ACT 5: Chapter 46 - Departure Plan
DOR DOR!!
The sound of fireworks in the morning, which was faintly heard in the sky of Li Tian city.
People ask, "who is the fool who lights fireworks in the morning like this?" are so. But in fact, it is a sign that some people understand.
"Someone found it, right?" yuan Yi asked, as he looked at the fireworks in the sky.
Immediately, he ran, ignoring the crowd that had started to come out, trying to welcome the morning with work. The goal is only one, where the fireworks are launched.
On the road, he passed Beta and the same Eina was running, heading in the same direction.
The three of them were a little surprised, but did not spend any time talking stale or anything.
"I thought it was a signal from you, Beta" said Yuan Yi who started the conversation while running.
"No, I didn't expect that place to be in the suburbs. And also, I'm looking in the opposite direction." Beta replied flatly.
"So it's true, it's in the suburbs, huh?" whispered Yuan Yi.
They then changed routes, entering small roads, before finally jumping from wall to wall, towards the roof of the housing. That is so that they can get to the destination faster, and not be hindered by residents who start to get crowded.
It might seem strange to see these women running over, but in fact, they could be as strong as Adventurer Rank-A.
After a long run, they finally reached the point where the fireworks were.
There, there was already Dain waiting above, as if to become a guide. Meanwhile, below was enough people gathered.
"Dain. Did you light those fireworks?" ask Beta.
"No, it's Cilia. Come down first, I'm waiting for Fischia." replied Dain calmly, closing his eyes.
The Black Eyes members understood that Fischia had a little trouble finding a new way. But once it's past her, her memory is amazing.
Hearing that, Beta and Yuan Yi were not alkaline anymore, and immediately jumped down, joining Alpha and the others who seemed to be talking about something.
"Alpha, Cilia, Ghea!" I greeted them when they came down.
Immediately, their faces looked bright, where Eina also looked relieved to see Beta. Meanwhile, Alpha was driving around the location, trying to see if something was left behind.
"How, Cilia? You found this, didn't you?" yui asked, looking impatient.
"Yes. When I met with Eina, she said that there was a region that sold ingredients, such as flour. So Eina and I searched around here, and found this." Cilia explained briefly again quickly.
Yuan Yi and Beta nodded, as Alpha started coming after doing some investigation.
"It's really the place. Here there are small battle marks, seen from some irregular footprints. And also, there are some drops of blood here. Obviously Master is alive and well" Alpha said in a slightly relieved tone.
The others were also immediately happy-faced, and slightly exhaled after a moment of worry.
Yuan Yi was a little confused, why was there such a slight splash of blood that Liu Xiu considered fine? But he didn't question it.
"Yes. I also agree that this is the place in question. There's a pungent pepper smell here." Beta date.
"Oh yeah after you said it.." The others just remembered, and tried to smell the abandoned smell and only realized what Beta said.
"alright. Then we must prepare. Since this was on the edge of the city, there was a possibility of the Master being taken to another place, even outside of the city or perhaps another city. We should have enough supplies." Alpha raises hand, starts giving instructions.
"Let's collect the gear for a week, and get going. In fifteen minutes, we're gathered here again." he continued.
"Understand!!" simultaneously, everyone answered the same thing, and left.
Almost to coincide with that, Fischia comes, and meets Dain who is still waiting for her.
Dain slightly patted the eel, but considering that Fischia was a bit lousy in finding a way, he cursed it. But, it would be troublesome for Dain if Fischia separated again, so he had to take care of her.
"Fischia, everyone is shopping for stuff. Do you want to come?" ask Dain, offer a hand.
"Yes! Come along!!" scream Fischia happy.
They all immediately collected groceries, as well as some water for the one-week fixture. Luckily each of them had their own [Inventory], so it was easy to carry things.
Yuan Yi was slightly astonished by that, but considering they were Liu Xiu's party comrades, Yuan Yi understood him.
Once enough is felt, they return immediately. And of course, everyone has brought their best equipment, just in case you have to fight on the road later.
As usual, Dain stood guard around, if there was someone who intended to eavesdrop on their conversation.
"alright. Everyone, we're leaving. Our target this time is to follow the Master to where the Master is. We're not allowed to attack" Alpha said firmly.
"Hehhh... Wh why? Wouldn't it be better for us to immediately attack and free the Master?" ask Fischia.
"No. If it's like that, it could be that we're ruining Master's plan. The Master's orders only follow, not attack. If he wants to attack, I'm sure Master can do it whenever he wants." Alpha assures everyone.
Everyone nodded, looking understood. Although there were some faces of objection, but they did not voice their objection.
"alright. There seems to be no objection. So let's go!" yell Alpha while raising your hand.

In Liu Xiu's consciousness as Liu Xiu fainted....
"I? Whereabouts? Wh why? Hows it? Uhh, I can barely remember what happened earlier" said Liu Xiu, who woke up stroking his head.
He looked around, empty.
There was only darkness around his body. There was not a single object, nor a single color that could be seen by his eyes other than the black color in the room.
It was similar to when he met his guardian angel, Zadkiel. Or when meeting a very old spirit, Yuu Chang. But this is much different from the two of them.
There were no visible cloud clouds to tread on, and arguably, a thick fog enveloped the place.
But most obviously, the place was completely black. Even so, Liu Xiu could see clearly, not even his gaze turned dark.
("I'm sure I was in prison earlier.") Liu Xiu's heart said
?!!
Liu Xiu was a little surprised when he discovered the strange difference but he felt it now. Unable to believe it, he looked around to find an answer, but he found no one who could answer his question.
So he decided to try it again.
("I'm not sure, but..")
The weirdness was felt again, and now he realized it.
As he was deep in heart, Liu Xiu heard a voice coming out of nowhere. It sounded like it was coming from all over this place, echoing without knowing where it came from.
Later, Liu Xiu did some experiments, but the results remained the same. His heart still sounds clear here.
"What is this place? Is this the place where your inner voice will be heard? But does such a place exist? No, there should be." asked Liu Xiu a little puzzled.
"But there is another possibility, that this is in my own heart." whispered Liu Xiu thinking of some possibilities that might become real.
