The sighting of Sabrina with a bruise left on her cheek lying weakly on top of the gurney became a scourge for anyone who saw it. The people closest to Sabrina. Mauricio was unable to hold back his tears as soon as he arrived, after being too busy to find information about Lucas' contacts because Lucas took Sabrina away last night.

He felt a great deal of guilt for what Sabrina had to go through. Though he was the first to witness the brutality, but, his body was riveted due to too much shock it was difficult to digest the other side of the reality of Sabrina's life. Sabrina's sacrifice all this time that she knew even turned out not to be the whole. He did not expect Sabrina all this time was still covering the original color of Amber.

As much as Sabrina's affection for her mother, though what Amber gave her throughout life was nothing more than wounds and traumas. Unraveling his embrace, Mauricio's eyes pared at Sabrina's despair. "I want to help, is there nothing I can do for you?"

"You've done it by always being there for me. You're my best friend, Cio." Sabrina hoped her words would be acceptable to Mauricio, comforting his grief.

Though she was cooperating with Sabrina's mother, shouldn't she be satisfied and look from a distance just knowing the extent of their relationship gap as Mother and child? It was better that he swallow the argument, and shut up before finding the memory piece that was still a big question mark in his head. He will prove his suspicions later. "Oh, yes. I haven't notified Navis. Do you want to tell him?"

Instead of answering, Sabrina asked another question. "Did Gayoung also know about last night's mess?"

Mauricio shakes.

"Then it won't be." Chick Sabrina. "I'll be healed tomorrow. I'm fine and never been in the hospital, Cio." Sabrina said meaningfully. Mauricio who understood, heavy heart parroted. "You've never been in a hospital, Bri."
