Adel felt his whole body became weak when he heard the explanation from the doctor about the disease that his grandmother suffered. During this time the grandmother never once complained about her health, or Adel who is not sensitive about the health of the grandmother. Adel more time spent outside the house compared with grandmother. not because of the desire and intention of Adel, a situation that requires Adel to live a life like this.

There were no words Adel could express about how he was feeling at the moment, sitting on the hospital floor hugging her legs is the best way Adel can do this time to organize her broken heart and calm her mind.

However, Adel is the family of the only patient who is here and now, while David is not the family of the patient.

David held up his hand and rubbed Adel's hair gently, however this time was a heavy situation but Adel tried not to dissolve in emotions too deeply and tried to toughen up.

"And for the cost, please pay first. later Adel will change if you have met mama." There is no other way but to rely on the man who is now in front of him but that does not mean Adel uses him and wants to take advantage of all these events. The operation went as smoothly as expected even though it took quite a long time and made the two waiting people feel uneasy.

A middle-aged yet still very beautiful and graceful woman came half-running towards Adel with a very anxious face.

the sound of her footsteps broke the silence of the hospital corridor.

"How's grandma doing?"

"mama?" suddenly Adel's eyes glazed over when he saw mama come and hold his hand.Tears that had been eager to spill and restrained were now finally unable to be weir, "Ma, Mah, Adel was afraid of ma.." he said, hugging the woman he missed so much.

The woman is the mother of Adel, since he got a text message from his daughter he immediately went to meet. to the address that Adel gave despite how many times trying to contact always failed.

"I'm sorry Mama Adel .. mama really didn't know, not what she meant.." The two women broke out in a bitter cry breaking the silence of the hospital corridor. fortunately, the operating room is quiet again, if it will not disturb other patients.

There is nothing to do except cry and mourn. It is not an easy choice to die a mother who has raised and sang and her daughter, demanding circumstances like this. economic factors and survival is what makes it a child as well as a mother who looks to leave her only parents and her oldest daughter. However persuaded, Adel never budged to come along and insisted on staying with the grandmother.

It is a difficult choice, but it is impossible to choose to live together when the husband is on duty in a different city. After all, his eldest daughter requires a fee for school and living.
