“They are now in San Marino, Mr.”
Mika reported from the search results of the departure of the two people.
The man just remained silent, then exhaled slowly, as if his attitude and face were completely unchanged, cold and flat.
With his seemingly relaxed seat in his study, Evans was daylight blazing in the stinging weather of Naples.
The man downed the vodka incessantly while holding the photos strewn across his desk.
A photo that someone accidentally sent out for what its purpose was.
From the row of photos that were on his desk, showing Alea's face from various angles that look happy smile and also laugh freely along with Bryan.
“Sorry, Sir. Are you okay?”
Mika's question brings Evans' consciousness back. The man raised his face by showing an expression, ruthless.
“What do you mean, hm?”
For a moment, his two eyes averted his gaze from the photo of the smiling and laughing lady he was holding.
“Ck! Nasty.”
Evans breathes back with chest movements that come down simultaneously.
“Why did that jerk send all this junk to me?
“Is he showing off his happiness after escaping from the clutches, hm?” hiss Evans.
“What a fool!”
“Sorry, Sir. I think you're mistaken, here!”
Evans' eyeballs were staring fully at the confidant.
“That photo is not for that. But, for something else!”
The man put his glass back down while grunting softly before long he looked back at Mika.
“What do you mean?” Evans's forehead frowned.
“What does Bryan think I'm going to be jealous of, is that sort of thing?”
Mika just remained silent, standing in front. Not both of his eyes looked at his master who laughed loudly.
Evans' standing motion while collecting all the photos scattered on his desk made Mika only sigh, again.
The man again refused desperately something in his heart.
“All these photos can't affect me at all. Not what the man thought!”
Evans pulled the corner of his lips to the side, feeling that nothing could affect him.
“Does this jerk still think that I love that stupid woman?”
Evans showed me a picture of Alea in his hand.
“CK! No!”
“The jerk just wanted to make me angry with all the photos until I finally came alone there to save the stupid woman and exchange for her freedom?”
Evans smiled widely and clucked his tongue.
“Ck! What a classic way! It would be stupid if that jerk thought that way.”
“I absolutely will not be provoked by all the plans he and Alea—”
Evans exhales by moving his vodka glass. “Absolutely worthless to me!”
Then, the man stood facing each other with a confidant with eyes filled with anger.
He took out a lighter and all the photos he held just burned right in front of Mika.
The plume of red smoke quickly devoured all the photos and fell to the floor.
“I reiterate here. Alea is not my guy!”
Mika let out a long sigh, her two eyes fixed on the blaze with the look of Evans eyes looking at her sharply.
He knew that Evans was desperately resisting the heart that had been different since Alea's arrival.
But still the man was avoiding him.
“Alright then. What are your next plans?”
He was already lazy to discuss the photo issue concerning Alea. He already knew that Evans was aware of it, but his ego was still high.
Don't admit, HYPOCRITE!
Evans again picked up his glass and drank vodka and walked back to Mika.
“Our plans, stick to all, Mika. You alone will go there with your men.
“Report everything that happened there.”
There was a paused tone, the man took his breath back and then downed the drink again.
“If you manage to catch them. Just kill! And if they manage to escape again.”
Evans' jaw tightens. “This time I won't let them, LOLOS!”
“I make sure Bryan and his men. Including Alea will never escape our pursuit again!”
“Good!”
“Find out who helped the jerk to give him all the escorts.
“I'm sure the jerk couldn't have done it alone if there wasn't a mastermind behind all this!”
“Good, Sir. I'll look for him. Excuse me,” said Mika resigned.
After Evans gives Mika the order. The man looked straight ahead with teeth grinding.
Until the grip on the glass also looks quite strong.
Evans felt something hot on his chest. There was something stirring in his heart.
But, the man as usual responded and ignored everything by chugging up the liquor toilet.
Dagona, San Marino.
Like having a sensitive instinct, both of his legs somehow brought him to Dagona.
Alone, without any of his men knowing if he was here.
In fact, even Mika who was sent to catch Bryan and Alea was not aware of the existence of a large house at the top of the hill with a lot of bodyguards.
He doesn't know what his purpose is to do this. But, when it gets healthy again. Evans realized he was standing so close to where the woman was.
Alea was in front of him. Now he was at a crossroads that made him have to choose.
His common sense or his current erratic feeling that somehow since when appeared in him. Finally, after her inner war and this is what she really is. Evans looks like a weak man.
He just stayed between the intersections. When he found out that Mika was close, his body suddenly turned on the balcony door.
He was weak. How sad it is not him who does not know what is really happening right now.
Evans fluttered behind the glass balcony door. Both of his eyes were fixed on the figure of the woman who was inside the blanket. The woman looked so agitated even though it was in her sleep.
His feet even knew where the woman was, when he had just searched her room. It just so happened that somehow or indeed it was fate when climbing the balcony turned out to be the room where Alea, asleep.
