CURSE Or GRACE
Sholeh Fugitive

The banner dropping his body was leaning against a very dull and rough wall, his work uniform was full of black blood, his breathing was still wheezing, from behind the wall he still heard a group of people screaming for him. He managed to escape because he desperately jumped over a fence full of broken glass neatly arranged on it, his pants torn in several parts and showed wounds and also made his pants drenched in blood.

Panji was still sitting and not caring about his injuries, He still could not understand why this could happen in his life. Only three months he was in this city, and only two months he worked, he immediately had problems with his manager which resulted in him losing control and hit the head of the manager to unconsciousness. Black blood spurted from the manager's mouth when Panji's punch lodged heavily in his head, strangely the same thing happened to Panji. His action was seen by his partner who immediately shouted, he chose to run away and was chased by some security office. Fortunately, he got away.

Two months ago he just started working, that's where he met his manager. Surprisingly only when he met the manager he already had the desire to hit the head of the manager, and that desire continued every time he met or passed each other. Though he never dealt directly with him, although the manager is known fierce to his employees. The more he endured the more headaches he suffered, until Panji was unable to hold back and the beating happened.

This was not the first time that he had worked in his hometown before, and the same thing happened. As a result of the incident he had to leave his hometown, wander to Jakarta. Luckily, he was able to work as a janitor there after a long wait almost a month to find a job with just a high school diploma. Panji is still lamenting his fate, he is not the type of aggressor, he even tends to be quiet, but his emotions are turbulent when he meets people who are precisely unknown to him.

The banner looked around, this fence turned out to surround a housing complex. His eyes caught some wild plants around him, he chose some aloe leaf stems to treat the wounds on his legs. He saw in the corner of the complex a building looks like a pretty good musholla. Panji walked towards the musholla, from there looks a row of neatly arranged houses, but looks very quiet. He went to the bathroom trying to clean his shirt with blood.

After that he did Ashar prayers his shirt was left hanging on the fence Mushola, after Ashar prayers suddenly his cell phone received a message, it turned out that his host friend asked him and told him that there were some people from his office coming looking for him. The pennant hung up on his phone not knowing what to answer, and now he doesn't know where to go.

Feeling that he was not safe if he continued inside, he walked beside the musholla, there seemed a warehouse that turned out the door was broken. The pennant went into the warehouse, he saw some stuff piling up there. In the corner of the warehouse there is a coffin and a bathhouse. The banner weighed, the fur on his back bristled, but there was no choice, he had to hide here against his fear. The banner sat leaning behind the door until Adhan Maghrib and Isya were heard, he did not dare to come out of the warehouse.

The banner decided to get out of the warehouse after a very late night. The banner performs Isha prayers and prays fervently asking God that he be opened a way out of his problems.

He drank water from a dimusholla dispenser to cover his hunger. He returned to the barn curled up while enduring the hunger and pain that began to emerge from his wounds until finally all the suffering he experienced was gone when he fell asleep on the floor of the barn, adzan shubuh woke him up.

An unbearable hunger forced the banner out of the warehouse, he hoped that the inhabitants of this complex had already left for work so that he could leave quietly. Before he left he intended to thank this musholla who had given him a ride last night. Panji took the cleaning equipment and started cleaning the musholla, not forgetting the warehouse and bathroom Musholla he cleaned until everything was clean shiny. He also set aside a little money in his pocket to fill the charity box in the musholla. After being satisfied with the results of his work he stepped out, he was suddenly startled by the sound of greetings greeting him.

"Assynnya!"

The banner jumped, in front of him stood a father who greeted him kindly.

"I want to thank you for cleaning up this musholla, this morning I saw you fall asleep in the barn, I didn't wake your heart up because it looks like you're so slumbering." The father said kindly.

Hearing the words of the father, Panji's heart became relieved,

"I should be grateful, sir! You didn't throw me out last night."

The father just smiled, he observed the figure of Panji from top to bottom, he saw some parts of his pants that were torn and wounds that had dried up, he said, The banner that felt it was being observed was again overwhelmed with fear and worry.

"You must be hungry, from last night you fell asleep in the barn, continued to clean the musholla, briefly I get food," the father immediately rushed to leave Panji who was still standing with trembling legs, the father immediately rushed, it turned out that the house of the Father was next to Musholla, before long he came out carrying a plate of rice and side dishes along with mineral water he handed food to Panji and allowed him to eat. Panji who was very hungry almost forgot to say thank you for spending his food greedily, the Father just smiled watching Panji while sweeping the outside yard that was actually clean done by Panji.

After Panji finished eating and had cleaned his dinner plate, he intended to leave but the Father immediately prevented.

"Sit down, don't worry or fear me, I'm sure you're a good man!"

The father said kindly as he immediately sat cross-legged on the porch of the musholla and motioned to Panji to sit next to him. Panji initially hesitated but he already felt the old man's kindness, so he also felt bad when he refused his invitation, he immediately sat cross-legged next to him.

"Let me guess, you've got injuries to your hands and feet from jumping over this complex fence right? What happened that you were so desperate to jump over our fence?" The old man asked kindly, Panji did not know what to answer, but he finally said a little honestly.

"The office I work in is across the street behind this complex sir, I got into a fight with my manager!"
