talked about something while sneaking around. That night, actually Matthew was a bit hesitant about the reason.
The green light flashed, and Raima's motor drove into a straight path.
"Sir! Follow that bike!" matthew's orders.
"But sir, we'll go see client—" Rudi said.
But Matthew looked up, looking up with an annoyed face. "Me or you're the boss?"
"aa.. You, Sir."
"Then follow my orders!"
-;-;-;-
They entered the South Bekasi area, where there was a housing consisting of old buildings, and a few new home buildings. They followed Raima's bike up here, only Matthew lost track. They were faced by a road.
Straight or to the right? I don't know, but Matthew told the driver to walk slowly. Incidentally, Raima's motor appears to the right of this fork.
Matthew patted the driver on the shoulder impatiently. "Follow and block that motor!"
His car managed to block Raima's motorbike. The woman frowned unhappily, then got off her motorbike. Just about to approach the car, Raima was stunned, her steps immediately stopped.
Matthew's? How's that guy here? Did he see her piggybacking on Elina? What would that man say? And Raima had to quickly find the answer.
"Raima, no need to dodge anymore, where did you take Elina away?" ask Matthew directly.
Raima bit her lower lip, bowing her head. Ish, if you've been stuck in a gini, how could you possibly give that guy a reason. Is it possible ... Just tell me?
"Mister, i..."
Raima closed her eyes tightly. Rina, sori.
He held his breath. "Mister, you need to know this truth because you are also concerned with this matter."
"OK, tell me," urged Matthew.
"Elina .. She doesn't really want anyone to know, but you have to know, so you can prevent the deed that will be regretted later."
What does this girl mean? The look on his face begged, but he was depressed because of his doubts that had been plaguing him ever since. Matthew won't press, let the girl calm down and deliver it herself.
"Elina .. She's PREGNANT!"
What expression to show, surprised or pleased. Her smile expanded, let alone hearing that the baby conceived by Elina was her flesh blood.
"Keep, where is he now?" ask Matthew.
"He's at the abortion clinic" Raima replied.
Like being struck by lightning in broad daylight. Elina ... will she abort their baby? Matthew was agitated, moving uncomfortably in panic. No, he had to prevent Elina's stupid actions!
Matthew asks Raima to drive him to the place, after giving instructions to Rudi to replace him in his meeting with a client. Of course, Rudi refused, but could not do anything because it could threaten his career.
-;-;-;-
Raima dropped him off where she dropped Elina. Matthew got off the bike, dumbfounded.
Stony and dusty roads? Is this what pregnant Elina went through? So reckless? What if something happens to her and the baby?
Raima kicked him out of his daydream. "Mister just follow this path, there will be a clinic at the end of this road." Then, Raima turned on the motor. "I'm sorry, I can't get there. I still have business."
Matthew nodded with a brief smile.
"I hope Mister can prevent that abortion. I don't want Elina to repeat the mortal sin again" said Raima, before leaving Matthew on a lonely, shrubby, rocky road.
After the breath was almost exhausted and short, a few more steps of the clinic were visible. Gasping for breath, Matthew approached a place more similar to the haunted house.
He broke the door. Had been stunned by the circumstances inside that were different from the outside. He rushed to the registration table.
"There's a patient named Elina...." Matthew stopped because he did not know the woman's full name.
The nurse nodded. "Who are you, sir?"
Matthews stunned. So, what should he answer? She's not a friend, a lover, not even Elina's husband. He was just a man who planted a seed in Elina's womb.
There is no time to face this small thing. He immediately ran towards the room in the corner of the hall to the right, not heeding the nurse's call, who was also chasing him.
"Sir, sorry. You are forbidden to enter! Stop, Sir."
Matthew opened the door to the room. Apparently true, Elina is just about to undergo surgery. In the doctor's hand there is an anesthetic injection that will be injected into Elina's arm. His steps were swift, darting toward Elina's bed.
The girl's face looked shocked and lost for words when Matthew came before her. Then, Matthew lifted Elina's body, carrying her away from this room.
