Chapter 39 - Request

A robed man grasped an object that gave off a yellow-colored light while raising his hand to the air.

"Finally! I got it"

"Whisper! Let's hurry and get back"

A girl with long black hair immediately turned around and left the man behind her, the man immediately grumbled and caught up with the girl.

"Well, I know you can't wait to see the Captain" Kevin said slowly.

"What did you say?" sambar Asuna stopped her steps and turned towards Kevin.

"Nothing, I'm just saying we should get back"

Asuna narrowed her eyes then let out a long sigh and rushed away, for some reason she had a bad feeling that required her to immediately return to Elemental City.

Two figures walked swiftly down the dark passage, their shadows reflected by the candlelight swaying as the two flashed by. The woman walking in front showed an annoyed face.

His expression strongly indicated that he did not like being in this place. Then the two stopped in front of a 5-meter-high iron door, the woman wagging her black hair as she said.

"It looks like you're just here to take me, go and watch from afar"

The figure that was ordered to salute and then immediately disappeared like he had never been there, and without waiting any longer the woman immediately kicked the iron door open.

His black hair fluttered due to the different air pressure from inside the room, his yellow eyes alternately moving from one person to another in the room. Some heads turned their heads when they heard the door slam open, but after seeing who had come. Everyone takes care of their own business.

Inside the room was a giant round black table, seven chairs scattered around. There was only one seat that had not been filled and it seemed like the owner of the chair had come up with an unusual manner.

"Yes, it's true, but it's all because you've failed to make plans that have been prepared for years!" Moona gritted her teeth in annoyance.

"Oh calm down, Moona, I know you really don't like coming to this fishy-smelling castle. Rest assured I am the same as you" commented a woman from one of the chairs.

"Don't misunderstand Lorem, he doesn't dislike her. The grumpy nature is indeed derived from Greysoul" replied Kris while laughing amusedly.

Moona immediately stood up with a gray-colored aura all over her body, she stared intently at Kris.

"Don't you dare say my father's name with your dirty mouth"

"That's enough! This meeting was not to fight each other, please calm down Mr. Kris, Miss Moona"

A gray-robed figure appeared out of nowhere, the figure carried a sword on its waist and casually drew closer to the table. Kris and Moona instantly fell silent, the atmosphere of the room instantly silent for a moment. There was only the annoying sound of chewing from one of the chairs.

"Can you stop eating for a minute? Ava?" hiss another woman was upset.

"Can't, just take care of your own business Euryale" replied the person called Ava did not care while continuing to chew.

"Skullcrow, you'd better start this meeting right away" said one from the other chair.

The gray-robed figure immediately saluted, his form beginning to appear under the light of the candle. He had no eyes, on his face was only a collection of canines. And his entire body was made up of bones. The Skeleton's form was quite disturbing to the people who saw it.

"Before that let me make sure anyone who has been present in this place" Skullcrow began as he unfurled the hood of his robe.

"Pride Sins, Kris Tepes" he called slowly and turned to Kris.

Kris smiled and pulled out a purple pendant from behind his clothes.

"Wrath Sins, Moonlight Moonlight"

Moona let out a soft howl while showing a red pendant.

"Envy Sins, Euryale Gorgonia"

The woman who greeted Ava earlier took out a green colored pendant, the woman had a pretty face but her hair looked like it was scaly and let out a strange hissing sound.

"Gluttony Sins, Avarum Carnage"

The man with all black eyes who had chewed on the food showed an orange pendant, but what was different was that he did not show the pendant with his hands. Rather with something tail-shaped that appeared from his back.

"Sloth Sins, Queri Braineater"

A man with blue skin like a rotting corpse took out a blue pendant. He simply yawned slowly and did not raise his head when called upon.

"Greed Sins, Greenhook Goble"

A small but sturdy green creature showed his gold-colored pendant, he was wearing a golden robe with a matching golden crown on his head.

"Last, Lust Sins. Lorem Devilla's"

Lorem was a beautiful girl with red hair, hair bangs covering one eye. A pair of horns curved beautifully above his head, and at first glance seen a pair of wings and a tail at the back of his body. He pulled out a pink pendant.

"Alright since everything is already here, let's—"

Skullcrow's words came to a halt as suddenly another cloaked figure entered the room and whispered to Moona. Moona's eyes widened after hearing what the person said.