In fact, he without the slightest trouble opened the locked balcony door, just walked in and came back to him.
The foolish woman moved more and more agitated, without thinking and again ignoring her common sense, her body was already near the woman even Evans languished carrying the woman into his arms.
It was comfort and calm that Evans felt until he tightened his arms and carried him into a warm embrace. A hug that never comes off for a moment.
It felt, he did not want to let go of the woman who was inside his arms. Surprisingly, he had already hugged her tightly. However, why did the woman continue to fidget in her sleep.
Evans widened his eyes, sweat soaking his face. Before his hand stretched out, with a reflex his hand hung in the air as he listened to his endless lips muttering softly that somehow, he did not listen to it.
Evans reached out his hand again to sweep the sweat on his face. Not yet, I touched.
The murmur was increasingly heard making his hand hang back in the air.
“Please, no, Ev…. I beg.” The woman's head shook, Alea spoke in her sleep.
“I beg. Pardon, i. Don't kill me, Ev.”
Evans gasped, so shocked that his face was shocked when he heard Alea say.
It felt, a very painful pain in his body when he knew so scared this woman down to the dreamland.
His figure, as if it resembled a demon that would take his life.
“Before you kill me, can I last ask you, Ev?”
Alea's sweat was getting wetter, her body was moving uneasily. The woman's breath looked quick.
“Let me see my family, my foster brother and also my best friend. Please, Ev for the last time only, I beg you,” ambiguous Alea.
Her tears just flowed without excuse to make Evans hate himself.
His tightness and heartache as he ignored the woman when he met Alea at the hospital.
Even though deep inside, he was very grateful to see the woman's condition was fine after the poison was in his body.
When listening to the prince's invitation and also the prince's attention to his servant, he finally said a threatening sentence for the sake of his health, even though the fearful shadow of loss so stifled his chest and it was something he had not and had never felt all along.
What's with him this time?
Even many people have been killed in order to maintain their existence. In the world who is weak will just lose.
But, he also does not hesitate to do if people start first— makes him angry and also cheating here.
Whoever has betrayed him, his vengeance is death.
However, even though he is famous for his ruthless Mafia, the Devil from Italy. But why did it feel like he didn't want Alea to think of him as a terrifying demon?
Even if yes, Evans admitted that it was too late. Is he the one who often hurts and scares the woman with many threats?
When Evans was about to get up and leave, his body froze. The little hand was curled up on his body.
The woman hugged him as if she were a bolster pillow.
Evans smiled broadly even though the woman did not know, but how shocked she was when she turned to the side where Alea's face was so close to the sight. Evans involuntarily muttered in his heart.
‘Cantics.’
Slowly both eyes opened. The woman was surprised to see her so close.
“You can't leave me, Lea...”.
The woman moved backwards as if surprised by her presence in front of her at such a close distance.
The woman closed her eyes and said that everything she had just seen was only a suggestion.
The woman kept saying that it was all a dream to meet her, even though Alea actually met her.
Not wanting to surprise Alea, she quickly got up from the bed and stood behind the balcony door.
Evans was still there, waiting for the woman's reaction to open her eyes.
Now with full awareness, Alea looked at him as well as her who had not seen Alea since.
Her chest felt tight as she looked at the terrified expression of Alea looking at her.
He just froze silently with both hands clenched tightly.
“Lea.”
Unknowingly, his lips murmured his name. Her Lea ran and exclaimed hysterically, when the door opened came Bryan in front of her.
I don't know what this feeling is, but he quickly turned around and jumped from the balcony of Alea's room even though he had faced Bryan's men who caught him.
But, for Evans killing people was easy, quickly maybe he went back away from the place.
The sound of gunshots rang out loud, Evans was sure Mika was already in the yard of this house.
Unknowingly, she ran away from the house and away from Mika.
Both of his legs went as far away from the place as possible. His wits are now back he tries desperately to return anything until he finally hides in one of the balconies in one of the buildings.
Evans closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. He tried hard not to lose to his feelings.
I don't know how long he's been standing like a statue there. Evans waited for a report from Mika while turning off his five senses of the frightened face.
But when I re-opened my eyes. Evans saw a helicopter passing not far from his place. Far ahead, your body instantly froze.
He saw Lea. The woman was in the helicopter. Unknowingly as he stared straight, the sapphire eye bead was the same. Both looking at him.
Evans was stunned, without even breaking their eye contact until in the end the helicopter took the woman further away and soon— disappeared.
The woman was gone again, out of nowhere.
‘You should've kidnapped her since, Evans. Then bring the woman home.’
His breathing felt heavy. Yes, now only the rest of the regrets are left in his chest and it—sak.
“Hhh…. Damnit damnit! Shit!” mutter Evans hard.
“Why are you so weak, Evans because you're just a woman?!”
