Hotaru descended the road high enough, her legs stopped pedaling letting her bike slide down. A strong wind hit his face he was enjoying that simple sensation.
Hotaru glanced at the large river beside her, the sound of water gurgling through the eardrum, the clear water made her able to see the riverbed clearly, two turtles were seen relaxing on the rocks. Hotaru returned to pedaling her bike, the roof of her house was already visible.
After passing through three houses that stand close by then a field is quite likely to belong to the three families and the last Hotaru through the rice fields is quite long then he arrived at his new home.
Didn't!.
Hotaru stood on her bike as she stepped into the house.
"Accept!." He said while taking off his shoes.
"Okayeri!." Takehara cried from the kitchen.
Hotaru went into the room, put the bag down, picked up a towel and a shirt and walked into the bathroom.
Hotaru stared at the reflection of her face in the mirror, her front hair wet after washing her face, the jakun that stood out from before. Hotaru tilted her body to the left, looking at the small tattoo on the base of her right arm that was slightly backward, recalling the moments that the tattoo was engraved, the, hotaru's eyeballs turned to glance at the back of his body reflected in the mirror.
After being satisfied with the mirror Hotaru walked closer to the shower leaving her entire body in a jug of warm water.
"You haven't dried your hair?" Tanya Takehara found Hotaru sitting on a chair with her hair still looking a bit wet.
"Later to dry yourself." Answer Hotaru waiting for the food to be ready.
"How about the volleyball club, what's the fun?." Takehara placed a rice bowl in front of Hotaru.
"Yes." Yeah."
Hotaru's short answer made the twenty-one-year-old woman glance at Hotaru from her seat. Hotaru cupped both hands down for a moment then grabbed her chopsticks preparing to eat.
"Ri." Takehara was taken aback by Hotaru.
"I understand we're on a charade but I don't want to change anything." Hotaru put rice in her mouth.
"You're still the old Rin, I'll call you that, nothing's changed." Hotaru continued, a small smile on Takehara's lips.
"Don't be too rigid with the circumstances we're dealing with."
Takehara is back to enjoying her dinner. Silence runs through that simple dining table.
It was like you were reminding me of my position as one of the guards, rebuking my attitude so as not to cross the line, the inner Takehara.
"Tonight there's a place I want to go, you can practice on your own." Takehara finished her dinner as well as Hotaru.
"Is there a problem?." Ask Hotaru.
"No, there's just something I want to make sure of." Answer Takehara.
"Let me do the dishes." Hotaru stood up while tidying up their dirty dishes.
"No, it's my job."
Takehara took over the dishes and other objects from Hotaru, bringing all the dirty dishes to the sink to wash them.
Hotaru walked over to Takehara with a small towel in her hand, standing next to the woman, her hands began to wipe the dishes that had been washed.
"Do you hate Ayumi dono now." Takehara said without distracting her from the dirty dishes.
"I can't hate a woman who's been struggling to give birth to me." Hotaru arranges the dishes and bowls that she dries neatly.
"What about your destiny?."
"There's no point blaming fate, I have to keep walking forward." Takehara gave the chopsticks he washed to Hotaru which the young man received.
"Yuki taught me." Hotaru Imbuh.
"What do you think of ojou chan's change?." Takehara alluded to the new Yuki after they had been separated for a very long time.
"Fear." Takehara. Hotaru who saw that continued her sentence.
"She was my twin sister but like no sister I knew, there was a lot I didn't know about her. But some of his traits are still my sisters that I know. I was so scared, sometimes he felt far away. I hate it when I don't know what he's thinking." Hotaru folded the towel in her hand.
"The nature of Yuki who used to always rely on me, she will take out all her thoughts and wait for me to make a decision, she will run to me if there is something that makes her sad, he'll ask for my protection if grandfather or father tells him to eat vegetables." Hotaru took a slow breath.
"My spoiled, with many interesting ideas in his head, the ever-smiling and easy-to-cry Yukiku, the ever-cheerful Yukiku. There's no more." Hotaru emphasized her last sentence while looking to the side. Takehara remained unmoved in his place.
"Although mom and dad made it that way but I'm sure, there's something I didn't know had happened long before it got complicated." After saying everything he wanted to get out Hotaru turned her back on his way back to the room.
Chequek.
