Caught in the Love of the Past
Chapter 18

Dimas stared intently at his wife.

“The father heard strange noises from outside, so I wonder what your wife is doing,” said Arif instigating his son.

“It turns out your wife did a despicable deed through a video call,” said Arif again continues to heat up his son.

“No, Bang,” Og Fitri.

Now Fitri has cried in front of the husband hoping that the husband does not believe what his father said.

“I did not expect, you are willing to do this that, Fitri,” snapped Dimas in disbelief with the words of his wife.

Fitri continued to shake her head, begging her husband not to believe what his father said. However, the man who has been his life companion for seven years is more confident in his father's words.

“You're divorcing him right now, Dim. She's this lady ja*ang, there's no point you keep her.” Arif keeps instigating Dimas.

Dimas came home early because there was a sudden event at his school. He was lazy to attend the event and chose to go home first. He did not expect to be greeted with this matter.

Dimas was very disappointed, his anger and emotions could no longer be contained. Dimas wanted to say the word divorce to his wife, but he remembered the figure of his little girl.

Dimas came out of the room, he stepped up and left the house, he ignored his father who was still in the room of the wife.

“Haha, today I have not been able to enjoy your body. I make sure I will have you,”, Arif told Fitri, who is now staring angrily at his father-in-law.

Arif got out of his son's rented house and he walked back to his house.

Fitri was sitting limp with what had just happened to him, he did not expect his father-in-law to take away his honor after that his father-in-law also dared to slander him.

“Yes Allah, what trials will you give me,” isak Fitri.

He began to cry over the fate he was living. Just now she felt her household was starting to improve with Dimas, but there came another ordeal that made their household fall apart again.

****

Two days passed, since the incident, Dimas and Rasya never returned to his rented house. Fitri is longing for her daughter, wanting her to pick Rasya up at her mother-in-law's house, but she doesn't want to meet her barbaric father-in-law.

Two days cooped up at home, finally Fitri ventured out of his house and began activities. He wanted to go to the stall to buy ingredients to cook.

When Fitri just opened the door, he saw Bu Yus was already in front of his house.

“Fitri, where have you been? These two days I came but the house was closed continuously,” asked Bu Yus looking annoyed.

“Iya, Mom. I am sick,” Fitri replied.

“What's up, bu Yus looking for me?” ask Fitri wonder.

“Lho, why is it Fit? I was already two days waiting for my order goods, why not yet delivered to home?” ask Bu Yus to be surprised.

“What?” lirih Fitri was shocked.

“So, Bang Dimas has not delivered Bu Yus order goods to home?” ask Fitri.

“He never came home, tuh,” Bu Yus replied annoyed.

“Astaghfirullah,” ogre Fitri slowly.

“Oh, okay, Mom. Later I'll pick up the goods ordered by mom. Sorry for the inconvenience, Mom,” said Fitri trying to calm Bu Yus who began to ketus on Fitri.

“Ya already, I wait until afternoon, yes,” said Bu Yus.

“Iya, Mom. I'm sorry, Mom,” Fitri said again feeling bad for women who already believe in him.

Bu Yus left Fitri's house. The mother of one child could only stare at the passing of Bu Yus.

Eventually Fitri decided to go directly to the Pak Harta store, he did not want Bu Yus to lose confidence in him. Fitri replace the negligence with a shabby gamis because it is often used.

During his life with Dimas he could only buy 3 gamis, he bought the first three years of their marriage.

Fitri took out a motorbike butut the legacy of his parents who deliberately brought him to the village of Dimas for transportation jdi when he went out of the house.

Fitri drives her motorcycle, she accidentally passes through her in-laws' house to find out the state of her little daughter.

As Fitri crosses her in-laws' house, Fitri sees Rasya playing with a child her age at her neighbor-in-law's house. Fitri went straight to her little girl.

“Rasya,” Og Fitri.

“Mother,” said Rasya pleased.

Rasya immediately hugged the body of the woman who had given birth to him. Two days of not meeting made him miss his mother very much.

“Mother, Rasya kangen Bunda,” Og Rasya.

Dimas heard his daughter calling his mother, he who was inside the house came straight out.

Dimas did not like to see Fitri hugging his daughter, he also approached two women who had filled his days.

“Ngapain you here?” ask Dimas roughly.

“Bang, I want to meet my daughter,” Fitri said.

“You can't meet Rasya, leave before I get angry!” threaten Dimas's.

Dimas pulls Rasya's hand. The little girl did not want to, she immediately hugged her bunda, and did not want to let go of the embrace. As well as Fitri, he did not want to let go of his daughter.

Maybe Fitri can live without Dimas, but he can't live without his little girl.

“Bang, Rasya my daughter. You can't separate me from the land,” Fitri said with a tone that began to rise.

Some neighbors saw the commotion. Dimas' mother also heard the debate between her son and daughter-in-law from inside the house.

Ms. Fatimah went straight out and approached a couple who were noisy in front of the house.

“Dimas! Fitri!” shouted Miss Fatimah upset.

People began to gather to notice the quarrel.

Dimas and Fitri turned to Bu Yuyun who was now approaching them.

“What are you doing? See you guys be a spectacle,” said Bu Fatimah.

“Look, Mom. Fitri wants to bring Rasya,” said Dimas did not like.

“Let him bring his daughter,” said Bu Fatimah.

In these 2 days Ms. Fatimah felt troubled to take care of her grandson, Dimas did not allow her daughter to go home to meet her mother because of her emotions and anger at her wife.

“But, ma'am,” denied Dimas.

“Fitri is also Rasya's mother, let her be with her mother. He needs more of his mother's affection than your affection,” said Bu Fatimah.

“Fitri, take Rasya. After this we solve your problems well,” said Bu Fatimah to her daughter-in-law.

Ms. Fatimah chose to mediate in her son's household problems.
