Each Thunder Beasts had the ability to transform their form into a smaller form. It allows them to hide from enemy attacks. In addition, some Thunder Beasts could also turn themselves into additional weapons that could be used by Super Rangers.

One that can turn into a weapon is Thunder Fox. The legendary nine-tailed fox-shaped creature can transform into a giant bazooka which is the ultimate weapon Thunder Beast Robo, a giant robot that Super Rangers ride on. Laura shook her head, then said, “Not. I'm a member of Radolard. If I get caught working with you, I'll be out later.”

The fox's eyes widened, and again asked, “But, I can smell the smell of a Kaminarian from you, even if only a little. Why are you in Radolard? Did they kidnap you? Were you forced to marry one of them, because that smell of Radolard was even stronger?”