"No way! I just contacted Millos a while ago" Moona said in disbelief.

Some of the people who were there threw a glance asking each other.

"Isn't Millos the Noble-Tier you're assigned to the South Pole?" chirped Lorem.

"mmm? Where did you know that" looked at Moona with narrowed eyes.

"Eee..he often plays to my place" Lorem replied with an awkward smile.

"What—"

"There's no harm in playing at Succubus' place, is there?" cut Greenhook shows his teeth are yellowish.

"Ugh.it doesn't matter now, Skullcrow. Please show the current state of the South Pole" Moona ordered.

Skullcrow fluttered his hands slowly, something like a projection screen appeared before them and showed a view of the South Pole. Suddenly everyone fell silent after seeing the scene there.

Giant spiky-tipped chunks of ice appeared all over the place, many body pieces lying everywhere. Half of the South Pole had been enveloped by an enormous sea of blood.

"It is impossible that the entire Werewolf flock that was there had been slaughtered" Euryale said as he covered his mouth.

His hair suddenly moved and hissed, the snake cluster hissed after seeing what was happening at the South Pole. Even the Avarum stopped its chewing for a while after seeing the sight.

But the most unexpected response came from Kris, with great difficulty she held a giggle from her mouth. Seeing this, Moona kicked the table with her hand until the table was reduced to dust.

"What's so funny?! Goddamn bum!" whispered with a terrifying aura.

Kris immediately stopped his giggling and replied casually.

"I'm sorry, I just didn't expect after appearing in Fairy Forest. He could be at the South Pole"

"Ava..., Rem.if you dare to touch the child with a single hair. You'll know the consequences"

"Ahaha I'm just kidding" Lorem added quickly.

"Huh...you think you can rule me? Don't be arrogant, we Ghouls live by eating. If I say I want to eat it, then I will" replied Avarum displeased.

Moona immediately turned around to leave the room while saying.

"I will approve all the results of this meeting, provided that the boy is handed over to me"

After Moona was nowhere to be seen again, Kris let out a long sigh.

"This will attract hihihi"

Kevin knocked on the door of the treatment room in front of him several times, but as there was no answer he immediately entered. Inside the room, Arya is replacing the flowers in the vase next to Rena's bed with blank eyes.

"Captain....?" call slowly.

Arya turned to him with a dazed look, Kevin had already offered several times to replace her guarding Rena. But Arya never budged, she planned to stay in the room until Rena woke up.

From the information provided by Kevin, Arya finally found out that he and Rena managed to occupy the first position of the participants who returned in this second Elementalist Exam. Following Kevin and Asuna in second place, Zayn and Selena in third, Timothy and Elizabeth and Ali and Lexa in fourth and fifth. Both teams arrived yesterday.

As the two were talking suddenly heard a soft coughing sound, Rena slowly opened her eyes.

"Aryan....? Kevin....? This...where?"

Arya and Kevin immediately approached to see Rena's condition, Kevin then immediately volunteered to go call the Supervisor Allucia. After Kevin disappears from the room, Arya helps Rena to sit down and gives her a glass of water.

Asuna who leaned against the wall behind her then looked back at Kevin for a moment, then she shook her head slowly and then immediately left the place.

Everything went back to normal, eventually all the Elementalists had returned to Elemental City safely and also managed to bring the materials they needed. Although there are also some people who are upset (Ali and Lexa must serve the punishment as the last group to come).

After a one-week break, finally the manufacturing process of the Elemental Weapon began. They consulted the Berlin Supervisor about the weapons they wanted to make.

"Maybe you're the only one who made the Elemental Weapon with two main ingredients like this" Berlin commented after seeing the North Blue Frozen Crystal and the South Black Winter Diamond.

Arya wanted to make a katana like she used to, and Berlin gave her a book on how to make swords. Preparation is done, all goes smoothly to the process of melting materials.

"really?! Thank you Asuna, you are truly a savior" Arya exclaimed happily as she breathed a sigh of relief.

"Not so fast, I will do it on one condition" Asuna added with a sharp look.

"Eh?! A condition? What condition?" arya asked with a tired face.

"Go out with me this weekend" he replied casually.

"Eh?!"
