Caught in the Love of the Past

Caught in the Love of the Past
Chapter 54

The man continued to pay attention to Fitri. After Fitri took enough money, Fitri also put his motorcycle in a parking lot and he stepped around looking for the items he needed.

Fitri went into a children's clothing store, he remembered Rasya clothes had been a lot of shabby Fitri also wanted to buy new clothes for his daughter.

After he finished buying clothes for Rasya, Fitri wanted to invite his daughter to eat meatballs at Fitri's favorite meatball stall a long time ago.

When Fitri passed through a hallway, the man who followed Fitri was pulling Fitri's hand.

"Where are you going?" ask the man to Fitri.

"Astagfirullah," said Fitri shocked.

His face was pale and anxious, Fitri was afraid that the person who pulled his hand was a criminal.

"Why you?" ask the man.

"I guess you're a bad guy" Fitri said honestly.

"Hahaha, I've noticed that you're stepping with a calm heart" the man told Fitri.

"Mh, yes that is. As you can see, what are you doing here?" ask Fitri.

She is astonished to see Reyhan's whereabouts in their village because as far as Fitri knows, Reyhan works in her husband Dimas' village.

"I'm taking a day off, maybe I'll move on" Reyhan replied.

"Oh so," shirih Fitri nodded in understanding.

"Where are you going now?" ask Reyhan.

"Mhm, want to make Rasya eat meatballs," replied Fitri.

"Can I come?" tanya Reyhan is looking for an opportunity to be with Fitri.

"Byeah," said Fitri.

Fitri is thrilled to meet Reyhan, her once-present feelings for Reyhan growing back, but she must keep her heart in check as Fitri is self-aware that her relationship with Dimas is still legitimate as a husband and wife.

Reyhan gladly took Rasya's hand, they stepped like a happy little family.

"Eat the meat in a normal place, right?" reyhan asked Fitri.

Fitri nods his assent, the meatball stall is one of the places full of memories for Fitri and Reyhan because when they were dating, the, they often date there even though they just meet and chat while enjoying their favorite meatballs.

"Now, Rey. Why is Om Reyhan so kind to you?" rasya asked, curious about Reyhan's attitude towards her parents as they sat inside the meatball stall.

Rasya considered that only Reyhan cared deeply about the woman who had given birth to him.

Reyhan turned his head towards Fitri, as well as Fitri they exchanged glances.

"Mhm, Mother Rasya is the best friend for Om Reyhan so Om Reyhan is also good with Rasya's mother," answered Reyhan honestly.

"Mhm, but why does Dimas' father like mama's evil?" ask Rasya honestly.

Somehow the little girl suddenly revealed a sense of tightness in her heart to the man who was the most beautiful ex for the mother.

"Rasya, why is it the same Om Reyhan?" fitri asked, hoping that her daughter would no longer question the strange things Reyhan had done.

"Bun, I just wanted to ask. Dad used to be good to us, even though we live hard, but now you're bad, torment." Rasya started crying.

Fitri looked at his daughter who was now starting to sob, Reyhan immediately embraced the little girl.

"O Allah, is Rasya saddened by my current path? O Allah, remove the sorrow that covers my daughter's heart, give her happiness and joy even though she will grow up without her biological father present" Fitri murmured in her heart.

Without realizing it, a clear circle fell wet the smooth cheeks of the mother of one child. Reyhan also saw a look of sadness on Fitri's face.

"O Allah, if you give me a chance to make them happy, then I will make them happy. I was saddened to see tears welling their cheeks" Reyhan murmured inwardly.

"You," Rasya said excitedly as she forgot her sadness earlier.

"Yes, you wait here, yeah. Om will buy it at the shop next door," said Reyhan.

Reyhan stood up and left them for a while, lucky next to a meatball stall there was a small mini market selling ice cream.

Reyhan bought Rasya's favorite ice cream, although only a few times they met but Reyhan already knew the favorite ice cream of the daughter of the woman he still loved.

Before long Reyhan came with 2 ice creams in his hand.

"More." Reyhan thrust the two ice creams at the mother and child in front of him.

"Lho's? Why did you buy me too?" ask Fitri.

"Mhm, let you not be sad anymore. You two should smile in front of me." Reyhan puffed up his sweet smile making the hearts of the two different-aged women smile.

"Thank you, Rey" Fitri said.

Reyhan replied with a smile, hoping that God would one day unite them in a bond called marriage.

After finishing the ice cream in their hands, the meatballs they ordered came. They also enjoy the taste of the simple meatballs greedily.

Occasionally Fitri and Reyhan glanced at each other while eating the meatballs, they recalled some beautiful memories engraved on the place.

They are both still trapped in the love of the beautiful past in their lives.

Dimas and Susi's relationship is increasingly chaotic because of Susi's attitude that does not care about Dimas at all, even now Susi is no longer willing to serve Dimas's passion that must be channeled to a woman.

In Dimas' chaotic mind, suddenly a courier came to Dimas' house.

"Excuse me" exclaimed the courier while in front of Dimas' house.

Rising from the chair in front of the TV, he stepped out to meet the person calling from outside the house.

Dimas scrunched his forehead when he saw a courier in front of his house.

"What's up, Bang?" ask Dimas directly.

"Mhm, is this really Mr. Dimas' house ?" ask the courier before giving a letter on behalf of Dimas.

"Yes, right. What's up, huh?" ask Reyhan astonished.

"Can I meet Mr Dimas?" ask the courier again.

The courier remembered that the message of the sender of the letter, asking that the letter sent to Dimas be received directly by the person named there.

"I'm Dimas, what's up, huh?" ask Dimas again.

"Oh, wait a minute, sir." The courier issued a letter sent on behalf of Dimas.

"This is a letter to Dimas, sir," the courier told Dimas.

Dimas took the letter given by the courier.
