Ella Doesn't Want to Go to a Party

Ella looked at Mr. Reo who was in front of her. Ella feels the same familiar feeling she felt when she met Reo Kawenz in Junior High. 

Mr. Reo in front of him looked arrogant and completely domineering reminiscent of Ella on the figure of Reo Kawenz back in the school where the figure of the little boy was aggressively very arrogant. The difference was, Reo who was in front of him was arrogant gracefully and politely unlike the arrogant and rude little Reo.

Regardless, Ella felt that both the little Reo and the mature Reo in front of her were both hard-to-approach figures, and Ella just wanted to get away from every single person named Reo!

Mr. Reo smiled, "I was shocked to learn that chef Ella was so young. But honestly it doesn't matter at all. The party was supposed to have a pre-order menu, so it would be best if Ella took part in the purchase of the ingredients."

Ella clenched her hand. From Mr. Reo's tone, he seemed very eager and convinced that Ella should be the chef at a banquet on the beach on a remote Island. Mr. Reo seemed to leave no room for rejection.

Ella really wanted to turn down this offer of being a chef, but so many eyes were looking at her. He knew that he would definitely make himself look stupid himself if he spoke too much.

Ehem ahem! The cough of the restaurant boss. "Well Ella, there's no need to be too hasty in thanking Mr. Reo, but you should thank Mr. Reo for choosing you."

Ella looked at Mr. Reo carefully and then said quietly, "Te– teri– teribasih, Mr. Reo."

The restaurant boss sorted his forehead slightly hearing Ella's stammering reply. The restaurant boss then said with a blooming smile, "Master Reo, if not for you, I wouldn't have lent you my chef so easily! Our chef Ella may have had a difficult childhood, so she's a little autistic and she's not saying very well."

"But this condition does not affect anything. It definitely won't affect her cooking ability! He won't give you any trouble at all!"

Mr. Reo nodded with a smile, while his eyes never left Ella. "I have no problem at all as long as the chef's tongue can taste the taste of the food that tastes good." 

The word 'chef tongue' mentioned by Mr. Reo somehow sounded very uncomfortable in Ella's ears. For no apparent reason, Ella suddenly felt uneasy.

The restaurant boss waved his hand and raised his chin and said to Manager Kaazee. "You two can go out and get on with your work."

Manager Kaazee and Ella turned around and left the room.

As Ela turned around a voice suddenly called out to her yes it was Mr. Reo's voice. "Koki Ella."

Ella stopped walking and turned around stiffly.

Mr. Reo looked at him with a smile. "Koki Ella, I'll pick you up in a few days and we can discuss the matter of the party at our next meeting."

Hearing that she would meet with Mr. Reo in a few days, Ella felt her heart turn upside down in fear that she would meet Mr. Reo again in the future.

Ella walked behind Manager Kaazee and despite the hesitation, she finally ventured to speak. He said slowly. "Kaazee Manager …."

Manager Kaazee frowned and turned to face Ella. He usually doesn't have much contact with Ella even though they work in the same place. Manager Kaazee doesn't hate Ella, but he doesn't like her either, rather, he's a little bit dislikeful of Ella.

Manager Kaazee dislikes Ella for feeling that Ella is 27 years old, but she looks like a teenager in high school.

Manager Kaazee stared at Ella, he measured Ella, the word 'thin' is the best description for Ella. He looked so vulnerable that in hindsight he could be dropped with just a gust of wind. Isn't Ella looking so weak even worse she never retaliated against Bully-an's other workers at this restaurant.

Kaazee's manager learns that some of the employees at her restaurant, especially the chefs, love to talk about Ella behind their backs because they envy Ella's cooking skills that are much better than theirs. Ella's cooking ability made her the second-best chef in the restaurant even though she only worked for less than a month. They always interrupt and cut Ella while Ella is talking.

Manager Kaazee understands that in addition to Ella's amazing cooking skills, Ella also looks very girlish and also she is very cute and sweet so there are many female employees who like to make false rumors about Ella like Ella being a sugar baby from an old sugar dady 80 Years old, or other rumors that cornered Ella.

Although Manager Kaazee knows that it's just fake gossip made by people who are jealous of Ella, he still feels strange when he is around Ella for fear of being gossiped about by other employees.

Manager Kaazee continues to look at Ella and assesses that Ella's performance today is worse than she imagined. Ella could not even say a complete sentence there, she stammered and always looked down at her own feet.

There are bosses and special guests in the room, and if Ella makes them unhappy, Kaazee's manager will probably be the one to clean up the mess. Thinking of that, Manager Kaazee was unhappy with Ella and a little hostile towards her. So the tone of speech is very unpleasant.

"What's up, Ella?!"

Ella glanced at Manager Kaazee stiffly and said hesitantly. "Manager Kaazee, can ... can .. I not go? I mean, can ... can ... I .. not be the chef?"

"Repeat what you say! I can't hear it!" Piqued.

"Party ... on the beach .. on a private Island ... Mr. Reo, Can I ... not go?"

Manager Kaazee heard it clearly this time, he was getting annoyed with Ella. "Why don't you want to go? You will get paid!"

Ella sat her head down she could not think of the reason for her refusal so she simply repeated her words. "Can I not go?"

Manager Kaazee's face became a little ugly, "Don't go? What do you mean not to go? What are you thinking?? Don't think that just because Mr. Reo looks young, he'll forgive you if you don't leave. Do you know how strong Mr Reo's family background is?"