The sound of the door opening and then closing. Rin is gone, why hasn't Eiji contacted me yet?, inner Hotaru walks into the living room with a cell phone in her hand.
Hotaru opened the big window, walking to the side yard of the house doing some heating.
Hotaru slowly closed both eyes recalling everything her grandfather had taught her, slowly moving Hotaru's hands and feet doing basic movements, then turning to punches, kicks, kicks, repeat one after another without anyone being left behind.
And lastly the sword movement, his hands and fingers moved as if he was twisting a sword and then swung it forward quickly.
"Shhuuu ... "
Proks. Proks. Proks.
Whistling and applause made Hotaru stop her activities. He found Fumio and Yamazaki staring at him in awe with smiles on their faces.
"Even decades have passed, your abilities have not diminished at all young master." Yamazaki nodded his head a few times.
"Did you always practice by yourself like this?." Hotaru wiped her sweat with the back of her hand.
"Who can I train with if it's not with an empty wind." Hotaru turned her finger in the air.
"Hahaha, I could have accompanied you but there is something more important." Yamazaki and Fumio walked inside the house, past the large open-air window of the living room.
"We're gonna talk at my house?, what about Rin coming home?." Hotaru asked immediately following them.
"Ooh .., this is your new home. That's fine." Yamazaki.
"You two live in this big house, nothing happens, right?." Hotaru frowned at Fumio's words.
"What do you expect from young master." Yamazaki's voice made Hotaru even more upset.
"You're right Takeru san, Hotaru is too busy with her sister where maybe she has time for another woman." Reply Fumio.
BRAK!.
An irritated Hotaru closed the window violently, her hands locked the window and turned to look at her two guests.
"So .., have you finished making fun of me gentlemen?." Yamazaki and Fumio ignored Hotaru.
"Aaa .. rgh, when again fun." The Yamazaki chirps walked towards the kitchen.
"I still doubt that no ghost instigates the inhabitants of this house." Fumio said as he walked to the front door.
If Yamazaki and Fumio had worked together to tease him no one could stop them but Yuki, even worse if Yuki joined them to attack him.
Hotaru saw Fumio who was locking the door she also saw Yamazaki coming out from inside the empty room. Fumio pointed at Hotaru's room staring at the confused room owner but nodded his head. Fumio immediately went inside.
Hotaru was surprised that Yamazaki had suddenly entered into Takehara's room.
"Is this impromptu, gentlemen?." Hotaru asked slightly raising her voice.
"Yes, we have to be careful." Fumio answered who just came out of Hotaru's room.
"If Rin comes home to die for me, he'll punish me mercilessly." Hotaru Protest.
"He won't be home until midnight." Fumio said as Yamazaki entered Takehara's room.
"Do you have to go in there too?." Hotaru followed Fumio from behind.
Hotaru finds Yamazaki inspecting all the items in the room, and Fumio joins in researching every inch of the wall. Hotaru just silently watched them.
"All right now I understand." Hotaru said leaning to the edge of the room door.
"You distracted Rin from leaving the house, and investigated her secretly." Guess Hotaru's a hundred percent right.
"Even I guarantee Rin won't realize we're in her room right now." Yamazaki pulled the corner of his lips smiling sinisterly.
"You look like a Takeru san villain." Said Fumio who saw the look on Yamazaki's face.
"Shouldn't Rin forget who taught her to play with thoughts and emotions." Chirps Yamazaki stood up straight, it seemed like the man was done with his activities.
"If it's not wrong to teach him Hiro san?." Sergey Fumio recalled that fact.
"Yes, because of that. I asked Fumihiro to do something with Rin tonight." Fumio and Hotaru stared in disbelief at what the middle-aged man said.
"It's not that Rin's not getting along with her brother." Fumio nodded in agreement with Hotaru's statement.
"We're talking in the kitchen, Eiji kun have you locked all the windows and front doors?." Yamazaki looked at Fumio who was standing not far from him.
"It."
"Let's break down all these tangled threads." Yamazaki said walking past Hotaru with a smile.
In the kitchen Yamazaki was sitting at the end of the table, Fumio was sitting on the right, while Hotaru was on the left. Hotaru carried a pen and paper with her random lines.
"Where do we start?." Ask Yamazaki.
"Many of us are unaware of each other's important information." Connect Hotaru.
