Rere replied softly to Viky, because he's afraid that Deky will hear it and he'll be very willing if Deky hears it, because there's still Deky standing not far from Rere and Viky.
"I don't know for sure what happened to you, whether it was because of the effect of the 3rd needle or not, because it used to be when I learned this technique, I was not told about the exact effect of the 3rd needle, only to be told if when removing the 3rd needle, then, I had to get out of the room and lock the patient in the room." Viky replied explaining to Rere what he knew.

"Nilam.no I have no pity on you and your son.but I am also just a security guard.I have no right to speak to Mr. Deky.." The guard replied to the woman, the woman was named Nilam
"If so then give me a way in. and let me go to speak to Mr. Deky myself." Reply to the woman named Nilam.
