Trapped in the Past

...HAPPY READING...

Anabela and Azen survived the crash. They had quite serious injuries, but had recovered within a few days. Real lucky. On the other hand, the driver of the big car died.  They were both hospitalized after four days of the accident. Anabela had to use a wheelchair because her leg suffered a broken bone while Azen only injured in the head and arm.

Athera who heard the news felt a little guilty but he believed it was the recompense of their actions. But still there was guilt in his heart until he would finally come to visit Azen.

They had been inside Azen's room. The man was sleeping there with some of his family. Regaz and Ahera were warmly welcomed by the Azen family. Long enough they talked then they returned but, Regaz invited Athera to visit Anabela who was not far from the room of Azen's house. However, his wife refused with a lazy face.

"Then wait for me in the car, okay." Regaz stroked his wife's back.

Regaz must not forget that Anabela is the daughter of a noble family and she is the head of the family of the highest nobility and she has visited Azen, a, it is not good if they are envious because he only sees the condition of Azen only.

Regaz was at the door of Anabela who gave a slight gap, and in there he could see that there was Anabella's eldest brother. He just wanted to push the door with an excuse but, he paused his intention and chose to stand with an angry expression there.

"Athera did this! Brother help me! Look at my legs!" Anabela said with emphasis while pointing at her legs that could not be moved at all.

Alex, Anabella's older brother. The man had heard all the stories of his sister. After all he also had a grudge with Athera as the woman rejected his proposal. The woman was too haughty with her beauty and wealth and now the woman snatched away her sister's lover.

"Sister.. I want you to kill Athera or make her disabled" Anabela said.

"Of course, my sister. A woman like her doesn't deserve to live."

At the door, Regaz clenched his hand. Regaz gave a horrible smile then his feet pushed the door slowly until Anabela and Alex were surprised to see his presence. Regaz closed the door after he went inside.

"You want to kill my wife?" ask Regaz with a mocking laugh. Anabela could see a threatening expression hanging on Regaz's handsome face.

Alex was surprised instead of playing, the man shook his head stiffly, then smiled amiably. "It turns out, Mr. Regaz came in"

Alex's words came to a halt as Regaz's gaze stared at him full of intimidation. "I have become accustomed to killing enemies, if you disturb the peace around me. Then prepare to die. I never mess with my words. If you go after my wife then all of your families will die followed by you too."

Alex felt her body tremble as well as Anabela who was frightened instead of playing. Right now, Regaz was truly like a killer threatening his victims . If he knew Regaz was coming, he might be more careful. Regaz himself was so mild to say it because indeed in ancient times, he was a King who was not compassionate when meeting enemies. He killed hundreds of thousands of enemies during many wars. Killing is Regaz's ability.

Regaz twisted his body about to leave the two people but, his steps came to a halt. "Show your intentions. Until you touch my wife's little head of hair, then be prepared to die in my hand. I won't leave even a little of your family."

BRACKET!

Alex screams in shock as the door closes and Regaz is gone. The man was sweating.

"It must have been a bluff. You know that Regaz is a man who can't even stand. He always carries a bodyguard before he goes into suspended animation" Alex said, trying to calm his mind.

Anabela nodded. " Athera, after all, he wouldn't have struggled if Athera had killed us first before he protected his wife."

"really. You and I will kill Athera. Nah! We're gonna kill both of them" Alex said. They're gonna hire a hit man. In this modern world, such a great assassin.

Regaz closed his eyes. The man is worried that Alex and Anabela are still sticking to the plan. He will always watch over Athera. Wherever his wife was, he would watch her. Like this morning, Regaz brought Athera to his workplace. After all, she could not be on standby if she worked and Athera at home while pregnant like this.

"Why don't you suddenly want to leave me at home?" Athera asked with eyebrows adrift to demand Regaz's answer.

Regaz, who was sitting in a work chair with a laptop on his desk, turned his focus to his wife sitting on the sofa not far from him. Regaz approached Athera and sat down on the couch.

"I'm afraid you're okay when I'm not home, you can sleep in there anyway," regaz said pointing to the room used as his room if he came home too late and tired to go home.

"I can call if something happens" replied Ahera trying to make Regaz need not be too tight like this to him.

Regaz shook his head slowly. " You could've called me sooner but my arrival would've taken some time, baby."

"But, I'm bored if it's here to continue." Athera pursed her lips.

"Then after my work is done, we will go to the Flous Grand Company. I heard that place is very beautiful and suitable for those who have a partner," said Regaz while wiping the top of his wife's head.

