Saving Cedereyn

Axelle just got to the hospital with Cedereyn badly injured in an accident. The hospital nurses immediately provided first aid for Cedereyn, the nurse immediately took the young woman to the IGD room to see the doctor immediately.

"How's Cedereyn doing?" ask Troy, whose breath is still stinging as a result of running to the hospital.

"That's, the doctor was checking inside," Axelle pointed to the IGD's room.

Shortly after, a doctor approached them. "Who of you is the girl's family?"

Axelle and Troy looked at each other confusedly to answer.

"The girl lost a lot of blood and had to undergo surgery immediately, it looks like her leg bones were fractured due to the accident. He has to have surgery" the doctor said again.

A worried Axelle immediately said, "i'm a doctor, '" the man replied.

"Well, you sign the form first for approval to operate on the patient, then you can pay the advance for the operation to the receptionist," the young doctor explained to Axelle

"Okay, doctor, how much does it cost to operate?"

"Please read in this description sir, everything has been explained in this form," the doctor pointed out in the registration document.

Axelle and Troy read slowly the contents of the form the doctor showed, then checked the cost of surgery.

"Operation costs with a budget of twenty million and must pay at the beginning of ten million? Where do I get that kind of money in a day? My salary alone is not that big," complained Axelle seeing the total cost of operations.

"You don't have to worry, how about we just ask Kenan's boss? Maybe the boss wants to help us" Troy suggested to the man.

"Will the boss help us? I feel bad to tell you all this."

"Why is the girl more important, you see for yourself how much Cederey bled?," Troy recalled.

"Well, I'll talk to the boss about this. You yourself what about your pursuit of the hit-and-run perpetrator?" Axelle remembered Troy in a hurry to chase the impactor.

The rain fell so fast that Axelle who had just parked his motorbike was thrown in the rain. He immediately took shelter in the basement while picking up his cell phone and contacting Kenan.

"*Yes Axelle, what's going on these nights you called me?" Kenan who had just fallen asleep now blinked his eyes.

"Sorry boss I need your help,"

"Where are you now?" Kenan rubbed his face that was still tired because of his work that piled up that day.

"Boss, I'm in your basement right now."

Kenan opened his eyes and immediately got up from his bed.

"Come here as soon as possible. I'm waiting for you at the apartment*."

After getting Kenan's approval, Axelle immediately headed for the elevator to go upstairs. And a knocking sound rang out behind the door of the apartment, Kenan immediately saw the intersection that saw someone's face there.

Turns out it was Axelle, Kenan immediately opened the door of his apartment.

"Come on Axe, what's up?" Kenan saw Axelle who looked cold from the rain.

"Sorry boss, I need your help right now. Novely ... Cedereyn accident," he explained with a choked voice.

"Explain to me, how did he get into an accident? I remember him being with me last night."

"Yes the boss, this morning when he was leaving the club suddenly an mpbil hit him and unfortunately the hitter even ran away," Axelle felt so upset considering the incident.

"Did no one see that?"

"Many people were there but the guy just left, Troy had chased after him only he was stuck in the red light so the man managed to escape," Axelle explained to him.

"Hm, how outrageous. What did this mean for your arrival?" Kenan was a little confused.

"Look boss, Cedereyn had to be operated on as soon as possible because he ran out of blood and had to have his legs immediately in a cast. That girl doesn't have any family here, which is why I signed her up for surgery. It's just that the money is still lacking boss," he said to Kenan.

"So that's the problem, why did you bother coming here? In the rain anyway. Why not just call me?"

"I wanted to call you but I felt it would be better to face you straight away" Axelle twirled her fingers feeling very nervous and worried.

"Yes, you just write down how much I'll give you a check," Kenan gave Axelle a blank check.

Axelle who was feeling confused did not think much anymore. He wrote down the nominal check he needed. He hesitantly shows Kenan the amount of the check and without further ado Kenan signs the check.

"Boss, didn't you see the numbers first?"

"You're my best friend, you need that money, too. For me it's nothing" said Kenan while sucking his cigar.

Axelle smiled wryly, what Kenan said was twenty million was nothing to him but Axelle was not the greedy type. He knows enough to borrow money from a big boss like Kenan.

"what are you waiting for, let's quickly get that check,"

"Thank you boss, I will definitely change this money as soon as possible." Kenan took the check and immediately left the place.

"You don't need to replace it, just help the girl. I didn't lend you money, did I?" kenan hatch.

Axelle turned her body and looked at Kenan. Kenan beckoned with a smile.

"Thank you boss" Axelle greeted Kenan's hand with respect.

"Don't forget to change your clothes before you leave. You look like a vegetable chicken if you go with it," chirped Kenan who made Axelle chuckle.

The man immediately changed his clothes, he had already memorized Kenan's apartment, and he knew exactly Kenan must have provided clothes in the guest room for his guests. After changing her clothes Axelle immediately went to the hospital to take care of the cost of Cedereyn's surgery, the young girl was finally saved.

"How is he doing?" Troy just brought him some hot food and drinks for himself and Axelle.

"She's gone through a critical period, but she hasn't opened her eyes yet" Axelle was worried and anxious to see Cedereyn's condition post-surgery.

"We'll see the progress. You eat first, you must be tired and report it?"

Axelle shook her head, "no Troy. You alone, I want to wait for Cedereyn to open her eyes,"

"The girl is past her worst, she's been fine. You should think about yourself too. Do you want when he opens his eyes to see you faint from hunger?" Troy's ledek to him.

"Damn you Troy," Axelle smiled as she picked up the food Troy had bought for her.

Although Troy, impressed smitten but he was the most alert person when Axelle needed him. As she did right now, it was the little thing that made Axelle feel as if she had a brother when she was with the blond man and had a tatoo on her arm. They are indeed comrades in arms, both living on the streets and enjoying the rigors of big city life, until finally they met with Kenan and were invited to work at the Club which in fact still has shares there.

Axelle and Troy were enjoying their food and drink, suddenly Troy's phone vibrated and there was an incoming call on the screen, Troy immediately moved from near Axelle to talk outside.

"You go ahead and eat, I'll take a call first" Troy told him. Axelle who had been starving since then continued to devour his food.
