When Teacher Meets Pilot 2

When Teacher Meets Pilot 2
Go away

Tiara and her extended family had just returned from her father's funeral. Some college friends and fellow teachers are seen still staying faithful at home. But somehow their presence is not so ignored Tiara. Even the most attention-grabbing at this time was a middle-aged woman, probably the same age as Citra, who was carrying a boy around 3 years old. There was nothing strange about the appearance of the woman and the boy, he wore all black clothes like a common mourner, which made Tiara pay attention to the behavior they showed during the funeral.

When her father was about to be put into a burrow, the woman seemed overwhelmed to calm the struggling child into the hole, and most of all, Tiara was caught off guard, the voice of the boy who called his father 'papa'. Papa's?

Tiara gathers her father's closest family in the living room. He must be explained by what he saw during the funeral. It was not only him who was crying over his father's departure. People who know his father and of course his family still Tiara consider it natural to cry for his father who has been buried.

But the woman and the child, Tiara did not know him at all. They are not part of their family, far or near. Then why did the woman even look so bitterly crying? And the one in his trunk doesn't stop saying 'papa' to his father's body?

Tiara's head felt heavier and throbbing. But the pain was not an obstacle to asking for an explanation to his father's family. They must have known the woman because the fact that her father's sister took turns calming the boy down at the funeral.

"They don't like pleasantries," isn't it when family members who are thought to know the status of the woman who is still mysterious to Tiara, "who is the aunt?"

The family members looked at each other, no one had dared to open their voices yet. All like stringing the right words to explain to Tiara. They knew for sure Tiara's emotions today were still unstable, if they mispronounced Tiara might come back hysterical.

"Uncle, uncle must know." Tiara asked her father's younger brother. Hardis.

"Tiara, listen to uncle! Whatever we say, what you will hear, uncle hope you can accept with air."

"Uncle just go ahead, Tiara will accept whatever uncle will say."

Silent. All the family members surrounding him seemed anxious about what was about to happen.

"The aunt you were referring to was your father's second wife."

Tiara's eyes were wide open in the scope of the clear liquid and still red. His body went back to limp hearing the truth that was revealed, but it seemed like his brain was rejecting the truth that his uncle was telling him. Tiara was still silent at a loss for words.

"Uncle is also surprised you asked like this, uncle thought your father had told you a long time ago." Hardi paused, seeing the reaction of his nephew after what he revealed. Seeing the calm-looking Tiara made him a little relieved. "Do you still want to listen?"

Despite being bowed down with a body that was already limp and trembling finely, Tiara nodded, let today all the storms of life strike her.

"Your father was married to Helma four years ago, they had a child. The boy you saw at the funeral was your brother, whose name was Revelation, who was three years old."

Tiara further submerged her head, her body feeling boneless. His hands even had to rest on the floor so that his body could remain seated. Jenny, who could only see from a distance, stared at her best friend. He did not dare to approach because he realized it was not his realm even though he had wanted to hug the fragile and chaotic Tiara ever since.

Tiara tried to organize her heart, although all her uncle's words felt like a body-wrenching knife. Father married? Four years ago? Got kids? He has a brother. Four years ago even then Tiara was still in college.

"Near!" Hardi called out to the subtle Tiara who was like unconscious even though in a position still sitting on the floor. His head remained bowed and a small sobbing sounded there. Tiara crying.

Shaken violently by the reality that befell him, Tiara as strong as possible looks strong even though her heart is currently broken into pieces. His father and Yundhi were very compact giving him a shock of grief at the same time.

"Enough!" Tiara lifted her face and wiped away the traces of her tears. With the rest of his strength Tiara tried to stand up.

"Tiara asks for help, uncle tell Aunt Helma she can stay here the same Revelation." Everyone in the room nodded. No one expected Tiara to say those words. They even thought Tiara would deny reality and would expel Helma from there. Even so no one dared to say a word before Tiara's body left the living room where they had gathered.

"By!" Jenny grabs Tiara's arm right before Tiara walks into her room.

"Gue wants Jen's own." replied Tiara still with wet eyes.

"But ___"

"Please" Jenny took off the weak arm despite the weight, she was eager to accompany Tiara to listen to whatever her best friend wanted to reveal. Hearing his complaints, reducing the burden of his best friend's mind. Since the incident slammed the phone Tiara did not speak the slightest about what was on his mind even though Jenny had asked dozens of times. Now in added Tiara had to face the fact her father had remarried of course her best friend was hurt badly.

"Thanks, I have asked you to take care of the coming friends."

Very understanding of what Tiara said, Jenny nodded. Whatever. Whatever he'll do as long as Tiara feels better.

Afterwards Tiara went into the room and locked the door. No one knows what's going on in there. Until the mourners had left the residence, Tiara did not come out of the room.

Yundhi saw many times the watch that was coiled around his wrist. Even though he was on a plane that would definitely take him home, he was still agitated. The passenger seat he was sitting in felt like a thorn. He could not sit quietly like other passengers when the time of the plane would land soon. But for him the current time was too slow. Six of the longest hours in life, Yundhi is natural right now.