Athera nodded enthusiastically with a wide smile. And then he sat quietly while watching Regaz. It turned out that time felt so long if he noticed. So, Athera chose to sleep on the sofa. Regaz chuckles to see his wife sleeping on the sofa. The man carried Athera to the room and placed it slowly on the bed and continued his work.

"Finally it's done" Regaz said.

The man continued to tidy up his belongings and then approached the sleeping Athera.

"Dear, wake up." Regaz pinched softly athera's cheek. However, there was no movement at all even his wife changed her sleeping position.

"We're going to the Flous Grand Company, right?" ask Regaz. Suddenly Athera sat with his eyes still closed, "Hmm, yes!"

"You got carried?" Regaz stood up and spread out his hands.

Athera. "Yes, I'm lazy to walk."

Regaz smiled faintly and then held Athera in his arms. His wife hid her face in the chest of her field. Regaz doesn't care when all the employees' eyes are on him.

"Boss, what a dream husband!" praise the female employees there when Regaz has disappeared from behind the elevator

Where is the car park. The black car with someone in it had been almost two hours of silence there. The man immediately smiled when the target he was waiting for had come and entered the car.

"Not in vain, we wait for a long time boss," said his men who turned out to hide themselves in his car.

"Follow him, we'll kill him" the black-eyed man said, then told his men to drive a car.

"Regaz, we're going through where you mean, right?" ask Athera when Regaz did not stop his car when the place with the big inscription 'Flous Grand Company' they just passed by.

Regaz threw a smile at his wife. "I'll take you to Dad's house first."

"Why?"

Regaz touched his wife's soft cheek with one hand busy holding the wheel. " I'll explain. For now we'll be a little quick."

"I love you, go inside first. I promise I'll pick you up tonight" Regaz said after Ahera got out of the car and her husband drove back. While Athera squeezed his chest tightly. He felt something bad was going to happen.

Elsewhere, a man named Keynad clucked in annoyance when he lost track of his target. Keynad was a man who belonged to Alex and Anabela and now he has called his flock. There were about four black cars there. They are in the city. But after a few minutes they returned to drive his car when some of his herd confirmed that he had rediscovered the whereabouts of the car he was riding in. Alex pays quite a high price for a hitman from a major crime organization called Exdanger-Company.

They re-entered the car and drove their car. Their targets are Regaz and Athera. Keynad smiled triumphantly as the car was already in his sight. Keynad has memorized Regaz's car plate. Regaz parked his car in an old, empty building. Ah, really delivering yourself.

A pair of eyes flashed full of anger with a perfect athletic body. The owner of the car was Regaz. Keynad didn't find the woman there. Whether the man had realized his presence from the beginning to hide his wife first and then drove away.

Regaz could see there were four cars parked in the back of his car. Each car has Six people in it and the total is 24 people. They have an axe weapon. Regaz should have been lucky because they didn't use a gun because this guy didn't even know how to use a gun.

Keynad was amazed when there was no look of fear in Regaz's eyes.

"Kill him!" keynad's orders go directly to both of his men. He thought with two men only Regaz would die. However, how surprised he was when Regaz easily killed his two men without compassion as if dealing with animals to be sacrificed. Really horrible.

"Did Alex tell you to?" ask Regaz. The man was still wearing an office suit. He threw his black suit until leaving a clean white shirt in the middle he rolled up to the elbow. Slightly stained with blood because he just killed Keynad's men.

Regaz approached the two axes lying before him and pointed them at Keynad who did not answer his question. " Answer, or one of them will die again."

Keynad displayed a sarcastic smile and then put his hands on his chest while leaning against his car. " I said it or not, you can't kill us from that distance."

A WUSH.. THE GROUP.. AKH!

One axe floated up and hit the head of Keynad's men. Everyone was shocked to see one more friend instantly die.

Regaz smiled obliquely and asked, "What did Alex say?"

Keynad now could not look down on the figure before him. " Anabela told us to drop your wife's womb and Alex told us to kill you."

"abort? Ah, so you're gonna follow this order?" ask Regaz.

Keynad nodded, then replied lightly, "After all, just abort."

Regaz is really angry. Regaz firmly grasped his remaining axe one in his hand. Afterwards he ran to attack the people who were after his wife.

Keynad stood up like a fool. His haughty attitude and actions were not worth it. Keynad glared as all his men were depleted by one man. The figure before him was truly a killing machine. More terrible than the leader of the organization that Keynad occupies. Regaz's handsome face was covered in blood as well as his clothes. The axe that was still in his hand he dropped then approached Keynad who was not struggling at all. Regaz clenched Keynad's chin.

