"Enough uncle!! Alaric's words cut out Conrad's words. "So how?. Are you willing to do it." Prince Alaric asked the witch.

"Do you not know my greatness, young man?. I am Gwendolyn, the greatest witch in all the land of the east. Never mind growing flowers, even in the blink of an eye I can bewitch you into a donkey" replied the witch bragging.

"Then prove what you say now." Prince Alaric said, then he took the witch to Abraham's grandfather's house at midnight.

Prince Alaric, Conrad and the witch were standing outside the courtyard fence. Soon, the witch began to recite the incantation, then pointed her wand at Abraham's grandfather's yard, where the roses were growing.

Gwendolyn, the magician pointed her wand at the rose tree as the blue light emanating from the eyes of the dragon on the witch's staff lit up. And a second later the rose petals grew and bloomed. The Xena rose had returned to its stem, even far more than before. In the blink of an eye, Abraham's grandfather's courtyard turned into a very beautiful flower garden.

Prince Alaric and Conrad were amazed by what he saw. He was very happy, and praised the magician's prowess.

"How about the young?. Do you still doubt my greatness?." Ask the witch.

"I greatly commend your greatness, witch. This.accept." Alaric said, giving some gold bars to the witch, in return. Gwendolyn was very happy and thanked him.

"If you ever need my help, call my name seven times without breathing. I'll definitely come." His whisper was in Alaric's ear. After the task was completed, the witch returned to her home region.

Prince Alaric's smile expanded perfectly as it was very happy at this moment. He can't wait for the morning to arrive, because he wants to show Xena that he has managed to make the flowers return to their original state.

Xena, who just finished washing clothes, intends to water flowers and other plants as she always does every morning and evening.

As she opened the door, Xena was stunned, seeing that her rose had returned to its original state. Xena was still staring at the flowers, until accidentally her eyes caught the figure of a man standing outside the fence. Xena flinched, as she realized that the man was Aiden who was also staring at her.

They sat with each other for a few seconds, then Aiden smiled at Xena. A smile that seemed to say that he had done what Xena had asked for some time ago. Xena understood the meaning of that smile. The smile of victory Aiden aimed at him answered all the questions he had just said in his heart.

It turns out that Aiden really fulfilled his promise, even though Xena did not know how he did it. Xena wanted to ask him, but he thought it was not important, because there was something else he had to think about, namely his promise to Aiden. Even though Xena was not serious at the time, because she thought what she asked Aiden was impossible. Now there's no other choice. Inevitably, Xena must take responsibility for her promise to Aiden. She must be his lover.