'Sorry baby, sorry.' Yundhi kept repeating that sentence in her heart. With eyes closed and hands cupped in front of Yundhi's head could only pray'a Tiara was fine.

Before leaving he had tried to contact Tiara, but her lover's mobile phone was inactive. If you look at the date of the short message Jenny sent to her, it means Tiara's father died when she just landed in Japan. Adib was buried when he was with Emmy in the hospital. And as long as he wasn't with Tiara, he forgot to turn on the phone. All his actions added to the guilt that appeared in Yundhi's mind.

Yundhi did not dare to imagine what Tiara would say to him. His head he busied by stringing up the sorry words that Tiara might be able to accept.

"Aaargh." unknowingly Yundhi hit the passenger seat in front of him. The passengers sitting there stood up.

"Sorry, sorry, I'm not aware" said Yundhi who stood up.

"I'm sorry, my family member died, I'm afraid I can't meet for the last time" Yundhi said. That was the only reason that came to his head and it was true that his future father-in-law died but obviously he could not see Adib for the last time.

The disturbed passenger softened, "other times do not repeat!" he said while sitting back.

"Once again sorry and thank you."

Yundhi sighed many times in order to regain her calm. His mind is so fucked up right now. If jumping from a plane did not make him die and could directly meet Tiara maybe he had done it from earlier.

What is he doing now?

Despite feeling foreign, Helma tried to fit in at her late husband's house. His son, Revelation, had been put to sleep in a room that was not occupied by the Tiara. It was definitely her late husband's room. If they lived together, maybe he would sleep there. But these four years they lived far apart. Adib decides to contract Helma another house that is quite far from where she and Tiara live. The reason first, he wanted to keep Tiara feeling. He was afraid that Tiara could not accept her decision to remarry.

Like a mother, Helma prepared dinner for her and Tiara. Cooking everything that is available in the refrigerator.

By midnight, the house was also deserted from mourners. There remains, Revelation and Tiara. Despite feeling sleepy, Helma was still waiting for Tiara to come out of the room. He knew for sure, his stepson had not eaten all day.

Feeling a little restless, Helma approached the door of Tiara's room. He tapped softly several times and got no response from the occupant.

"Son Tiara, aunt has dinner ready." she said from behind the door. Niente. Tiara didn't reply either. Helma was almost desperate.

When turning around Helma was surprised by the sound of the door handle being opened.

Tiara appeared in casual clothes wrapped in an oversized jacket, complete with a hat and backpack on her back. Helma must be surprised, where are the girls going these nights?

For the first time they faced each other, Helma was a little clumsy. One word could not come out of his mouth. Tiara looked at him very intensely.

"Ta-tante has prepared___"

"Tiara tipped home, aunt can stay here the same Revelation."

Helma sculpted, digesting Tiara's words. Helma could see the sadness on Tiara's face, but where her stepson was going these nights. The question kept on pestering him.

Tiara's tears came back, all the corners she saw in the house as if pulling her eyes to cry. There was a shadow of Yundhi and his father was laughing there.

"Tiara asked for help, auntie keep the house as long as Tiara leaves" she said as she continued to cry.

Helma was still confused by what she heard so much that she did not reply to Tiara.

Tiara then stepped into her father's room. He knew his brother was there. Helma just followed him from behind.

Tiara opened the door, looking at the slumbering Revelation. He recalled when Revelation cried at the funeral. Despite not looking too closely, Tiara knew the boy had inherited his father's eyes. Tiara closed the door again. He stepped out, leaving Helma. Realizing Tiara was leaving, Helma pulled the hand of her stepson.

"Where are you going?"

Tiara looked at her hand that Helma and Helma immediately took off her grip. Judging from his face, he knew Tiara would not answer his question.

"At least eat first, you haven't eaten all day."

Tiara's eyes were fixed on the dining table. He stepped slowly and took a seat there. Helma was surprised and happy. Didn't expect Tiara to obey him. He painstakingly took dishes and rice for Tiara, not forgetting the simple side dishes he cooked.

Tiara looked at the dish in front of her with a bitter look. I don't know how long he hasn't had that kind of service. And this time Helma was willing to serve him but somehow he was not ready to accept the presence of the woman his father chose. He also missed the love of a mother. Maybe this is too sudden.

Tiara grabbed the spoon and ate the food Helma gave her. A spoonful of food was hard to swallow in his throat. Tiara took out a glass that was already filled with water. Helma provided it, of course.

"Enough, I have to go." Tiara stood up and stepped towards the door. Helma couldn't even prevent it.

The taxi driver who was riding Yundhi almost cursed because of the action of Yundhi who opened the door while his taxi has not stopped. Yundhi immediately gave the taxi driver money that even exceeded the price stated on the argo. They stopped right in front of Tiara's house.

Yundhi immediately ran inside. No matter when it was past midnight he was desperate to meet Tiara. He will not be able to calm down before meeting his future wife.

Yundhi knocked on the door while calling Tiara's name. I don't know how many times he could hear the signs the door would be opened. I can't wait for him to hug Tiara.

A few moments later the door opened. Yundhi's eyes widened to see a foreign face in front of him.

"Aunty who?"
