The Part 25

The days of Alaska are nothing interesting. The man lamented every day what he had done to his girlfriend. He cursed this stupid self, guilt will not be easily removed from the heart of Alaska.

Even the man was almost depressed knowing his fate was so tragic. He continued to blame himself until the police finally decided to take Alaska to a mental hospital to be treated.

For several months he had to be handled by a psychologist until finally he could slowly come out of a past so bleak. But still he did not fully succeed in doing it, because sometimes he still remembered all the actions he did to Julia.

To date, she does not know how Julia is doing. Though he hopes to hear the news whether Julia can survive death or even the woman is no longer in the world. Just imagining it has made the eyes of Alaska teary.

He was the most quiet man in the prison. He became a very cold person and could not be joked. If involved in something he prefers to be quiet and not care at all.

The people in the prison were sometimes upset by the attitude of Alaska who were indifferent and considered disrespectful to them. Fortunately, Alaska was able to save itself from the cruelty of iron bars.

Alaska doesn't have anyone in that prison either because he just brought himself in. He is also difficult to approach, so many inmates cannot be friends with him.

"You're still thinking about that woman, see you're depressed because of her" said one of the inmates sitting next to Alaska.

Alaska just laughed obliquely in response. That man would never understand how he felt at this moment. Even Alaska does not care what its health will be like. To her he was depressed now was a form of punishment given by Julia to him.

"I'm depressed, it's good. There is at least punishment for me from God. He's really very sick, I don't even know how he's doing now. Maybe the people closest to her were already so disappointed in me that they didn't want to say how Julia was right now. My parents didn't want to visit me because of what I did" Alaska said desperately. He didn't know he was going to do anything else because everything he did in Julia's eyes was always wrong. Even he had donated his kidney but there was no award at all given by Julia's side.

Alaska was stupid to expect the award where he had to donate his kidney to Julia. Julia saves him from death and still gives hope for the future for him when the one who had to die and the accident at that time was he was not Julia.

"It looks like you really feel guilty. It's worth it that you keep getting depressed, the person you hurt is the one you care about. Maybe if I were in your position right now maybe I would do the same as you. We will lose the direction in which we keep thinking about how to be with him again or not repeat that time and let us be hit at that time. I understand how you feel."

Alaska nodded her head. That's what he wanted. Repeating the event and where it was he who should have been hit.

"That's what I'm feeling right now, I've been feeling so lifeless ever since.My life has been ruined and it's been so long."

Julian looked towards his unconscious sister. Julia had to be taken to a United States hospital for an even more effective cure. Since the incident until now Julia has not been aware of her coma.

After doing kidney surgery, Julia's life still has hope until now she can still survive. Too bad he could not wake up. The woman still faithfully closed her eyes and did not want to open them.

"Julia, why do you have to have such a bad destiny. I really hate that guy. If only I hadn't condoned your relationship, it probably wouldn't have been like this. Due to his negligence that can not take care of themselves cause others in danger. The problem is that the other person is you Julia. How could I be so sincere to see you like this" Julian said with teary eyes and the man came back crying.

His mother who was taking time to come home from work was very moved to see the closeness of Julian with his twin. He felt very hurt because he could not take good care of Julia.

"I told you not to be friends with strangers. You don't believe what I'm saying, but you don't believe me at all."

Julian glanced back and he only kept quiet when he found out that the person was apparently his mother. He kept silent while bowing his head.

"Here's Mama. I can't think now. I think what I did was right. Maybe you still don't accept it but I have a reason why I don't feel wrong at all for being friends with him. Anyway in this accident there was also my fault for not being able to take good care of Julia."

His mother just looked at her son with a cynical look. Never mind, the two of them indeed could not be warned, making him tired. For both of them it was true, maybe when Julia realized also he would still defend Alaska. But for a mother who sees her child like that, of course, it is very hurt.

For a moment the room was silent no one spoke at all and the gazes of the two of them focused on Julia who was currently lying on the bed until suddenly the movement of Julia's hand made the two of them shocked.

Julian quickly called the doctor to check on Julia. The doctor came and checked on Julia.

On his face was a smile full of happiness. Seeing that Julian could guess if his sister was getting better.

"Your sister's condition is slowly starting to improve. Maybe in the next few hours he's awake. So our hope all this time didn't end up in vain."

Julian nodded his head and then excitedly approached his sister and kissed her forehead for a long time. The affection in his heart could not be brushed off. Julia was everything to him.

"I will definitely rival you and won't let a tragedy like this happen twice in your life."

Julian's words were very strong. He promised himself in addition to promising Julia.
