Eric looked at Audrey's face.

The mysterious figure that made her curious half-dead was now smiling sweetly in front of Boris.

Eric's heart was beating fast. His whole body was trembling. He felt like he was looking at an angel, he stared at the figure of the angel without blinking a single bit.

"Woof! Woof!" Suddenly Boris barked at Eric.

Audrey surprised.

He looked at Eric. Audrey quickly put her mask back on.

The girl looked panicked.

Then Eric grabbed Audrey's arm. Audrey releases Eric's hand.

"Ma.sorry. Did I surprise you?" Ask Eric.

Audrey remained silent not responding to Eric's question.

"Thank you for finding my master's dog" Eric said carefully.

Audrey looked at Eric. Then Audrey ran away from Eric without answering Eric's question.

"Hey! Waitaminute! Hey...!"

Audrey kept running she ignored Eric's call.

"Gee! Shit!" Eric.

"Why is he so hard to approach, and I'm so damn curious about him!" Eric told himself.

Then Eric goes back into the cafe and leads Boris.

Eric looked at Audrey eating on the corner bench by the door. Although Audrey is in a corner that is somewhat invisible to others, but for Eric there is only Audrey in his view. Eric recalled how the sweet face smiled gently.

It's pretty!

Sweetie!

It's beautiful!

Those words alone could not describe the face of Audrey he had seen at a glance. But Eric grew curious about Audrey's most mysterious figure.

Why is that pretty face hidden behind a mask?!

Why would Audrey cover herself from the outside world?!

And there were still a lot of questions on Eric's mind.

"Gear!" Call Rendy who was sitting in front of Eric. But Eric was still unaware of his friend's call.

"Ric" Call Jordi and shake her hand in front of Eric, but Eric still doesn't respond.

Finally Eric came to his senses when Rendy patted him on the shoulder while shouting his name.

"Ah what's up Ren?! Why are you yelling like that?" Eric was shocked.

"Why! Why is! I should have been the one. What is it you? From then on you just kept staring at that mysterious girl without blinking a single bit! You have a crush on girls?" Ask Rendy curious.

"Right Ric have a crush on girls?" Jordi asked in shock at Rendy's question.

"A..what the hell do you two want to eat what do you want a cave jitak?" Eric was somewhat confused.

Eventually the two friends shut up and continued their lunch.

The clock shows Eric at 10pm just closing the cafe where he works.

Outside the rain is very heavy. From this afternoon the rain did not stop. Luckily Eric today carried an umbrella in his bag.

After saying goodbye to Mario, Eric finally came home. At first Mr. Mario offers Eric to stay at his house but Eric refuses because tomorrow he has a morning class.

The streets were very quiet because it was almost midnight and the weather was raining.

Suddenly Eric saw Audrey crouching in the cold in front of the closed shop. Although Eric's vision is a bit blurred by the rain, Eric is convinced that the girl is Audrey. Eric approached Audrey and patted her.

Audrey raised her head when she could not feel the water coming towards her. Audrey stood up, staring at the tall man she had been seeing for the past few weeks.

"Audrey?! What are you doing out here in the middle of the night by yourself?" Ask Eric.

"Where's your house?! I'll take you home." Bargain Eric.

Audrey looked at Eric sharply, then she ran away from Eric. Eric catches up with Audrey running away from him, and Eric is overwhelmed as he chases after Audrey while holding an umbrella. Because the rain was quite heavy and also a fairly strong wind made the umbrella held by Eric regardless. Eric is intent on chasing after her umbrella, but she prefers to chase after Audrey.

Suddenly Eric sees Audrey falling, Eric quickly approaches Audrey.

"Audrey! You okay?" Eric panicked.

Audrey looks at her ankle.

"Let me see" Eric said.

Audrey grimaces as Eric holds her leg.

"Your leg sprained. You can't walk, I'll carry you."

Audrey tried to get up, but again she fell down. Then Eric crouched down in front of Audrey.

"I'll carry you, get on my back." Eric.

Silent.

"Audrey! Quick ride. Otherwise we could freeze to death here" Eric said.

Audrey remained silent.

"Trust me. I just wanted to help you. I didn't mean to be mean to you" Eric assured Audrey.

Although Audrey hesitated a little, Audrey finally held onto Eric's shoulders. Eric held Audrey's legs together, then raised her body slowly. Audrey's body felt so light.

"Get in tight. You will fall" Eric said.

Audrey slowly wrapped her hands around Eric's neck.

This is the first time for Audrey. He has never interacted with an outsider. Especially until it is carried like this.

Audrey did not understand to herself, why she easily believed in this man.

Eric looked at Audrey at a glance, then he smiled. Eric also began to walk under the specks of rain that began to subside with the figure of a sweet little girl held him.

The atmosphere was so quiet, only the sound of splashing water was hit by Eric's footing.

"Did you remember me? We've met a few times." Eric tried to break the silence.

"We are even one university, even one major, just different classes" Eric said.

Audrey remained silent.

"Your name is Audrey, right? I'm Eric" Eric said.

Audrey remained silent.

"Is your home still far away?" Ask Eric.

Audrey pointed at the turn that was in front of them. After ten minutes of walking, they finally arrived at Audrey's small rented house.

"Who do you live with, who do you live with?" Ask Eric.

Audrey just looked down.

"Alright if you don't want to answer. It's night, rest. I'll go home first" Eric said.

Audrey's still down.

"Good night ...." Eric's speech was soft.

Eric turned his back to get out of Audrey's house.

"Thank you ...."

Eric was shocked when he heard the voice, a soft and very small voice almost inaudible. But strong enough to make Eric's heart beat fast.