"Right, because the great lord forbade you and ojou chan to contact us all who are here." Fumio nodded in agreement with Yamazaki.
"Well, what do you guys know after me and grandpa, grandma, get out of here?." Ask Hotaru.
"Everything, about you that they brought, until you managed to escape." Hotaru moved her hand on the paper.
"Have you visited the grave of the great master?." Ask Fumio. Hotaru shook her head slowly.
"I don't deserve to meet him yet." Hotaru replied, Fumio and Yamazaki understood Hotaru's decision not to visit her grandfather's grave.
"Do you also know that all the documents about me and Yuki were lost?." Ask Hotaru.
"Of course, they're not missing. Everything is in my house." Hotaru stared in her best friend's bead.
"Everything's Hotaru." Tandas Fumio confirmed, Hotaru smiled slightly.
"Then what else?."
"Nothing, we don't even know what they did to you during the kidnapping." Answer Fumio.
"Look, the grandfather transfer was very successful. They really thought I was the one who solved the usefulness of grandfather's find, they forced me to make poison as they wanted." Hotaru saw the look on Fumio's face.
"Yes, I rejected them. But instead they beat me up not even hesitating to whip my back like a ponytail." Fumio and Yamazaki froze in their seats.
Fumio's hands clenched hard, not even expecting the young Yamazaki to shed tears.
"I know what you're thinking, to reduce my injuries I'm following them. Attempting to trick many into making the poisons fail, after two years they began to anger me for never succeeding. They started torturing me with knives." Yamazaki massaged his head with still shedding tears.
"Ojou chan." Yamazaki's voice is heard by Fumio and Hotaru.
"I know, that's why I started making it look successful but still wasn't ready to use them to stop torturing me." Hotaru Imbuh. Fumio shook his head slowly.
"The information of the great madam no one told you about your circumstances back then." Fumio spoke up.
"Because I didn't tell him."
"I'm worried about ojou chan, since you were brought by them the big lady told us that she was keeping her distance from ojou chan, worried that there was still someone lurking in her house. Only twice did ojou chan meet the mistress, when he was ten years old and when ojou chan sought the truth about you." Yamazaki wiped his tears staring at Hotaru softly.
"Daren Dono is very busy taking care of the company even not infrequently once a year he just returned home, Ayumi dono who is still hit often goes abroad. What makes me so sad is, Daren dono and Ayumi dono are not there next to ojou chan when you feel the pain that you receive young master." Hotaru.
Right, why did I never think of it, inner Hotaru.
Fumio was very worried about his best friend.
"Hotaru." Call Fumio to attract the attention of the young man sitting in front of him.
"I'm also very sad to know Yuki's facts but you can't blame yourself either. Your circumstances back then were no better than her." Fumio's words hit Hotaru's heart.
"Right, I'm sorry young master, I'm too focused on ojou chan. The little girl will be very scared if you get hurt." Yamazaki bowed respectfully.
"It's okay Takkecchan, don't be like this, raise your head." Yamazaki said he raised his head slowly.
"The events kept repeating, the longer they made my body into a guinea pig to test the poison I made." Hotaru.
"Briad!." Yamazaki. Fumio was ready with all the horrible stories he would hear he was trying to cultivate his emotions.
"Until Yuki sneaks in to look for me and takes me out of there." Yamazaki was stunned as well as Fumio.
"Ojou chan?!." Yamazaki said in disbelief.
"He did it?." Fumio asked no less surprised.
"Ung, my spoiled sister who doesn't like to train in the dojo plays them easily." Hotaru smiled amusedly considering the events of the night Yuki entered her room without excuse.
"Are you not wrong?." Yamazaki asked still in disbelief.
"That cute, funny, adorable girl, who loves to learn and play that really saved you?." Hotaru nodded steadily.
"Can't be trusted." Yamazaki said given how gentle his young lady was, always smiling every time she met the bodyguards, servants, and people she met. Will run away if the big master invites him to practice martial arts, always teasing himself in the laboratory asking questions that make him curious, always imitating the attitude of the elder mistress, he said, spending time playing with Eiji and the young master, those memories kept swirling around inside Yamazaki's head.
"Yuki's changed, you won't find Yuki who used to be with Yuki now." Hotaru's voice broke the silence that suddenly occurred.
