Rena is currently in the IGD room, a breathing apparatus has been installed in her nose. The doctor spurred Rena's heartbeat with a shock device. The woman's body had not yet reacted. Until several times the doctor was spurring Rena's heartbeat with medical equipment, then her heart back to normal.

Meanwhile, at the door of the emergency room, several people had been waiting anxiously for Rena. Kenan arrives but Alvian prevents him.

"What are you doing here? Haven't you hurt Rena enough?" concluded the man cynically to Kenan.

"What do you mean, Mom? the one in that room is my wife, why are you preventing me from knowing her condition?" Kenan was disturbed by the attitude of Alvian who seemed to want to keep him away from Rena.

"Hey Kenan, don't you see? Rena is here because of you. You're the one who made her sick!" alvian jolts at him.

Not done yet Kenan continued his words Jesica clasped his hand. Kenan turned to her and quickly Jesica shook her head. Coded Kenan out of emotion because of Alvian.

Kenan who noticed Jesica's attitude relented. Considering she was in the hospital she tried to give in so that the debate between her and her brother did not continue. Alvian who saw Kenan succumbed smiled evilly.

Moments later, a young doctor approached them.

"How's my wife doing, Doc?" ask Kenan to the doctor.

She was really worried about Rena.

Ryan who noticed Anastasya was among them, immediately pulled the girl's hand out and headed for the hospital corridor.

"You feel pain? Do you think the pain is comparable to what Rena felt?" ryan's eyes were burning. He was so angry at the young woman.

"What do you mean Ryan?" the girl pretended not to understand.

"You can lie to everyone but not to me Ana, I know very well what your true character is," the man explained, pointing at Anastasya's face.

Anastasya felt frightened and suddenly nervous because he felt intimidated. "A .. I didn't do anything, it was all Mr. Kenan's fault, in .. he suddenly hugged me," the woman tried to defend herself and accused Kenan.

"Where maybe Mr. Kenan did that he never knew you," Ryan insisted that Kenan was innocent.

"Why not? Do you think Kenan is a saint? He can also make mistakes" Alvian, who was suddenly behind them, said.

"Oh so your conspiracy, wow so great. A former married couple who tries to destroy the happiness of others for the sake of his obsession" the man's sarcasm at both.

"Stop your bullshit Ryan. I just accidentally passed by and saw you guys making a fuss so I'm here to make sure you're okay" he said calmly.

Very clever Alvian. It seems like he deserves to be an actor for his double personality.

Ryan screeched, "if anything happens to my brother, I'll find you Alvian" the man threatened Alvian.

Ryan was no longer able to destroy his emotions, rather than something that was not desirable he preferred to leave the two people there.

"Hufh fortunately you came mas, if you do not come on time maybe the man will force me to admit everything," Anastasya breathed a sigh of relief while rubbing his cheek that felt heated earlier.

"That must not happen, we have prepared everything must not fail" concluded Alvian with a smile.

Rena has been moved to the treatment room. With him there was Kenan who was still waiting for him to come to his senses. The man desperately grasped Rena's fingers, he was so eager to see the woman who had been his rightful wife back cheerful.

Suddenly Rena opened her eyes slowly and noticed Kenan who was asleep on the side of the gurney. The woman smiled looking at her tired-looking husband waiting for her to wake up. Rena rubbed the man's head gently.

"Darling, are you awake?" Waking up felt a soft touch on his head.

Rena just smiled while watching Kenan, it felt like she wanted to hug the man who had become her husband but she did not have the strength because her body felt so weak.

"Don't move much first, you still have to rest" prevented Kenan who saw Rena move with her weak condition.

"I want to see our children and families, it's not good if they are left behind for too long" Rena tried hard before her husband.

"Sstt, no need to force yourself. We can meet them later. I'm sorry Rena, for what happened. It should be our first night as the most beautiful night for us, but we should spend the night in the hospital like this" Kenan smiled.

"No, baby, it's not your fault. I'm just exhausted" Rena doesn't want to make Kenan feel guilty.

He knew what happened wasn't because Kenan wanted it but because of a trap. It's just that he was so shocked when Anastasya was in Kenan's arms, making him think back to Alvian breaking his heart with the woman. But now he feels comfortable and calm because Kenan is with him.

On the sidelines of their togetherness, suddenly his two little angels opened the door of the treatment room. " MOMY" called the two little boys to the mother.

Their faces were so worried about their mother. "Momy, why did you faint?" belvana chirps to him.

"Momy is just a sweet soy sauce" he said looking at his baby.

"Momy, it was the same brother ora buyin fruit for momy. Momy want to?" talk Dhafi to his mother.

Rena who saw the anxiety on the child's face nodded and asked her baby to give her the booty she bought earlier.

"Mrs Rena, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be presumptuous, I just wanted to tell Mr. Kenan that Rena's mom would meet him but.." without continuing his words the woman noticed Kenan.

"It's okay Ana, I'm just in shock and exhausted" Rena told him.

"He ..." Ryan wanted to explain the rottenness of Anastasya and Alvian to everyone but with his eyes Rena gave Ryan a code to be calm.

Rena purposely prevents Ryan from warming up. He knew very well the character of his cousin's sister, which is why he prevented Ryan from saying anything in the room.
