Chapter 24

After they talked for a long time, finally Brian and Eveline permission to return home because the time was getting late and the trip was quite far.

Both of Eveline's parents responded to Eveline's arrival in a casual way, showing neither likes nor dislikes. Just think like a regular guest. Especially when Brian expressed his intention to marry Eveline, Brian's parents did not refuse or agree but told them to get to know more.

After saying goodbye, Brian and Eveline went home. Brian drove Eveline first to his apartment but Brian just drove up to the front just did not go inside because it was a day that had gone by night.

Once he arrived at his room Eveline immediately cleaned himself because he felt sultry after a day of traveling. Eveline finished taking a shower to the kitchen to make chocolate milk and she would enjoy it by watching television.

"I think Brian Gag's family agrees with me. So including succeeding also donk my efforts." muttered Eveline happily. Because he remembered their usual interaction.

Unlike Brian, once he finished cleaning himself Brian laid himself in bed to release the fatigue of having just traveled a long distance.

While he was lying down, Brian sent a message to his mother to let him know that he had arrived home safely.

A few minutes passed after Brian sent a message, suddenly his phone rang and the name of his mother who was contacting.

"Hello. What's wrong Ma? Brian's been up to this." said Brian as soon as he shifted the green button.

"Thank God if it's safe" replied his mother.

"Yes Ma. Mama's not asleep?" ask Brian to open the conversation.

"Look at Brian, just go ahead. Mama, Papa and also your brother have decided that you are the same Eveline should not get married before Eveline changes for the better" said his mother.

Brian who heard his mother's words immediately sat in the head of the bed, before he was lying down.

"What kind of a dog is Ma? I'm the same Eveline loves Ma and we're old enough to get married" Brian said.

"Why can you judge that?" ask Brian.

"From the beginning you came Mama and Papa were able to assess how Eveline. And as a mother, the feeling of Mama is never wrong, son." replied his mother trying to explain.

"But Ma..."

"Then, same with Mama. Now you take a break and don't talk about getting married again before you graduate college and work well" said his mother.

Brian sighed softly, he did not dare to fight his parents because from childhood he had been educated to obey and respect what was the decision of both parents.

And of course Brian won't be telling the truth why he wanted to marry Eveline immediately because of the events that left him out of control that night.

Finally Brian can only agree to the wishes of his parents and he immediately rested because his body was tired. And he plans to meet Eveline tomorrow to return to discuss the matter.

While Eveline himself has planned that starting tomorrow he will try as much as possible to avoid Brian.
