Way Back To You

Way Back To You
Do You Like It?

“So his manager met you and said all that?”

Hanna and Lona meet at a cafe they can go to. Hanna simply nodded, then turned her gaze towards the people passing by on the street. Today the weather tends to be hot and Hanna does not like it because this climate seems to support the passionate emotions on her chest.

Hanna stirred up her drink, but instead of drinking it, she was chin-backed. She was indeed an emotion, but Noah's face back then was very solemn as if he was indeed just aiming to tell Hanna the truth about Liam's contract. But still it makes Hanna hurt.

“So what's your next plan?”

“What else? Back to the initial plan of course.”

Lona breathed a long sigh. Because of Liam, he followed several accounts of Liam's fans on the internet and interacted with them several times. So actually Lona already knew that Liam might have trouble taking responsibility for Hanna because of his responsibility to fulfill the contract bond.

But this is not fair to Hanna. Lona looked at Hanna. Her best friend did not complain often, although she was sure in her brain raging a lot of things, Hanna would usually be calm like this. Only his facial expression and body gestures showed how severe his struggles were this time.

“Good.” Lona patted the table so inevitably Hanna turned her head.

“...since you remain adamant with the initial planning, now is the time for us to indulge for a moment.”

Lona pulled Hanna's hand vigorously, inversely proportional to Hanna's squirming, pushing down with a parched face.

“You can't refuse. Now we shop and let's satisfy ourselves.”

Hanna could not hold back anymore. He stood up and sled his bag and took Lona's hand and left the cafe.

“Han, I want to talk to you.”

Liam tries to hold Hanna's door shut by him forcibly. Hanna did not reply, she pushed the door with all her might and finally succeeded. Hanna thought she was the delivery courier because she was waiting for a package. She did not expect that the one who knocked on her door was Liam, the man she had promised in her heart not to see her again.

“I told you there's nothing we should talk about anymore.” cried Hanna.

“If you keep like this, I will report you to the police.”

Liam sculpting. She held onto Hanna's door handle tightly with her shoulders rising and falling as it held the anger in her chest. Liam was not angry at Hanna, he was just angry at himself for being so stupid.

“What are you doing here?”

Liam turned his head when Lona arrived at Hanna's house with a plastic bag containing snacks.

“Follow me, I have something to talk to you about.”

Liam inevitably follows Lona's steps towards a mini park that is not too crowded. There are only a few elderly couples who are exercising in the afternoon, moving his body accompanied by music typical of physical gymnastics in ancient times.

“I know you don't know this problem, so I'd better tell you.”

“A few days ago, your manager came to Hanna.”

Liam's face began to turn red. His gaze was so solemn, as if he had already anticipated what Lona would say. This should have something to do with the woman's arrival that night at her apartment. Liam knows Noah. He will do various ways so that Liam can forget the charm of Hanna –if Liam is sure, he will not be able to do it.

“..he asks Hanna to..stay away from you.”

Exactly what he thought. Noah, to that extent he acted for her without telling her anything. He's his manager, but that doesn't mean he can manage every aspect of his life, does it?

“..he said that you will pay a big penalty if you have to be responsible to Hanna.”

That's absolutely true. But instead of seeing Hanna, why didn't Noah help her find another way? Why did he add to the burden in Hanna's heart that led her to Liam's growing hatred?

“..and you will not be able to pay all those fines.”

Liam straightened his back. Damn indeed. This was the first time he had met a woman who could not only satisfy him in a way he could not forget, but also leave behind a full feeling of longing and longing, it was as if Liam would not be able to live without him. And Hanna is the only woman who can ruin her life –the biological mother who threw it out doesn't count because Liam doesn't want it.

“So, after we spoke, it might be a good idea to stay away from Hanna. You have a great responsibility to your contract, your manager, and the team you work with. Hanna's business.I will help her. I'll take care of the baby.”.

“It was my baby..” Liam said quickly.

“...The only person who should take full responsibility is me, not you, nor Noah.”

“But if the situation is like this, considering how Hanna is, she won't accept you no matter what. That's why a bastard like Jhon can take advantage of Hanna, because she's weak in feelings. He won't want to make things difficult for you.”

“..I'll take care of this all.” Liam grunted in annoyance.

Noah this time was really outrageous. He could've met Hanna and talked some bullshit to her.

Liam's cold and sharp gaze seemed to be able to break even hard rocks. Lona sighs. Although initially thought Liam was a jerk, lately he actually felt this man was good. It's just that he definitely has a lot to consider considering his profession that is different from him or Hanna.

“Liam, I want to ask you one thing.”

“What?”

“Do you like Hanna?”

A question Liam never thought would be asked of him. Since long ago, he was so free, moving from one woman's embrace to another. Sleep last night, then split up the next day and never see each other again. It always is, without any bond or any feeling. And now she is reunited with Hanna, a woman she greatly admires. What is this feeling in her that can be called a feeling of liking? Or was it just because of her pride that was hurt when Hanna left her?

"Because I also thought, if you just wanted to take responsibility for the baby without being tied to Hanna herself, I was afraid that she would end up getting hurt. Because after all, say if you get married later but without any feelings of like, it is better not to continue. Hanna does need a father from her baby, but trust me, deep down she also needs someone who understands her and understands her. You..understand my point, don't you?"

Liam understands of course. But he doesn't know, his brain is dead end. He is not sure what he feels now. And the fact that she had to form a family bond made her nervous and scared. What if I fail?
