1. Farewell to papah

In 2006, in Padang, West Sumatra.

In a simple house consisting of a father, mother, four sons and one daughter. Inside the room, a man stared at the piece of paper with a heavy sigh then entered a beautiful woman sitting beside him and patted her left shoulder slowly.

“That's what mas?” tanyanya gently.

The man turned his head and smiled sweetly looking at the woman.

“Begini Fan, I was offered a job in South Korea so I was worried about leaving you guys especially our youngest, Aura. How is that baby?” ask the gentleman.

“Who bargained you to work there baby?” ask the woman who is thought to be his wife.

“Friends, Edo. After all here is not too much work and my salary is not too enough to meet our needs” he explained.

“There is no other place like Jakarta or Bandung where you live?” ask the flat wife.

“I actually want to go there but I am ashamed to meet my parents and sister who are already rich and they never approve of our marriage, Fanya”.

“You know if I go back there I was even betrothed to another woman” he added.

“You just go there first mas, it's been a long time how know they miss you” said the wife with a gentle smile.

“I can't believe it, baby. They still betrothed me to others even though they knew if I was married and had a 5” child, he responded firmly.

The wife only took a short breath.

“You are not afraid of insubordination, mas?” ask the wife to worry.

“I know it's ungodly, but they don't want to bless our marriage and will match me with another woman later” explained the man.

“I'm sincere if you remarry as long as you don't mess with them again” Fanny said while smiling sincerely to her husband.

“But I love you so much, Fanny. Please don't tell me that, I don't want to go with a woman I don't love, baby. We have promised to be with our five children until the end of our lives” explained her husband calmly.

“But I feel I was selfish for making you part with your parents, Mr. Khansa. Please meet your parents and apologize to them!” has Fanny.

“So don't you love me anymore, Fanny?” khansa asked with a sharp look

“I love you mas but I don't want you to be disobedient with them later you will regret” replied Fanny calmly.

“OK I will try to make them accept us and our 5 children here yes dear”, Khansa and Fanny nodded and hugged. Unknowingly, the action was seen by a tall teenage boy standing at the outside door looking at the hugging couple.

“Papa will leave us for the blessing of his inner grandfather and grandmother”.

Realizing, Fanny saw a teenager who stood and called her name.

“Alan, come here baby!” Calling Fanny soft and a missed hug made Khansa look in the direction that Fanny called. The summoned one walked towards the couple and hugged them.

“Papah want to leave us huh?” alan asked with teary eyes hugging his papa.

“Iya sis, forgive papah yes. Take it easy papah will return to meet mama and the five of you, dear papah children. Please take care of the younger brothers and mamah here ya” said papah held back tears. While Fanny saw it just smiled loudly even in a sad heart.

“When papah go?” ask Alan.

“Light ya dear after your sisters sleep” replied Khansa.

(Looking off)

“Remember yes take care of them yes and you and your sisters must be good yes equally mamah and healthy yes you all”, Khansa advised Alan, their first child aged 18 years. The handsome and tall man nodded steadily.

“Papa remember the six of us yes. God willing I'll keep them” Alan replied and Khansa nodded then they hugged. Seeing that, Fanny shed her tears and then wiped them away so as not to be caught by her husband and first child.

“Mas, later I help get ready to take care of his goods ya” said Fanny and replied nod by Khansa. After that event, before the night Khansa and Fanny spend time with their children. Do not forget to capture the moment with the camera. They also walked around the village on horseback and ate together in a simple restaurant. While eating, Khansa said to his five children and his wife, Fanny.

Khansa : “Oh yes my wife, Alan, Nanda, Anan, Aksa, and Aura, papa want to tell you something?”

(the six looked and listened)

Khansa : “I'm sorry papa made us eat here. Let's hope that when papa has a lot of money, we eat at a fancy restaurant"

Fanny: "No problem, this is enough. Look at our children eating well"(and smiling sweetly at her husband)

Alan: "Yes reward, I love it. Take it easy when I get a job, I'll make a restaurant and make us all eat there"

Khansa and Fanny also confirmed with their four younger siblings.