"Would you die or live?" ask Regaz. However, Keynad was silent with a hand that tried to hold Regaz's check on his neck.

Regaz smiled obliquely then his eyes glanced at the phone that slightly poked out on the Keynad pocket. Regaz strangled Keynad and then took the man's phone. Keynad tried to grab it but Regaz made it difficult. The man locked both his legs and his hands. Very good at fighting.

"Well put it this way, you kill the whole family of Anabela and Alex or the person who is hugging you tightly that I will finish" Regaz said, showing a cellphone wallpaper belonging to Keynad. Keynad shook his head strongly.

"Do as I tell you, I'll return your things." Regaz slammed into Keynad's body and then he took back his black suit. The man opened his white shirt and entered the car leaving Keynad. His girlfriend is in danger. He must carry out Regaz's orders.

It was already late at night, Regaz quickly went to his house. The man burned his clothes and then cleaned himself. He's gonna pick up Athera. But he had to be repotted with his arm hit by an axe. He should wear black. Regaz chose black knitwear with long sleeves equipped with black jeans. So gloomy yet Regaz looked increasingly handsome.

Regaz glanced at Keynad's phone. He puts his shoulders indifferently then immediately goes to pick up his beloved wife.

Athera and Hares and Hareta are shocked by the news that Anabela's family was slaughtered by a hitman. It just happened a few hours ago. The entire family of Anabela suffered severe injuries and was immediately referred to a large Hospital. However, several other family members were not rescued, including Anabela. This immediately brought in noble families. Athera went there with Hares and Hareta to see what happened.

Besides, Alex seems so angry. His chest is up and down. Keynad instead attacked him back whether they failed to kill Regaz to attack him back. He could see police and ambulances filling his residence. He looked at Anabela with a pus. Then he turned his gaze when the Hares, Esse, and Vensi families arrived.

Athera silenced her mouth when she saw that Anabela was lying lifeless there. He could see Alex looking at him hatefully while the policeman beside Alex kept the man at ease.

Regaz did not find Athera at his father-in-law's house. The servant there informed her that Athera had gone to the abode of Anabela because of a major incident. Regaz did not expect that Keynad was moving so fast just for the sake of his lover. Keynad loves his partner so much but why kill someone else's partner without thinking about him in that position. Regaz is heading straight there.

"You're satisfied to see my brother die, Athera?" ask Alex.

Athera directly raised his eyebrows. "What do you mean, Alex?"  ask Athera.

"You're happy to see my family die? Ah, what if you die too?" alex said the man then pushed the police next to him after stealing the gun in the police belt. The gun was aimed at Athera who was standing there alone because people were busy with cell phones and the police. They all turned Attention to Athera.

"What are you doing, Alex!" shout Hares.

"I'm going to kill your daughter!" exclaim Alex. Athera really doesn't know what the problem is here. He's so scared right now because Alex's gun is pointing at his stomach.

Hareta, Angela and Judis who were there, wanted to get close to Athera but, they stopped when Alex's threat sounded out loud.

"If you move near Athera. I'll pull the trigger!"

The police couldn't stop after hearing this. While Regaz who just got there was surprised not to play when he saw his wife was frightened with teary eyes while both hands perched in front of his queen's stomach. From a distance Regaz can also see some police starting to move slowly to save Athera by shooting Alex from a distance. They also tried to distract Alex so that when the shot shot shot, Alex was surprised and did not hit Athera. But unfortunately the police movement was realized by Alex until the man growled restrained and pulled the trigger.

DOR'S! DOR'S!

All of them closed their eyes accompanied by cries of fear.

Alex was immediately dumbfounded when police shot him when he had pulled the trigger first towards Athera.

"Thank God," said Regaz

Athera who closed her eyes with tears that had been rushing straight opened her eyes as someone hugged her and Regaz's voice filled with relief.

"Regaz! You're finally here!" Athera immediately hugged her husband closely followed by Regaz who joined his wife's embrace.

"Didn't I promise to pick you up tonight" Regaz said. The man's voice trembled like it was holding back a cry.

Athera was frozen in position when her hand touched something wet behind Regaz's back. He thought it was sweaty but when he saw his palm, Athera widened his eyes as blood filled his palm and it was Regaz's body that fell right beside Athera with his eyes closed.

"R-regaz.. "
