Chapter 28: The Battle of One Round

In a large area the two faced each other, Adi pulled a revolver and gave rise to four drones that floated around him. On the other hand her opponent the gothic dress woman cast a shadow on her hand then formed it like a kind of sickle with two blades intersecting each other.

Everyone knows her well as the woman named Casandra who is feared by many.

"The rules are simple, anyone who can't move is the loser" he said with a faint smile.

"It is not supposed to be the one who gives up the loser," Adi replied so a little wonder.

"It wouldn't be nice not to hurt your enemies, would it?"

The woman in front of him was obviously a psychopathic type of course. Apart from its graceful and dazzling appearance.

Something crept past Adi's back, not a warm feeling but cold air. Unlike the girl that Adi always met where the look in their eyes still displayed kindness, Casandra's gaze was clearly filled with something terrible or to be honest both her eyeballs had changed.

White has been replaced with black while purple has been replaced by yellow gold.

Adi found himself shaking.

"What did she do, Adi suddenly froze?" ask Natasya towards the returned Furniture immediately.

"That's called Mystis's eye, the Sages could use it to ward off demon eye."

"This guy can use something like that, oi this is not funny. Please teach me also dong."

Furniture smile wryly.

Casandra stomped her feet creating a Sonic boom behind her body. Adi prepared but Casandra disappeared right in front of his eyes making him immediately glance to the side.

"If there is none, then above," he cried.

Just as Adi had expected, Casandra had jumped far above her head, spinning 360 degrees while turning herself with a scythe dropped vertically.

Adi tried to dodge but his feet rejected his wishes, Mystis' own eyes gave fear to his enemy a kind of stun effect if this is a game game.

Two drones create a shield that holds back Casandra's sickle slash, while two more have fired bullets, forcing Casadra to jump backwards.

He licked his lips while twisting his scythe, his movements graceful as well as deadly, the scythe larger than his body he easily mastered without a twitch.

Shooting a bullet from the revolver he was holding, Casadra avoided it as if predicting his movements well.

"Your gun looks strange, but it clearly has a function to kill its target easily."

That is a common definition that many people know. Firearms are killing machines in human civilization and they have never been replaced.

When the era of world roles was no longer counted how many people were killed by just using this weapon.

Casadra started moving faster and faster, he ran to the side to avoid the barrage of bullets including the four drones that Adi was using.

Since the beginning Adi had predicted something like this, firearms were indeed easy to use against monsters. However, going against a demon lord or a strong person like Casadra is all for naught.

Casandra slashes through the air and from there a black blade shoots at Adi, one drone blocking with protective magic that makes him explode.

Other drones also have the same fate, Adi thought if he fought in the distance will benefit unfortunately the assumption is clearly wrong, Casandra either fighting close or far he is superior.

Unknowingly Adi smirked happily, Casandra who noticed him smiled.

"Good expression, me and you have something in common, we're both fighting maniacs. Entertain me more than this."

Casandra darted while swinging her scythe from the side, if it hit it was enough to split one's body into two parts.

Adi was unable to move as he took out something from the sky, more precisely from his storage magic which was a giant nail made of steel, as a result of its weight it planted it quickly fending off the scythe as an effect.

"I can't cut it?" casandra said astonished.

He moved the revolver to the left hand, while the right hand made a punch that precisely hit Casandra's face until she was thrown and swooped with a loud bang.

The waiters watching were shocked while Furniture already knew how strong its master was.

Casandra rose from the ruins while laughing.

"It's been a long time that someone has been able to hit me in the face, really nostalgic."

"If you have this much power, won't you be able to fight the demon lord?" ask Adi.

"It's a pity but I'm not sure I can beat them. If it's a balanced fight I can still defend it."

Furniture interrupts.

"I just remembered, Master had fought the Scarlet demon king ever since he had never fought with them again."

"Truely, it's not like I'm trying to stay away from the fight against the demons just that."

Casandra removed the buttons on the top of her clothes to display a curse seal there, everyone was shocked.

"Teacher?"

"As I said I only fought Scarlet in balance, at that time I gave an agreement to the demon race that they would not attack the elven territory for any reason and in exchange I would not participate in the fight either, from then on I could only protect the elves' territory. Whoever breaks the contract, one of us will die."

"Did Scarlet you mean to keep her promise?" ask Natasha in response.

"Of course he kept his promise, he was a slightly abnormal demon included in terms of strength, even the other demon lords chose not to offend him."

Adi was suddenly a little more motivated.

"If I can defeat you then I can also defeat Scarlet."

"Let's know, our fight has been a long time, there's a chance he's much stronger now. Unfortunately is it possible that you can win after receiving my magic."

"What do you mean?"

Adi froze as he realized a black figure had embraced him from behind.

From her appearance it looks like a woman with long black hair as well as white clothes. At the same time the hands came out of the ground simultaneously catching Adi's feet.

Natasya screamed spontaneously as did the servants.

"What the hell, is he a necromancer too?"

"My teacher is worse than a necromancer, he's a demon in the elf version...do you know why elves are forbidden to use becromancer magic and even expelled from this region?"

"You mean what happened to me? Hmm I don't know? I think it's dark magic or something," Natasya replied.

"It's more precisely forbidden because everyone doesn't want to end up like a teacher who becomes too powerful with terrible magic."

"So because of it."

"I used a necromancer because..."

Just as Natasya was about to say the reason, her speech was cut off by a huge explosion. When he turned his gaze Adi had killed the entire undead that had previously bound him, not using a revolver but a sword in his hand.

"I think it's been quite a joke, now it's my turn to attack."

"I'm looking forward to it."

The two of them simultaneously darted forward and then banged their weapons in the air, while the entire area was affected as well no one really wanted to miss this fight