Khansa: What kind of restaurant do you want to make, Al?"

Alan: "I want to make a rice restaurant padang, fried noodles, fried rice like here and also I want to make this food I will promote abroad including South Korea"

Those who heard that applauded and called out to reassure and there were owners of the restaurant who were allegedly good friends with Khansa also joined in ensuring. The name of the man was Edo.

Edo: "MasyaAllah has plans for Alan. May I give you yo son"

Alan: "Let's thank you for uwo Edo. Amiin to Rabbal Alamin"

Edo instantly rattled Alan's hair proudly and then gave a thumbs up towards Khansa and his wife as well as to his four younger siblings who also gave a proud thumb to Alan did not forget to Aura despite being 5 years old he could understand the situation of the people around him.

Edo leaves the family with a sincere smile to serve the next customer. After Edo's departure, Khansa continued to speak.

Khansa: "Oh yes if you are Nanda, how?"

A teenage boy whose height is not much different from Alan by wearing glasses minus answer.

Nanda: "Oh I'm going to make being a writer a reward because I like to write both songs, stories and poems"

Khansa: "Good is my son. But how do you make a song?"

Nanda: "I made a song but I don't know how to send it pah"

Fanny: "Maybe you have to send to the email producer first if received where know royalty. But you already know the music producer's email?"

Nanda: "Don't know the hell here the internet network is hard mah so how else"

Khansa and Fanny are silent. They think about their situation which is quite difficult even though the child is 5.

Khansa: "Oh yes if you are Anan, what are your goals?"

The boy who had slightly narrowed eyes answered proudly.

Anan: "If bang Nanda made the song, if I'm a famous singer"

Again they clapped.

Fanny: "MasyaAllah is good, son of Anan. I hope you like singing"

Suddenly there is a crush with his skin that is a thin-faced and handsome boy named Aksa.

Aksa: "Bang Anan likes to sing but is noisy!"

And there was a beautiful little boy who said in the voice of his baby, his name was Aura.

Aura: "Iya tuh suala Anan's brother belisik" Then the two laughed giggling.

Anan who heard that snorted annoyedly.

Anan: "Oh my dear friends, you don't know how to sing right. You're still a kid, you don't know anything"

Aksa and Aura smile softly towards Anan and make Anan back mock them and are calmed down by Alan, Nanda, and Anan as well as Fanny. While Khansa only smiled faintly about the togetherness of her five children who sometimes get along, sometimes like a love-hate relationship. He is in charge of :

"It is not expected that my five children have grown up but have not been approved by my own parents. I will miss this moment with them. May when I am successful, they are alive and happy even though I have many grandchildren"

Not to forget Khansa photographed the action of his five children who were busy arguing and his wife and Alan and Anan who calmed his three younger siblings to calm down.

In the evening around 8 o'clock finished praying Isya, they ate together with a potluck side dish. Again Khansa photographed the family situation with a camera to make the five children and his wife, Fanny looked confused.

Fanny: "Mas, why our portrait?"

Khansa: "Oh that's because as a memorial after you've grown up and this is save this photo on the album, Alan"

Alan nodded and took the photo he had photographed. The family was so harmonious that Khansa and Fanny were married for 18 years but unfortunately they had to separate not because of divorce but because Khansa had to ask for blessing by her parents in Bandung so they could he accepted his wife and five children sincerely.

At 11pm, there came a time when Khansa was getting ready to leave after her 5 children had fallen asleep. Together with his wife, Khansa went on a travel bus that was about to leave for the airport to Bandung. Before entering the travel bus, the man gave his letter to his wife to be taken to his five children.

Khansa: "Fanny, this is a letter to our children yes"

Fanny: "God willing, I'll give it to them and tell them that they're going to work"

Khansa who heard that smiled and hugged and kissed his wife's forehead and Fanny also greeted her husband. After that, Khansa got into the bus and waved her hand to part with her wife and she did the same and sat down "may you be in the protection of Allah, madam"

Without realizing it, Alan and Nanda see it through the window of his room. They stared sadly at the departure of the father.
