After that Mr. Rusdi practiced sprint running back and forth, he practiced it from the start and then did a swing to run. Then after doing a jiggle he ran very fast and took a small cone at the end of it and then returned to the starting place. I was surprised to see a human who could run that fast. After that Mr. Rusdi divided us into 17 groups of 4 people in each class.

 Group after group has run sprints, it's time for my group to do sprints. In my group, I was accompanied by a boy named Rudi because his name was under my absence.
