Chapter 40. Meet the Perpetrator

Nadya relented, she finally chose to stay in the hospital to take care of Rosa with the nurse who had been caring for her grandmother. Let Reno go with Azam to meet the person who allegedly poisoned her grandmother.

"Mother Nadya." call Nuri Rosa's grandmother's nurse.

Nadya turned to Nuri, "What's the matter? Is there something you know?" nadya asked after seeing the look on Nuri's face that seemed like she wanted to tell something

"Yes Ma'am, there is something I want to say, maybe this can be useful" replied Nuri.

"Tell me." said Nadya after Nuri had been silent for quite a while.

"Before being invited to move with Dina ma'am, my grandmother had a guest" Nuri told me.

"What men are women?" nadya asked curiously.

"Mad's men, grandmothers seem to know well so I guess they are acquaintances of grandmothers or distant relatives" Nuri said.

"When the guest came home the grandmother left the medicine for me to inject on the grandmother. He said it's good for cancer patients."

"You injected that drug into Grandma?" nadya asked before Nuri continued with her words while staring fixedly at the nurse.

"I dare not inject the drug" replied Nuri.

"Why?" ask Nadya.

"I'm not sure about that guy. Because after her arrival, grandmother was more often silent and daydreaming." replied Nuri.

"Why are you talking now?" ask Nadya again.

"Grandmother forbade me to tell Madam Nadya and mas Azam" replied Nuri.

"Grandma know about the drug?" asked Nadya who got the nod from Nuri.

"I told my grandmother even though the man forbade me to tell anyone and he gave me the money to keep my mouth shut in return."

"Give me money?" ask Nadya.

"Yes Ma'am, I picked it up when I opened the package and found the brown envelope. The money he put in the plastic medicine." explained Nuri.

"Then, how do you know it's money to keep your mouth shut, could it be money for grandma?" ask Nadya.

"There was a piece of paper tucked between the money. The writing explains the money I can use for anything and in return I have to keep this a secret."

Nadya could only exhale violently, she was too preoccupied with her own problems, to not pay much attention to Rosa. Fortunately, she chose an honest and faithful nurse. 'But who is that man? Does it have anything to do with today's events?' Nadya could only ask without being able to answer, therefore Nadya had to look for her year.

"The medicine I still keep Mbak." said Nuri again pulled Nadya daydreams.

"Where are you keeping it?"

"I keep the medicine and the money in my room which is in the house of Mr. Haris." replied Nuri.

"Mbak Nuti remember that guy's face?" nadya asked curiously, really Nadya really wanted to tag because she felt indifferent to her grandmother lately.

"Remember Ma'am." replied Nuri confidently.

"Mbak Nuri can get the medicine and bring it here?" ask Nadya.

"I want to check it out in the lab. It's possible that the man was right about the drug." Nadya continued, although suspicious, but Reno's wife tried to think positively.

"Of course you can" replied Nuri.

Nadya was silent for a moment, her eyes fixed on Rosa. Now his mind is thinking hard about war. Who is that guy? Friend or opponent. Why wouldn't her grandmother tell her and Azam to come? What the hell is it? If that person is intending badly why? What was the mistake that his grandmother made? And all those questions Nadya was unable to answer, with her head feeling heavy.

"Bak Dya why?" nuri asked when she saw Nadya holding her head.

"My head is dizzy" replied Nadya.

"I will take the medicine if there is someone who accompanies Madam Nadya.

Nadya was silent and confirmed Nuri's remark, she was sleep deprived because last night she and Reno had only slept at two in the morning. Waking up at dawn and not having time to eat breakfast have to go to the hospital. Nadya followed the advice of her grandmother's nurse, then she closed her eyes after lying on the sofa. "In the multipurpose building, Mr. Yuda is there" replied the guard.

Reno did not enter the residence, he then walked beside the house. The multipurpose building referred to the guard is the building behind the main house. The place is quite large, Reno uses it as a place to exercise.

Arriving in front of the multipurpose building, the guard there immediately opened the door for Reno, then told his boss where the person Reno wanted to meet was.

"The room is in the corner sir" said the guard.

Reno did not reply, just a small nod that he gave the guard. He walked towards the place just as the guard had said.

"Boss." said Yuda as soon as he saw Reno's whereabouts.

"You" said Azam, surprised at the sight of the man whom Judah and his men had arrested.

"You recognize him Zam?" ask Reno.

"Yes, he's our neighbor" Azam replied.

"I didn't know it was poison. Really." said the guy.

"The guy said it was a cure for Rosa's grandmother, and he asked me to give it to the grandmother's nurse."

"Grandma's nurse." said Reno and Azam together.

I don't know what's in the head of Reno and Azam, the two look at each other and call Nadya's name simple.

"Nadya" said Reno.

"Mbak Dya" said Azam.

"Don't let him off, and wait for my orders" Reno told Yuda after getting the answers she needed.

Reno and Azam are about to step foot out of the building, Azam's cell phone rings and the young man picks it up.

"What's wrong, Mommy?" ask Azam.

"Sir Nadya was unconscious, Mas."