"Wait, Sir. You can't take him. He's going to have surgery" the doctor said, trying to prevent.
Elina saw the man close his eyes, furious. An abortion? Hey, doctor. Matthew did not want the innocent child to be killed in such a heinous manner.
And so, he turned around, saying in a cold and sharp tone, "Abortion is canceled!"
Matthew took Elina out, passed the stunned nun, and left without preventing her.
Elina was seated in a quiet waiting room chair. Huh, this girl turned out to be heavy as well. Probably because there was an extra little human in his body.
Matthew stood before Elina, looking at her with fused eyebrows on his forehead, sighing incoherently until it slowly calmed down. Then, ruffled around the waist, still with some lingering resentment.
Elina, with her head down. No words came out of his mouth, not even in his mind. He was just waiting, unwilling to interrupt because of the man's circumstances.
Matthew grunting. "I told you there was something, just tell me. Why are you hiding your pregnancy?" matthew was furious but remained calm.
Elina's eyes scolded. The fingers of the restless hand were tightly joined together. "I've been principled ever since I chose that wrong path: that I wouldn't involve the man who fucked me, if that risk were to happen. I'm not going to hold you accountable. I'll bear it." The word flowed smoothly without being prepared, based on what was in his heart. With flat tone. With no regrets.
"You think abortion is a form of responsibility?" matthews anger exploded. "What are you thinking?"
Elina did not answer again in a moment. The man scolded her. Wh why? Did he not agree that this baby was wiped out? Does he care about this baby? No. gabe. It must be because of a regret.
Matthew slowly calmed down. Thought the woman. He wondered, what was he thinking? His expression was unpredictable, harboring many mysteries, difficult to read. What to do in order to lure him speaks volumes. He who is very impatient, must be urgent.
"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" Finally, talk rather softly as he chooses.
"What would you do if you knew?" cetus Elina was flat, looking up at Matthew.
"I will take responsibility," Matthew replied directly and firmly.
Elina smiled scornfully. "Imresponsible? What kind of one?"
Matthew gawking. It is like especially if not by raising the child together in a bond called "marriage".
Although this was a hasty decision, Matthew meant it. He knelt down in front of Elina, looked at her seriously, then said softly but firmly, "We're married."
Actually Elina was touched, even had not thought that the word would be said from Matthew's lips. Yet he has reflected that marriage is the hell of the world, the source of misery, the deadly common sense, the heart and mental illness, the root of evil. Love does not guarantee the happiness of marriage. All of that will disappear over time, turning into strangers like the marriage of his father and mother.
Therefore, Elina destroyed the dream of wearing a white dress, standing at the altar, swearing a holy promise to live in front of God, and holding a dream man who will take all life with her, and, wishing eternal happiness until the end of life.
The marriage of his father and mother took place out of love, but was not whole and unhappy. Then, what about marriage for coercion because it must be responsible? Elina will only face bad days with a hot-tempered guy. Finally, this child is the victim. All of that was thought out. Therefore, it is better that this child does not need to be born in the world, if it will only be a victim of the mistakes of both parents.
Elina closed her eyes, and this was her decision: "I don't want to get married."
Matthew wails. He tried to find meaning in his expression, but found nothing. She is too good at hiding her feelings.
" But why? Is it because we don't love each other?"
"With or without love, it makes no difference" said Elina hoarsely. "I've been thinking about it for a long time, that marriage is not the best way."
What does he want then? Matthew hurried to his feet, the woman always managed to make him lose his mind. The lips that he had kissed first, why only let out a bitter speech? He doesn't think out. HE NEVER THOUGHT!
Matthew ruffled his hair, frustrated. "Okay, we don't have to get married, but that doesn't mean the child's been wiped out. About how to be responsible, we will think, just take care of the baby. And now, let's go home."
There was no response, but Elina still agreed with the suggestion. In fact, when Matthew's hand gently urged him to walk with him out of the clinic, he did not mind despite his anger.[]
